  Go-to wedding photographer!

  Scott was absolutely fantastic to work with. Leading up to our big day, he was very responsive and helpful if we had any questions or concerns. From start to finish, Scott's professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated! On our wedding day, Scott didn't rush us and made sure all the photos we wanted were taken. He was very patient and calm throughout the whole day which as a bride on her big day was so relaxing! His eye for capturing all the moments was truly so special since we will have our wedding photos to swoon over again and again and relive our magical day forever.

  Scott has an eye for detail and is truly talented, I feel like it is rare today to find professionals with true heart and passion behind every inch of his work. My husband and I eloped out of state and Scott was so easy to speak with, responded quickly to any questions we had, and even helped us pick out our location. Scott took on small and large requests to make our day special and ensure our loved ones back home felt they were there with us.
  We had a wonderful experience working with Scott and absolutely love all of the photos that we will cherish forever.

  Scott was absolutely fantastic. I could not be any happier with our wedding pictures! You can really tell his passion for photography in his pictures. He is incredibly thoughtful with the framing and backdrop. He had a perfect balance of allowing us to be in the moment, but also giving us suggestions when we were lost with what to do. He was very professional, a prompt and clear communicator, and flexible and accommodating with our scheduling. We would love to work with him again!

  Amazing Photos!!!

  My husband and I wanted quality photos when looking for a photographer and Scott did not disappoint. He was quick with responses and helped my husband and I with wedding poses. He made the experience super easy and stress free for us. I gave minimal direction and Scott was able to capture all the pictures we could have wanted and more. He made sure to get pictures of everyone at our wedding party. We also scheduled a day after photoshoot with him. Our family’s absolutely loved all of our photos. His experience with photography really shows in his work and is worth every penny! Super nice guy and even stayed a little late on our wedding day to make sure we got all the pictures we wanted.

  Incredible photos and amazing experience for our intimate wedding

  Finding Scott as our photographer for our small intimate wedding ceremony felt like a godsend and was the absolute cherry on top of a beautiful wedding weekend. When we found out our initial photographer was no longer able to attend the ceremony about one week before the event, my mother reached out to Scott - he was super responsive, understanding of our situation, and got onboard with our family immediately! Not only do the photos speak volumes about his natural talent for capturing special moments, creative shot ideas, and beautiful editing techniques, but Scott was also so flexible, patient, and willing to work with us for fun spur-of-the-moment photoshoot ideas. After spending hours with our families on our special day, Scott still found time later that evening to send us some teaser shots as a part of our photo album. I was blown by the entire experience and the final photos, and can’t recommend Scott Henry Photography enough!!

  The greatest experience with perfect photos

  ATTENTION TO ALL:
  If you are anything like me, and have an expectation bar so high that you rip at your hair trying to sift through the perfect people for your perfect vision then STOP what you are doing RIGHT NOW and BOOK Scott Henry. Let me share our story with you to showcase the kind of mastery this man has with photography. My fiancé and I had a trip booked to Tennessee, and with our wedding a year away, he promised me that I could choose where and how we did our engagement photos. Fine. If I couldn't win him over with the idea of having a destination wedding in Hawaii then I'll conjure up my heart's greatest fairtytale for these photos. A waterfall in the mountains. It wasn't long before I found Scott Henry Photography and fell in love with his work. He was so prompt to answer my questions and I can't explain enough how much I appreciated that. I shared my vision for the shoot and he shared his TN travel expertise on where to shoot at. He chose Meig's Falls and Cade's Cove. OMG. The legit PERFECT combination for my vision. I shared my Pinterest board with him and told him we were down for an adventure to get wet in the waterfall. When we arrived, my fiance and I actually passed the geolocation twice because we couldn't see the actual waterfall. I started to cry thinking we missed it, and without reception in the Smokey Mountains, I thought the opportunity was over. Little did we know, we were about to have one of the greatest moments we ever shared together to date. We passed by the location again and saw Scott. I jumped out apologizing that we couldn't find it and he laughed and pointed deep into the trees. I could barely see it from the road, but there it was. Hidden across a flowing stream and framed by the most beautiful colors of the fall season. Scott asked us if we wanted to still do the waterfall, making sure we were comfortable with the risks. I tied the bottom of my dress in a knot, we took off our boots, and Scott lead and helped us along the stream like a navigator. I never thought our photographer would partake in the adventure, but that's the kind of artist Scott is. We laughed our way across the stream and made it to the most beautiful secluded waterfall. He used natural cues to help us be authentic in front of the camera, and my fiancé and I had a blast. After shooting at Meig's Falls, we dried off with towels from our truck and drove to Cade's Cove where we ran around in the tall grass. The loop got backed up with traffic and as night fell upon us, Scott pulled off to one last stop at the end and had us turn our truck headlights on as he shot some last intimate shots. Late that evening he sent us a few teasers from the day and I was BLOWN AWAY. I just received our whole portfolio of photos. The photos are seriously a masterpiece. It's the best money we've ever spent, and the memories made are unforgettable. Scott Henry is a master of photography, he knows how to catch the perfect moments and his editing really brings out the beautiful shots. We are forever grateful to have had the fun experience and will cherish these photos forever. THANK YOU SO MUCH SCOTT!

  Scott photographed both our engagement and wedding photos and completed nailed the assignment. My husband proposed at an inn that had special meaning to us both. Scott captured our special moments along with showcasing the architecture of the building. Our wedding photos were by far the best. We had taken dance lessons ahead of the big day and Scott captured us in action beautifully.

  Scott is amazing!! Not only is he incredibly talented, but he’s also super kind. He made us feel so comfortable the entire time. It took me a long time and research to find our photographer and I am so glad we ended up going with him! His work is so beautiful and he’s very communicative. He’ll help keep you at ease when it comes to stressful planning and scheduling. He’s also very flexible and was able to meet with us super last minute for our engagement photos. My husband and I aren’t very good in front of the camera but some how Scott was able to capture the most beautiful pictures!   Scott made our wedding photography dreams come true! He was SO helpful when it came to helping arrange the ceremony in a way so that he could capture everything we wanted from the big details to the smallest! I would highly recommend him to anyone planning their special day.

  Paparazzi extravaganza

  10/10 recommend Scott Henry to take every wedding or event photographs. Not only was hie highly communicative, he worked efficiently. He always found great angles and not once did I ever have to find him for a photo. He was able to capture the essence of the bride and groom along with candid photos of the guests. When my bridesmaids marry, my gift to them will be Scott.

  Scott was such a blessing to us. His work is extremely high quality but affordable. My now husband and I were both apprehensive about finding a great wedding photographer. We knew we were willing to spend money on quality photos because that is what lasts from your wedding day. We wanted someone who would really be able to capture the memories. Scott did that and more. One of the qualities that drew us to Scott and his work was his ability to capture candid moments. That spoke volumes to us and really came through in our finished wedding album. When looking back at our photos, we feel like we are instantly back in those moments. As a bonus, Scott is also a nature photographer and was able to get stars in some of the pictures. Another thing we love about his editing style is that he doesn’t distort the colors. Today’s style is to have moody photos and in my opinion that just ruins the pictures and doesn’t help you capture the day as it was. Scott takes incredible shots and then enhances them, not distorting their true colors. Also, his editing skills are killer. He can edit out unwanted things seamlessly. Another added bonus, Scott was so easy to work with as well. We were both so awkward in front of the camera but Scott made our engagement session so fun and enjoyable. On our wedding day we barely noticed him there in the background getting all the perfect shots. We highly recommend Scott and look forward to using him in the future.

  My husband and I would highly recommend Scott to other couples looking for a photographer! He:
  - replied promptly and professionally to all communications; had a quick turnaround of photos
  - is calm, easy-going; allowed us to feel relaxed and pose naturally
  - was flexible with our COVID-related schedule changes and other needs
  - welcomed our input on photo locations and poses; learned what mattered most to us by letting us answer a fun questionnaire about ourselves; offered a customizable shot list of what/who we wanted photographed
  - has a good eye for backdrops and small details; has a warm editing style (a few photos of items like flowers turned out less natural/true-to-life than I'd have liked, but we liked the feel overall)

  You will NOT be disappointed in any way

  I cannot shout enough how wonderful Scott is!! Scott did out engagement session, spent the entire day of the wedding capturing all the moments I had hoped for. He personality is so inviting and friendly. Scott really has a natural talent for capturing special moments in a picture. Turnaround time is super fast! One special touch Scott added was the night of our wedding before my husband and I left, Scott handed me 10 polaroids of highlight pics he had taken throughout the day. The best little special touch ever! I was able to take these on our honeymoon and share them with everyone we met! Thank you again Scott for making our day so very special!

  I hired Scott Henry to photograph my wedding on 10.10.20. As a bride you want the absolute best at an affordable price, and that is exactly what Scott Henry Photography is! Scott was extremely flexible and able to work with me on reservations due to my, now husband, being deployed at the time. Scott sent me a checklist of photos that I was able to select from as well as add too. His checklist provided everything I had in mind. When we mentioned we wanted off site photos, with no hesitation Scott said that he could drive around and scout some good places out for us. We were able to meet Scott on our day of rehearsal and give him a quick run down of what our wedding day would consist of and Scott provided great ideas and locations for select photos. On the wedding day Scott was able to make us feel comfortable in front of the camera and captured beautiful photos. Beside the checklist wedding photos Scott was able to capture amazing candid photos of our special day. Scott has such a talent for photography, he was able to direct us when needed and blend in and capture everyone in beautiful candid moments. Scott was also able to give a quick turn around for the photos. When I received the photos, it brought tears to my eyes. Being able to relive such an amazing day through Scotts photos is more than I could ever ask for! He is professional, polite, and really works to ensure you are satisfied with your album. Our photographs are absolutely stunning. We were unsure of where to go, but he picked a beautiful location for our ten year anniversary photography session. I'll never look for another event photographer!

  Incredible Photographs and Positive Experience

  Scott did an incredible job photographing my husband and my wedding. We each have giant families and opted for a large bridal party. Scott captured the major photos beautifully, and also got some incredible shots of the smaller, intimate, and even silly moments throughout the day. We were able to sit back and enjoy our day, and the photographs turned out amazing.

  We had the amazing opportunity to have Scott photograph our wedding. His pictures were stunning. He was wonderful to work with and I appreciated his eye for both the details and the bigger picture.
