    Birthday Party catered by Chef James Lubin

    I have been waiting to hire Chef Lubin for a birthday party. It finally happened. YAY!!
    I was very pleased with the follow-up and attention to detail. He listed to my special requests, and exceeded my expectations. He answered all my questions. The food was AMAZING. Everyone was talking about the appetizers and main dinner courses. The beef was tender, the curry chicken was not too spicy and the presentation was beautiful. Very professional. The entire team was professional and on-time. They left my house clean, and packed all the extra food away. I would highly recommend Chef Lubin and his team. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Chef for making my birthday dinner event memorable. Looking forward to working with you again.

    Semaj's one way Catering & events is the absolute best! When planning our vow renewal , we knew that we needed a team that would listen to our ideas and execute them perfectly. James and his team exceeded every expectation.

    Their service is incomparable. Their attention to detail second to none. Their food is incredible.

    I would wholeheartedly recommend Semaj's one way Catering &a Events to anyone looking for a perfect event.

    Semaj created a very sophisticated and elegant experience for my client's event.! My client was elated! Guests are still raving about Semaj even though the event was Oct. 22nd. The entire process, from my initial contact with Chef James, leading up to, and the night of my event was flawless. He is punctual and highly skilled. His staff is amazing, professional, and kind!! We've all decided that Semaj is by far a 5 star company. If I were planning my wedding I would look for these very qualities in my Caterer/Event Planner. Kudos to Chef James and his incredible team!!!!!!!

    James and the entire staff at Semajs One way catering did an amazing job catering my wedding of 300 guest.I was a little concerned with the number of guest and the grooms request of a buffett style dinner but Semajs Catering not only provided delicious dishes but also excellent service to all of our guest.From our first meeting with James until our wedding day he made sure that all of our request were granted. It's been 6 months since our wedding and one of the top three things that our guest loved and still talk about is the catering. James has a true passion for the work that he does and you can taste it! Thank you again Semjas One Way Catering.

    We were very happily surprised with the level of service and professionalism offered by James and his staff.
    The food was fresh and the presentation was awesome. Very well deserved 5 star rating on presentation, customer service and professionalism.
