  Customer Service is Top Tier

  This company went above and beyond for me and my new husband. I ordered a ring I thought he would love and I accidentally ordered the wrong metal. I was wrong, he hated the one I picked out. Whoops!!! LOL Thank God this company allowed me to return and exchange the ring. The process was really fast and we were able to get a ring he loves. I myself own an online boutique and know how hard it is to shop online. I would absolutely recommend shopping with Segal. Their customer service really is top notch, especially for this day and age. Thank you again!

  Great service! Yaniv helped us to pick the right design, I wanted to complement my fiancee's heart-shaped diamond ring. Better still, they got the band done within a week, it looks great, and it cost half what I'd seen a similar ring for other online stores. I don't even want to think about how much money I'd have saved on her rings.

I had some general ideas about what I wanted, but Yaniv asked the questions I hadn't even thought of to help me get dialed in on the right style for my (now) fiancé. I will definitely be working with Yaniv in the years to come.
