Jason was amazing!! Our guests ranged from infants to a 95 year old and he was able to get everyone out on the dance floor. We met with Jason and told him that we wanted a hit of every decade with a modern spin and that is exactly what he gave us. He made our wedding dreams come true from his energy, to dancing on clouds and his sparklers! By the end of the night everyone in the room was on the dance floor having a good time. I would definitely recommend Jason to any bride getting married. He was professional, respectful and listened to us and our requests for the day!SCE Event Group's reply:

Jeff Scott is an incredible addition to any wedding. He kept the dance floor packed all night and everyone kept commenting on how good he was. He is super kind, interactive and detail oriented. He wants to make sure he plays all your favorite songs and delivers. Highly HIGHLY recommend. -

Kyle and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary this past Saturday, February 1st, and we had the absolute pleasure of having Chris Atwood as our DJ from SCE. From start to finish, Chris went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable.

My husband and I had our wedding last week, and Jeff Scott Gould was our DJ. Let me tell you he was amazing! Our guests couldn't stop raving about him. We are actually going to be attending another wedding he is working in October, and the couple told us they were so excited they booked him because he was doing an incredible job at ours. Wow where do I start?! When choosing a DJ I wanted someone who we clicked with and who had an amazing energy and passion. After meeting with Bobby from SCE, I booked him immediately. Leading up to the wedding, all communication with him was easy and organized. SCE overall is a well-oiled machine - they make your life easy and have great services in place in order to provide you with the best experience. DJ HiKevin is the best!
My wedding was on 11/30/2024 and we booked DJ HiKevin. Working with SCE and Kevin was one of the easiest processes. Everything from planning, to the contract, and the final meeting was super easy. We did have a blip with lighting and extras we wanted at our reception. Instead of Kevin telling us to choose one or the other, he came up with a simple solution after contacting our venue and we were able to have the everything we originally planned. Kevin was absolutely amazing! He kept the party going and his mixes were great. Guest are still talking about how much fun they had. I would highly recommend SCE and DJ HiKevin! -

SCE was the best company to work with for our wedding! I communicated with Stephanie and she was responsive, helpful, and honest when it came to the add ons that we wanted and telling us what was necessary/not. And Paul Knox over exceeded our expectations for a DJ! We got married at Bear Brook Valley on Thanksgiving Eve, one of the biggest party nights of the year, so I knew we needed a DJ that would have the floor packed all night. We cannot say enough amazing things about DJ Kevin! From the very first moment we met him, it felt like he was part of our family. He truly took the time to understand our vision for the wedding and went above and beyond to bring it to life.

We can't say enough good things about SCE Event Group and our DJ, Jason Cohen. We were recommended to them by friends who had recently gotten married at the same venue, and they were spot on. Although we ended up working with a different DJ due to scheduling, Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with.
Our wedding was a whirlwind of special moments, from a traditional Polish bread and salt ceremony to a Chinese tea ceremony. Jason seamlessly guided us through each event, providing informative narration and keeping our guests engaged. His MC skills were top-notch, and he even announced our group photos during dinner.

YES! ABSOLUTELY YES! Having a DJ / MC that set a good vibe and kept the party going while hitting all the events and names correctly was top of our list. We wanted to have fun, get butts up on the dance floor and have a blast all night. Casey and Eric were PERFECT! Every meeting we had was so much fun. Hiring DJ Seth Velez was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. When we began thinking of what DJ to use, we must have spent hours upon hours listening to samples from other DJs and nobody quite hit the mark, until we heard Seth. The goal was to find someone who truly reminded of us of what a DJ is, not too intrusive with MCing during the reception, ability to transition between songs, a classic DJ feel with a scratch table, and able to keep the dance floor going by assessing the floor and changing the songs up if needed.
