  Amazing & custom menu!

  Food and presentation were amazing! Family & friends were very impressed. Favorites were Mac/Cheese balls wrapped in bacon, lobster rolls & brisket tacos. I personally loved the pickled shrimp! Thank you for making our daughter’s wedding day special. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Best. Catering. Ever!

  Our wedding guests RAVED about our wedding food! The Antipasto Platter was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! It was a Mediterranean platter of hummus, olives, dips, etc. and a fruit, cheese, crudites spread that not only looked like it came out of a magazine, but it was DELICIOUS. Everything from the hor d'oeuvres (Pork Belly Waffles, Smoked Salmon Canapes, Crudites) to the stations (Chicken Roulade, Mediterranean Shrimp & Grits, Carnitas Taco Station) was amazing. Chef Scott not only prepares appetizing food, but the aesthetic is unbelievable. He brought herbs and terracotta pots to play into the overall look of the catering, and it was stunning. Our venue made it difficult to work with "outside catering" and Scott Hall was not on their list (which is a big mistake; they are missing out and so are future brides). We made it work to where Scott Hall could be our caterer, and Chef Scott and his team were so flexible, organized, and a joy to work with. They did not give us any trouble when we had to postpone multiple times due to COVID-19. Sheila was also so quick to respond to emails and answer any questions. They are just so amazing to do business with and you just won't be disappointed at all. Chef Scott and his team exceeded our expectations! If you want amazing food, Scott Hall Catering is it!!

  A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! Scott Hall did an awesome job at our wedding. We had approximately 225 guests, and he had no trouble preparing for that many. The guests have raved about the food-he makes extremely creative, tasteful, mouth watering, eye-pleasing, and colorful heavy hor d'oeuvres and meats. He also brought decor for the food tables that fit our fall theme and tied everything together so nicely. He is clearly experienced and an expert in his field. He and his team know what they are doing and offer superior service. You will not be disappointed if you hire Scott Hall Catering. Very affordable and great variety of choices on his menu.

  Wedding catering

  People are still talking about how amazing the food was at our wedding! Our guests loved the BLT cups and how all the food was served throughout the whole night! We were able to pick our menu prior to the wedding and we had no issues. We also enjoyed that they gave us a bride and groom bag of food when we were leaving for the night so we could eat when we got to the hotel. I would definitely recommend Scott hall catering

  38th year vowal renewal

  August 14th 2021 i had my 38th year vowal renewal at the corley mill house and garden. There were 61 guests at our ceremony. We were told that food was made for 70 guests. When i ask sheila about the difference in the numbers she sent me a nasty email. Stating that she cannot believe i'm going to quiver over quantities and that she has never had anyone in 20 years ask for food that should have been left. It does'nt matter how long you've been in business. It's about honesty and principal. i paid for a service and that's what i expect. Then you make a nasty remark that if $80 something dollars will satisfy me that you will get it back from John. If i did not get the service that i paid for, you're darn right i want my money back! When i tried to talk with Sheila and Scott both of them were harsh and nasty with me when i tried to find out why the numbers didn't match. Another thing i don't agree with is Sheila stated in her email that there were 2 box dinners left and Alley told her to give them to the bartenders. No one has the right to decide who to give dinners to except my husband and i especially if notone of my guests took any extra food home. Every box meal that was given out was included in the 61 guests. Again paid for 67 guests
