    Great caterer

    Brian and his team were incredible and amazing on our wedding day! We got so many compliments on the food, people kept coming up to us all night and even after the wedding. Brian was responsive, and so helpful in the planning process and his team was so incredible and professional and the bartenders and staff were so nice always checking on me and making sure I had a drink or food, and they were so efficient as well. Would 10000% recommend Seidel's to cater any event.

    Seidels is an amazing caterer to work with. Brian is very knowledgeable. He answered every question we had and was easy to work with. He even accommodated that we had a couple of vegetarians. I will def look to use him again.

    Brian Seidel and his team are top notch! The whole planning process was smooth sailing, thanks to Brian's excellent communication and organization. He was always one step ahead of what needed to be done next--so I never had to worry about forgetting little details. Let me say the FOOD IS DELICIOUS. My guests are still talking about how great dinner was. And the service matched the level of food. I'd urge anyone to hire this talented team!

    Seidel's Mardi Gras was the perfect choice for our wedding. Brian was very friendly and flexible and worked with us to stay within our budget. Brian was very helpful guiding us through the planning process and making sure we didn't forget any pieces. The food was absolutely delicious and there was the perfect amount served so we didn't have to haul a bunch home and worry about it spoiling before we got back from the honeymoon. I highly recommend Seidel's Mardi Gras for your wedding if you want friendly, reliable service and peace of mind!

    They were very easy to work with and gave awesome service! The food is VERY good and the pricing is reasonable.
