We couldn’t have had a better wedding day. The venue was perfect for our intimate wedding with family. Alicia was AMAZING through the entire planning process. She was so sweet and helpful whenever I needed anything. They even gave us a deal for the venue sense we only needed it for a couple hours.
The view was spectacular from the rooms and they also gave me a welcome basket when we arrived with lots of goodies. It was perfect to be able to have our family stay there and then just walk over for the ceremony. My new husband and I will definitely be back for our anniversaries. I couldn’t ask for a better place to be married!!! -

Such a wonderful place to stay!
The staff and owners were extremely friendly and pleasant. The views of the resort were incredible. Would definitely stay here again :) -

I had been eye balling this place on wedding wire since May 31st (engagement day) because we LOVE SEDONA and then other options became available so we kinda pushed it to the back but everything seemed to fall through so I checked this place again because it was TRULY where my heart was and Alicia was THE ABSOLUTE BEST to talk to and plan with. She put up with my late night emails and numerous questions with ease. I'm EXTREMELY thrilled to be getting married (November 14th 2020) in "OUR" spot (SEDONA). OUT It's a titula fairytale come true😍😍😍 -

Stunning & Magical
Sedona Cedars Resort is such a beautiful venue! Alicia & Becca are wonderful people and they made my wedding dreams come true! Our day was everything we hoped it would be and it wouldn't have been possible without their help. They gave us such peace of mind and answered all our silly questions and were just positive rays of sunshine in this stressful stage of life! The venue itself was perfect for our day. We had just over 30 guests and there was plenty of space, lots of room to socialize, dance, and eat during the reception. And needless to say, the view of Snoopy Rock was the most beautiful backdrop to our ceremony. I couldn't recommend this place and the staff more, and definitely will to anyone I know looking for a venue! -

Alica, Alex and the staff at Sedona Cedars Resorts were very helpful in my planning the weekend at Sedona Cedars including our ceremony in the beautiful garden with the stunning view!! The cost was much less than neighboring places by far ( for stay of 10 rooms and ceremony) It is a quaint older property that is family owned and we weren’t lost amongst the masses of tourists! Located in a great spot that was an easy walk to shop, eat and visit. My wedding was stunning and they took care of all table, chairs and arch set up! They even made sure to have a nice selection of 10 rooms for family that stayed. The family enjoyed the property as well and that’s our place of choice now! I love Sedona Cedars! They also gifted me with an awesome shirt to wear on my honeymoon!! ❤️ Thank you Sedona Cedars Resort! -

Cedars Resort lived up to our expectations!
My husband and I had a wedding at Cedars Resort in June 2021. Despite the pandemic accompanied the venue preparation for the wedding, everything went very smoothly. Cedar's team was incredibly engaged, excited and dedicated to make our wedding day special for us. We'll forever be grateful for everything Alicia and her co-workers did for us. The view of the venue and centrality of the location created the unforgettable experience for us and our guests! Thank you -

Amazing!
This by far has been one of the best customer service experiences of my life. They did everything so perfectly and kept constant communication! They made our special day so much more special! Above and beyond expectations. I'm grateful I choose them for our engagement, to be honest. -

The staff and owners allowed a last minute ceremony for my wife and I. They were able to pull off an amazing set up with the time frame that we had (24 hours)! Hands down would recommend Sedona Cedars Resort to anyone! -

Great for a smaller wedding
We had about 60 guests at our wedding and we chose to have our ceremony here. They are constantly improving the patio space and we are so happy we chose to work with them. The manager Alicia is timely in response times and she makes sure you have everything you need to know. The lights they added make the space have a romantic atmosphere and they decorated our room and the staff was so kind. We would recommend them. -

Beautiful venue for our beautiful day
Everything from beginning to end was just perfect. They heard our needs and helped in relieving the stress that comes with wedding planning. Chairs, tables, arch, games, DJ, and a photographer all from one source. I recommend booking the the room right by the venue. Easy changing and personal belongings in reach. Thank you again to Alicia and Rick! -

A Magical Experience!
We found this spot by chance while on vacation and inquired about having our wedding in their beautiful garden balcony. One year later we were married in this lovely place.
Our wedding was a wonderful experience. I felt like Cinderella in her ballgown and the staff at the Cedars were my fairy godmothers! The memories from that day will never fade and I still get butterflies when I think about or look at photos from our wedding. The attention we received from the staff throughout the planning process up to the day of our wedding was very personalized and helped the day run flawlessly.
Sedona is a magical place and the Sedona Cedars Resort is is part of that magic! -

I’ve gone back and forth about whether to leave this review or not. I’ve never left a negative review for any business before, and don’t want to be “that person” but throughout my entire time working with this venue I just kept thinking that I wish that if any other brides had the awful experience I had, I wish they would have posted about it, so I wouldn’t have gone with this venue. What I will say is that I got to marry the love of my life in beautiful Sedona, and I have pretty pictures to show for it. Cedars was SUPER CHEAP for Sedona, and I thought we were getting a killer deal, but in the end, you get what you pay for… Alicia kept pushing her “preferred vendors” on us, nearing the point of harassing, which I later came to find out, she gets a 5% kickback from any of those vendors. She makes it exceptionally difficult to use any other vendor. Despite the fact that I live 4 hours away, and all of my vendors were from over 2 hours away, she made us all drive up on an organized day and time to look at the patio for a LESS THAN 10 minute meeting that everyone agreed could have been done over video chat. We ended up paying an additional $200 in travel fees for those vendors. NO other vendors in the wedding industry have heard of a venue making this so difficult. Then after paying the deposit for the photographer, and providing her with the necessary insurance forms, she said that she just “didn’t feel comfortable with them on her property” and refused to allow us to use our photographer, then again pushed her photographer on us multiple times. We showed her physical proof that there was just a misunderstanding, and she just didn’t care. We lost over a thousand dollar deposit on that photographer. Then on our wedding day, the weather didn’t turn out great, it was cold and windy, but they have propane heaters out on the patio area. While my husband and I were down at the creek taking photos following the ceremony, the guests tried to set up the heaters. She approached my guests during this time and told them that they couldn’t turn on the heaters without finding me and getting me to sign a new contract IN THE MIDDLE OF MY WEDDING, despite the fact that she explicitly told me that she would not be there during the event. Of course my guests weren’t going to hunt me down and stress me out with some contract on my wedding day, so they all sat there freezing, and I had no idea. :( 😣 SO SAD! Planning your wedding can be one of the most stressful times of your life, and every other vendor knows that and does their best to make this as easy as possible, but that was the opposite of my experience with Sedona Cedars Resort. I’ve seen other brides post about having a great time here, so it could totally be possible for you too. I just felt obligated to share my own experience so that other future brides are aware.
