Excellent Service

I had my wedding at Seasons this year. I had been to Seasons as a wedding guest in the past and knew I loved it. But as the bride I realized even more how excellent Seasons is at what it does. The food and drinks are excellent, the venue is beautiful and the staff is professional and attentive. I am so grateful to have had my wedding here.

Best venue!

My husband and I can't thank Seasons enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams! From the beginning, Robert was very professional, welcoming and answered all of our questions. He was very communicative during the entire planning process and made us feel very special. Our family and friends are still raving about the quality of service and atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing. We have never experienced anything like it, both quality and quantity! My bridal attendants Thea and Karlee were also fantastic! They were attentive and made sure I was comfortable the whole night. They didn't miss a beat! Seasons was the best decision for our wedding venue and we highly recommend them to anyone!

Literally everything was PERFECT!!!! I could not describe in words how amazing my wedding night was because of the Seasons staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate every need I had. I wish I could relive my dream wedding night over and over. Highly recommend Seasons!

Do yourself a favor- book at Seasons.

It's impossible to write enough positive things about Seasons. We had the most AMAZING wedding there. From the service received to the food enjoyed, we have heard nothing but compliments about our wedding, ranging from "I've never had such amazing food at a wedding" to "my glass was literally never empty" to "This is the best wedding I've ever been to." We worked with Robert who helped us plan and organize our wedding day. The day of, our bridal attendant Gigi was hands down the BEST possible person to work with. She was so attentive, bringing us water on the dance floor, helping fix my dress multiple times throughout the night when it became un-bustled, acting like the wedding...

She was so attentive, bringing us water on the dance floor, helping fix my dress multiple times throughout the night when it became un-bustled, acting like the wedding fairy fixing one of our guest's dresses that had a broken zipper, and making sure we did not want for ANYTHING the entire night. She literally was a ninja, appearing whenever we needed her or even before we realized we needed her and disappearing just as quickly to give us space to enjoy the night. Our Maitre d' Carly was just as incredible, making the entire day and night run seamlessly. I knew our wedding was going to be great, but I had no idea how wonderful it could be. My husband and I have said MULTIPLE times since that day that there is legitimately not a single thing we'd change or go back and fix- it was that perfect. I cannot recommend Seasons enough, especially the people we worked with.

Seasons Catering was AMAZING! All of the staff at Seasons were so wonderful. I was in contact with Ria via email almost weekly for many questions that I had, she was prompt and so helpful with everything. Absolutely Perfect Day!

We recently got married at Seasons and the night was absolute PERFECTION!! From start to finish, planning to post-wedding item pick-up, the whole thing was flawless and people have been raving nonstop about the incredible cocktail hour, dessert buffet, and general level of service. Absolute best decision we made was choosing Seasons. And shout out to Gigi, the bridal attendant, who was INCREDIBLE!

My husband and I had extremely high expectations for our wedding. Somehow everything came together to go above and beyond. First and foremost, Robert was amazing to us. We booked the venue before the pandemic started, so when the ban on weddings occurred, we were stressed! We did not know whether we would even have a wedding. The Most Amazing Experience Ever.

We just recently got married on September 7th at Seasons Catering and Special Events and let me tell you, I was blown away by EVERYTHING. Seasons went above and beyond all of my expectations (and I’m difficult sometimes, I know I am). We toured and booked the venue a year in advance, we met with Robert who is very experienced in the wedding industry, he answered all of our questions and concerns incredibly fast. We toured and booked the venue a year in advance, we met with Robert who is very experienced in the wedding industry, he answered all of our questions and concerns incredibly fast. Every time we called or emailed, we got a response from Robert almost immediately! Sometimes I wondered, does he sleep???
Planning was a breeze with him, he’s just so knowledgeable and so ready to step in, that it just made everything so much easier. We had two extra meetings throughout the year. One to choose linens and setup, and one a day or two before the wedding to drop off all decorations. (Cake topper, table numbers, favors etc)

Wedding day: Ah the big day was finally here. We decided to get ready at the hotel (Hilton Woodcliff Lake) and decided on doing our first look at Seasons prior to our ceremony. I was a nervous wreck leaving the hotel, I was having so many issues with my dress, the driver kept getting lost, my hair was becoming a mess from waiting outside for the driver who kept saying he was there-and he wasn’t. After waiting nearly 40 minutes he finally figured out where I was. I was literally in tears in the car on my way to Seasons. When we pulled up, three people immediately approached the car. A gentleman opened the door for me, and two ladies introduced themselves. I didn’t know this at the time but these two ladies would change my day! Barbara and Sidney!!
Barbara was my Maître D and Sydney was my bridal attendant. They gave me and my bridal party a warm welcome and brought us up to the bridal suite, they briefed me on their duties and went over our initial first steps. The bridal suite was ready with amazing fruit trays, cheese, snacks, drinks and everything I could possibly need. Sydney offered me water and looked at me, straight into my eyes and asked what was bothering me, I told her with tears in my eyes, I was having issues with my dress, she immediately pulled out a sewing kit from I don’t know where and fixed it while I was still venting to her. By the time I was done telling her about the dress situation, it was fixed! She then said “let’s get you freshened up and ready for your first look pictures”. She got my makeup bag from my sister, and reapplied my lipstick and made sure I was happy with everything else before going back out for my pictures. At this point, my fiancé was ready with the photographers outside by the garden/waterfall waiting for me. Sydney and Barbara communicated with each other at all times, sharing my location and assuring that no one would see me before they were supposed to. We went outside and our first look photo shoot. I had made some special requests for my Grandma, who’s going through cancer treatments, and Sydney went above and beyond on those requests as well. When we were done with the pictures, Sydney told me about the possibility of a few guests seeing me going back in (due the fact that I was late because of the driver that took forever) and it was almost time for the ceremony to start. But no one saw me. We went back into the bridal suite and Barbara was waiting for us to go over the ceremony. I loved how open and detailed the communication between themselves and I was, they explained and guided me all the way, I always knew what was going to happen next.

We didn’t have a rehearsal dinner and I was so worried about everything being a mess. Barbara assured me she would take care of it. She took down the names of who was walking in to the ceremony with who and she guided everyone.

We had a lovely and perfect ceremony! I was so happy! Husband and I went back to the bridal suite as our guests went to the cocktail hour. I chose not be in the cocktail hour because I needed some time off to sit down and relax and take it all in. Sydney brought us food from the cocktail hour and O M G! Everything was amazing. She gave me a huge bib lol, yes a bib, she wanted to make sure I would eat without messing the dress. We ate, we had our drinks of choice and then she got us ready for the reception. She asked me about my dress, if I wanted it bustled or not and I chose not to bustle it for the first dance. I would do it later.

Again, Barbara guided my family and bridal party coordinating their reception entrance and it was awesome.

Our first dance was perfect, dinner was awesome, I thought I was in heaven! I am GM at a restaurant and a few bars, so I have high standards on service, food and drinks, and not one of my guests ever had an empty glass or had to look for their bartender/server.
My family and friends were all very happy and just when I thought the night couldn’t get any better, they opened up the Viennese room. Sydney took my husband and I in first, while my guests were watching the flambé show, and I was now truly in heaven!! Everything looked perfect. Just how I had dreamed! I had made a special request for a Brazilian themed table in the Viennese hour and again, Robert and his team were beyond amazing. Everything was perfect just how I wanted it.
The DJ announced the dessert room and I remember hearing all the gasps from my guests as they walked in.

To sum it all up, I never had to ask for anything. They were incredibly proactive and would give me things before I even realized I needed it or wanted it.

I remember thinking that Sydney must have been timing me to know when I was thirsty because whenever I thought about asking for water, there she was with a glass of water and a straw right in my face!
I remember talking to my guests and I would feel something behind me, and I would look and there was Sydney fixing my train, or my dress or fixing my crystal hair piece that started to fall. She made sure I looked perfect at all times.

I am truly happy to have chosen Seasons for my special day. I will recommend it to anyone that wants exceptional quality and service. My guests are raving about cocktail hour, the food, the drinks the service, just everything. We even had a few guests that sent us an extra gift after the wedding because they didn’t know it would be so amazing.

A huge and special thank you to Robert, Barbara, Sydney and the entire staff!

Now I have to get back to work and figure out a way to make enough money to have a full time “Sydney” in my life 😂

This place is the only place you need!
The service is impeccable. From the moment my phone call was answered til I drove away after my wedding I felt nothing but honor, quality and professionalism.
I want to get married here again and again of course to the same person!
The food was amazing! The drinks never ending the decor beautiful!
I felt like the only person in the world! Gigi and Matt were amazing! Carl was like the best uncle a girl could ever have!

I was absolutely at a loss for words for an entire five minutes- all I could do was cry at the magnificent look they had created! I hope the photographer and videographer got some footage of it so I can post it at a later date.
Our guests won’t stop talking about the food that was our of this world! We had lobster galore, a sushi station with sake, a vodka luge with caviar on the side, a Peter Luger steak station with their famous Mac and cheese, delicious lamb, the list goes on (& that was just the cocktail hour)! The staff was so good, my guests told me they couldn’t help but give them their own tip! No one was without a drink at any given point in time, everyone was made to feel like guest of honor, and the flow of the event was so seamless, no one knew we had to move the ceremony indoors due to bad weather! Also, a very big point for me, my guests weren’t huddling over three tables at the cocktail hour! No one likes to eat standing, especially at a wedding where they’re all dressed up and worried about staining their nice outfits. They assured me we’d have ample seating and we did!
Honestly, I could go on forever, but I’ll leave you with this. If you’re looking for a venue to truly take care of you from start to finish, and then some, use Seasons. I personally guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Seasons catering is an amazing venue. They will exceeded your expectations in every way. They go above and beyond to make our wedding day the most memorable day ever. They really took care of everything and made sure we were having fun, but they weren't obtrusive. Since the wedding, we've had many guests tell us ours was one of the best weddings they had ever attended, and they were so impressed with the quality (and quantity!) of food and the high level of service. We're SO happy we had our wedding reception at Seasons - they really went above & beyond to make our special day absolutely perfect for both us and our guests.

Seasons is hands down the best place to get married at! From the minute Moe showed us the venue and couldn't wait for our day to be here! Known for their amazing food and service we knew we wanted a venue with exceptional food and we sure got that, our guests were blown away by our amazing cocktail house, delicious dinner and amazing viennese hour! We had the first floor grand ballroom and it was so beautiful, we could not have asked for better service as well. The staff at Seasons waits on you hand and foot. This is a wonderful place to get married at if you can, I recommend Seasons to every bride looking for a lovely wedding.

Seasons is Top Notch!

We spent a whole weekend in NJ looking at about 10 different venues. We left frustrated. The price was well out of reach for many of the places we liked. The ones that were within reach (yet still very high) missed at least one of our sticking points. Seasons is Top Notch!

We spent a whole weekend in NJ looking at about 10 different venues. We left frustrated. The price was well out of reach for many of the places we liked. The ones that were within reach (yet still very high) missed at least one of our sticking points. We wanted a place that had great food, was beautiful both outside and inside, a large dance floor, and good value. We went back to the drawing board and planned a second visit to see a few more venues including Seasons. When we pulled in we noticed how beautiful the building was and while it was dead of winter we were able to imagine the waterfalls and tulips that they showed on the program. The interior was spotless. The marble floors were elegant and unlike many of the places we visited, there were no carpets to smell of last night's party. We met with Moufid, who gave us the run down and we were on our way. At the end of the day we called Moufid to see if we could come in for a tasting and we were very upset when he said that they do not do tastings. We couldn't imagine committing to thousands of dollars when we didn't even know how the food was. Moufid simply said, do your research, ask around. We did and heard only great things from both family and friends as well as the reviews on Weddingwire. Even after booking Seasons, when we told people where we were getting married, many of their responses were about how great the food is. When we asked Moufid about the menu his response was always "anything you want". We were a little skeptical, but when it came time to setting the menu we got "anything we wanted" (and more). That was the kind of service we received before our wedding.

On our Wedding Day many of our guests arrived to the reception early, Seasons opened cocktail hour early. Kim was my Bridal Assistant and she was beyond fabulous. I would turn to look for a place to put my bouquet and she would already be taking it from me, during cocktail hour, she gave us time to breathe and eat and brought down literally everything that was in the cocktail hour so that we could enjoy it. We still made it to our cocktail hour, but we realized how helpful this was, as once we got off the elevator we barely moved as we were swarmed by guests. Kim also bustled my dress, so that my Bridal Party could enjoy cocktail hour. Throughout the night, Kim had eyes everywhere. I was looking around the room for my husband and she came over and pointed him out, same goes for when my sister was looking for my mom. At the end of the evening, Kim and our Maitre D had all of our belongs packed up. While we waited for our shuttle, Kim brought us water and made sure we had "anything we needed". We could not have been more pleased with Seasons and their staff. They went above and beyond.

Also, just a side note about the food- it was absolutely delicious. Our guests raved about how great the food was and how beautiful the wedding was while we were still in cocktail hour, during the reception, on the shuttle back to the hotel, at the hotel, at our brunch the next day, and many are still talking about it. Not only did Seasons WOW us they WOWed our guests as well!

I'm so pleased with Seasons Catering. I had my wedding there in August and my guests can't stop talking about how nice the place was and especially the food (cocktail hour especially and vienese table).

Right after booking them, they always made themselves available to us and never told us 'no.' We were able to get our Rutger's knight ice carving which was very cute to see since we met each other there.

Seasons is one of the more expensive venues in North Jersey to hold your wedding, but they really deliver in every respect. I didn't have to worry about anything.

(Their remodel is also gorgeous) We had one glitch with the centerpieces that needed to be corrected, but Jay, the GM, sent me back the bridal suite and told me not to worry that he would handle it; and he he did so perfectly. Jay was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and I can not say enough good things about him. He answered phone calls, emails, meetings with patience and kindness, he went above and beyond, as did the staff, the day of. It's unusual you see a GM get their 'hands dirty', but he was more than willing. Carl, the owner was also lovely, and did his best to make sure we had what we wanted. Barbara, my bridal attendant, was wonderful! I could not even attempt to do what she did all day, she ran around for my husband and I and went out of her way anytime we needed something. She went as far as to carry my plate from the venetian hour, back to my table for me! Our maitre 'd, danny, also worked and worked all night, kept checking in and ran the reception like clockwork!
I am quite the perfectionist, but they can all match me tooth and nail, for sure. Of all the weddings I have been to, both Seasons and their other venue, Venetian, top them ALL BY MILES. Everything was spectacular!!

Two words......AWESOME FOOD! Our guests could not stop talking about the amazing quality, quantity and variety of the food at Seasons. Their cocktail hour is legendary. Their chefs are amazing and their food is top quality. You will not be disappointed! We went to two weddings there before we booked our wedding and knew that there was no other place we'd rather have our own wedding. They are truly the experts at managing special events and they go to great lengths to make sure your event is as perfect as possible. They really make you feel like you are their only client. Make sure that you book at least a year and a half in advance. They book up fast!

PERFECT Wedding!!!! Exceeded ALL Expectations

Thank you for an OUTSTANDING wedding for my daughter and son-in-law! Although there are no words to explain how PERFECT everything was I will make an attempt! The food was exquisite; from the over the top cocktail hour (truly), delicious entrees to the outstanding desserts! Wow just wow. Your chefs are miracle workers! "Simply the Best"

Seasons Catering & Special Events truly lived up to it's slogan, "Simply the best." Ria was our salesperson throughout the planning process, and I could not recommend her more! We were here first sale, and I would've never known. Peter was our Maitre D, and he was AWESOME. Made amazing suggestions in such a respectful manner. Sydney was our Groom Attendant - I could not recommend her more. She was AMAZING.

We are an LGBTQ couple, and we never once felt uncomfortable. Run...don't walk...to Seasons!
