  Wonderful Photographer!!!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Sean for a photoshoot, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the results. As someone who didn’t know what to do in front of the camera, Sean made the entire process effortless. His guidance and expertise made me feel comfortable and confident.
  
  The photos came out better than amazing—Sean’s talent truly shines through in every shot. He has a wonderful personality, making the session enjoyable and stress-free. Sean was great to work with, always attentive and understanding.
  
  What impressed me the most was Sean's ability to implement our desires into his own creative vision. He listened to our ideas and seamlessly integrated them into his photography, resulting in pictures that perfectly captured what we envisioned. I highly recommend Sean to anyone in need of a photographer. His professionalism, creativity, and personable approach make him exceptional in his field.

  Sean is incredible!

  We didn’t even need to wait to get all of our pics back to write a raving review about Sean and Lara Photography - our teasers and his vibes on our wedding day/throughout the process was more than enough to recommend him to ANYONE! Sean is professional, funny, personable, made us feel so comfortable not even being able to meet before the wedding day due to lots of external circumstances. We had such a blast on our wedding day with Sean and cannot wait to see the rest of the pictures. Do not hesitate to hire Sean as your wedding photographer, all of my bridesmaids are still raving about him and want to hire him for their own weddings!!! 11/10 for Sean :)

  Intimate Wedding 3.21.2021

  Sean is phenomenal to work with!! He delivers such unique photos and he is so easy going that it made pictures so much fun the day of the wedding! He didn't miss anything and it's so hard to choose my favorite photos!!!

  Awesome experience

  We had our wedding impacted by COVID-19 and needed to find a new photographer a month before the wedding and were so fortunate we found Sean. We fell in love with his website gallery and knew he was a true professional with an eye that can't be replicated. Sean proved himself to be responsive, flexible, and incredible for the day of our wedding. He was sure to know what was important to us and also was great at advising us as to what would work best, based on his professional experience. He exceeded every expectation we had and when we viewed his gallery of our wedding, we were so impressed and amazed he was the only person on site with us as it looked like he must have had another photographer to help with all the different angles and shots! He also is very well connected and helped us fill other vendors that we needed and were thrilled with. Sean is an absolute bargain and would recommend him to anyone.

  Amazing to work with!

  Sean shot our engagement photos and wedding day! He was easy to work with and very responsive to emails throughout the planning process. When we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid—19, he was very flexible to move to another day with us. He was very personable and professional!

  Sean Lara - The Man - The Myth - The Legend

  There is so much that can be said about Sean. I know I will forget something. If you have looked at his website, you already know he takes the most beautiful and stunning photos you’ve ever seen. What you don’t know is how kind, caring, and professional Sean is until you’ve worked with him. He puts you at ease, doesn’t tell you what to do and just let’s you enjoy your love and your moments together as a couple. It helps to find your inner adventurer, because Sean will take you wherever you are willing to go to get “the shot” — the one you will want to get a giant canvas of to hang in your living room as art because it is that stunning. Sean is such genuine guy with an amazing talent of being able to capture every moment, such as your mom tearing up at your first dance while also taking pictures of your first dance!! We will hire him again and again and again!

  Wonderful!!

  Sean Lara’s photography is one of a kind!! He did a wonderful job with our photos, and answered all our questions along the way, both promptly and politely. He has a very creative eye and makes the pictures beautiful and interesting! There weren’t very many pics to choose from for the family/friend portrait pics with the bride and groom, only 1 of each set of people (granite our list of portrait pics was pretty long!!), and only a couple of our guests at their tables – which I was kind of bummed about, but the pictures we’re going to want to hang up in our home and put in albums are the ones of us – and those are GORGEOUS and perfect and magical! For those, we are going to have a hard time narrowing down because so many of them are our favorites! He focuses on pics of the bride and groom, loves movement in them, and has such a creative eye for lighting and angles. I would highly recommend him!!! 😊 Thanks Sean!!!

  I know saying 5 stars is easy but if they asked for 10 I would give them! My daughter and I interviewed several photographers for her wedding and were impressed right away with Sean's interest and overall quality of his work. He did not let us down! Besides the most wonderful pictures we received, he was so easy to work with and really cares about your day! Even though he was surrounded by all these crazy women he kept his cool and kept us all on course! If you are having a wedding coming up you have to at least go meet Sean and his wife Lyssa and see what they can do for you. You will be amazed and end up very happy! Thank you Sean for making this wonderful day so much less stressful and for your awesome pictures and professionalism..

  Sean Lara took both our engagement and wedding photos and I can't begin to tell you the compliments we have received on them. They turned out beyond amazing! The detail, time, and creativity that was put into each shot showed! I highly recommend Sean and his team especially if you want something unique, fun and high quality.

I was at a wedding recently and witnessed absolutely stellar customer service from Sean when the scheduled photographer was not able to be there. Sean answered his phone on the first call and within 20 minutes he was at the venue and had started taking photos for a couple that he had never before met. The reality of the significance that day held for the bride and groom was enough for him to cancel his plans for the evening and be immediately available to capture those countless special moments! If you are looking for a photographer who genuinely has your best interests at heart and will get back to you quickly- reach out to Sean and Lyssa!

  Sean did an outstanding job for our daughter's destination wedding. Sean was very responsive to emails and phone calls as all our planning was completed long-distance with only 1 meeting. He was prepared and attentive to our requests and we love love love the results! Would most definitely recommend Sean Lara Photography.

  I absolutely CANNOT recommend Sean Lara Photography highly enough!! Sean was SO great to work with... He was super fun and laid back, but totally professional. Even my husband had fun! :-) He has a great eye for light and shapes, and was constantly on the lookout for beautiful shots. Some of the photos you see were shot with Sean's infrared camera, and he is one of the only photogs in the country that shoots people in infrared. Sean shoots all over Colorado, and has done some INCREDIBLE wedding work... "Like" him on Facebook to keep an eye on what he's up to, and definitely consider him the next time you need a photographer! Yay!

  Sean was very professional and accommodating. He really cared about us as a couple and wanted to make sure that he captured everything that we valued. I recommend him to anyone! I've only gotten some teasers back so far and they are stunning. I can't wait to see the rest!!

  We live in Illinois and my daughter and son-in-law decided they wanted to get married in Rocky Mountain National Park. We found Sean Lara by browsing his web page. He was so easy to talk to and his pricing was good so we decided to book him. We didn't get to meet in person until the day of the wedding. We got so lucky because he is super easy to talk with, is very passionate about his photography and while fun to be around, he is also very professional. We couldn't believe how lucky we were to find him. Everyone loves the photos, especially my daughter and son-in-law. I am a bit of a photographer myself and he knew I was worried about handing things off. He kept telling me "he had me covered and not to worry". He was so right. I would definitely book him for your wedding, you won't be sorry. Wish he lived locally here in Illinois because we have lots of people we would refer to him. Thanks Sean for the great photos!   Sean was amazing to work with! He made me feel so comfortable during our portrait session. He was very flexible and willing to work with so many different elements during the event. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for unbelievable pictures!

  Sean is such an amazing photographer! He shot our wedding on 03/03/13 and also did our engagement photos. I cannot say enough how wonderful our photos turned out for both events! He is extremely talented! He saw photo opportunities that I never would have thought would work, but they turned out beautifully. He took photos from a lot of different angles and in different light. He carried multiple cameras with him, and he managed to catch a lot of things other photographers would have missed. He was very professional and flexible. Whenever I emailed him he was very prompt with his responses. My husband and I are so grateful to have such beautiful pictures to look back on. Sean helped create many memories for one of the most important days of our lives and we can't thank him enough.

He listened to all of our suggestions and was always willing to try anything we wanted and most importantly he made us feel relaxed and comfortable during the entire process.   Sean was super professional, showed up early to set up and touch base with us, and had amazing ideas for different shots we could take. He was patient in getting my talkative friends posed, and we had a blast with him! He was snapping photos constantly, and all of the photos turned out beautifully done! I'd highly recommend him to anybody who wants great shots of their special day.

  Sean was fantastic!! He got everything we wanted and added his own extra shots that were so unique they ended up being our favorites! The best part was we had a huge bridal party and family photos and he still got individual and group photos with everyone in a short amount of time. We will definitely be back to him again! Thank you for making our wedding day memories come to life every time we see the photos!!
