We had a great experience working with Jamie from Seas Your Day Events! We appreciated how well everything was executed the day of our wedding. We had her as our day of coordinator and once we had handed off all the details to her our vision came to life. She made sure we were taken care of day of and kept everything flowing smoothly and on time. She was very knowledgeable and provided recommendations leading up to our wedding. I also really liked the planning pod portal used with the questionnaires, to-do list, and the reminders that made things easy throughout the planning process. We appreciated the great communication provided as well. Smooth sailing all the way!
Seas Your Day Events was fantastic from the beginning until post-wedding! We started working with the team in 2021 for our 2022 New Year’s Eve wedding and after our first meeting with Chelsea, we knew that she understood the support that we needed and the type of vibe that we wanted for our wedding.
We had the AMAZING Morgan and Monica as our coordinators and they ensured that every moment went just as we planned and was executed on time, even reassuring us with evolving backup plans when the weather wasn’t cooperating before the ceremony! They made sure that we seamlessly floated from one thing to the next and the only worry was deciding what we wanted to drink (they kept us hydrated all night!). 😁
Morgan guided us through the process from our first meeting, shared some great insights on aspects that we were clueless about, and went above and beyond by offering to design our seating chart poster. Major thanks to Monica for patiently bustling my complicated dress for 20+min, while also entertaining my little nephew. This brought a huge relief to my mom and sister, who didn’t have to do it, and could instead enjoy cocktail hour with our guests.
We had the Day-of-Coordinator package and unlike other vendors we had spoken with, they don’t charge extra for each call or email that you have with the Coordinators. It’s clear SYD prioritizes building a trusting relationship with each couple. Morgan and Monica were available and responsive whenever we needed them and were diligent in ensuring that the timeline was accurate, even after the bazillionth revision.
If you want a kind, professional, attentive, affordable and FUN team to work your wedding, Seas Your Day Events is it! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Virtual/Travel Wedding Planning
We originally were going to get married in the Florida Keys so I was looking for a Florida company. These girls were awesome, super helpful, and even traveled down to the venue in the Keys to help tie up some loose ends about a year out... then COVID hit. These poor girls helped me plan my wedding 6 times until we finally got something that would work. Through concise emails, phone calls, zoom, and face time I didn't even feel like they were across the country (I'm in Colorado). When it came down to day of, they flew out for the weekend and were there every single step of the way. I seriously just let the day ride and knew they had it covered. Even all the photos, I had Chelsea just straight reading out a whole list of photos she went over with me before the wedding and we cranked out all bridal party, couple, family, and friends shots in 20 mins it was incredible. Chelsea and Monica were an amazing team and provided us exactly we needed to help plan a successful wedding! We had a blast and everyone in the party loved both our planners. The absolute most fun coordinators
We met Chelsea and Aubrey at the I Said Yes Florida wedding expo. We didn't have a typical wedding, but we knew we needed some typical vendors so we decided to check out some of the expos. From the moment we described our event, they were so excited and they made us feel like they truly wanted to work with us, and honestly I now feel like any vendor you work with should make you feel that way. Instead of having a regular wedding, we opted to have a small ceremony and then a bar crawl with our friends to celebrate before we headed off for an elopement.
Chelsea and Aubrey dove right in and helped plan an amazing night! It took all the stress of trying to coordinate with all the unreliable bar managers away and we ended up with the perfect route and amazing deals just for our group!

I had the BEST WEDDING EVER and I can’t thank you guys enough
I cannot thank Morgan and the team at Seas your Day Events enough, they went above and beyond for my wedding, and I am forever grateful. I immediately had a connection with Morgan when initially meeting her and it felt more like having a friend than actually working. I liked that they had different tiered options for packages as well as a la carte options as well for low budget brides. They even have a sister company for wedding décor rentals of all kinds, which was also a plus. Morgan asked all the right questions, and their online portal was super helpful to answer any questions before my wedding day. I could call and text her any day or time and it was really relieving to me in case I ever had a question. I was completely relaxed on my wedding day because I knew Morgan and the team had everything covered and there was nothing I needed to worry about. She even helped me with my veil so my bridesmaids could relax which was so sweet of her. She did an amazing job coordinating me, my guests, my vendors, and my bridal party so everything would run smoothly, and it did. They had the timeline down to the minute and made sure everything was covered and prepared. I had the BEST WEDDING EVER and I can’t thank you guys enough.
