  If you want awesome pictures for the best price, this is your place. The best part about the pictures is the unique artistry of the photographers; I've never seen pictures taken as originally as these. My pictures are better quality than my friends' pictures and they don't look like the cookie cutter pictures that you'll find in everyone else's albums. The pricing is also exceptional. I got an entire CD of pictures for my engagement session and the wedding, 7 hors of photography, exceptional customer service, and a very charismatic photographer for a very reasonable price. Considering that photography is going to be a large expense in your wedding, I got way more than what I ever expected to get for my money. I cannot recommend Serendipity Portraits enough.

  Heather was fun, professional and wonderful to work with. She handled all of my "stupid" questions with professionalism and humor. Ever question or concern I had was immediately allieviated and after seeing her in action and seeing the results I realized I had made the perfect decision. The blog that she put together within days of the wedding had beautiful pictures and everyone has been amazed at the quality. Thank you Heather for capturing the moments that I would never want to forget.

  I am extremely meticulous and thorough about finding the best value for my money. However, I knew that June 4th, 2010 would be one of the most important days of my life and I needed whoever I chose to photograph Travis and I's wedding had to be PERFECT! So I began my hunt shortly after our engagement on 11/10/08. From the very beginning, Heather and Sarah were professional, easy to get a hold of, and easy to communicate with. That never changed. I could not be happier with their service, the way the photos turned out, or the value I received for my money.
  I have seen some terrible wedding pictures from friends and family of their "special day" and I have heard some horror stories. I can not express how blessed and lucky I am to not have had any of those types of experiences! Serendipity truly gave me something priceless, pictures that capture every aspect of that special day and will live on in my family long after I am gone.

  Serendipity photographed my wedding in May and they did a terrific job. I had seen their previous work and knew I had to have them!! I love showing my pictures to fiends and family because Serendipity has a beautiful perspective and a talent for using the environment around you. In addition, they have great service. They take the time to get your likes, dislikes, and your personality so you know your pictures are what you want and even more!!

  The first time I saw Heather and Sara in action was at my friend Michelle's wedding in May of 2009. They worked together as a team and really captured the moments of the day. I was impressed when I saw them interacting with the bride to make sure they were taking pictures that were important to her. They didn't just assume they knew what she wanted. I've been to weddings where the photographer is a "know-it-all" and doesn't ask for any suggestions. Heather and Sara realize how important the big day is and that all we have afterwards are the pictures. Pictures are what we show to our familes and they are passed down long after we are gone from this earth. I truly believe that Sara and Heather know that in their hearts and that is what drives them to make each wedding special and memorable for each couple. I have been so impressed by the company that I have scheduled my wedding photography to be done by them in June of 2010. Being a "Bride To Be" is nerve wracking enough. Knowing that I truly am in good hands with Serendipity Portraits takes one load off of my shoulders.

  My wife and I steered way clear of large photography companies. Instead, we went with Serendipity because we knew Sarah and Heather's business was their livelihood. We were not disappointed. Our emails or phone calls were answered within hours, not days. We were on the same page throughout the entire process. And in the end, Sarah and Heather did fantastic work. We were more than pleased. Avoid big business. Go with Serendipity and reap the rewards!

  We chose Serendipity after meeting Sarah, and falling in love with her down-to-earth nature - not to mention her gorgeous pictures! Sarah IS a talented photographer. She was highly attentive throughout the planning process. Our pictures turned out lovely.
  
  HOWEVER, after the wedding, it was difficult getting in touch with her, and getting a firm answer on when we'd get our pictures (we realized, much too late, that there wasn't a "get-by" date in the contract). We were disappointed in her lack of timely or consistent follow through - several emails and phone calls to her after the event went unanswered, and things promised in emails were not always fulfilled - or at least not without some prodding on our part.
  
  In addition, several wedding guests commented that she had snapped at them when they were taking photos. I know that she's the professional, but it's awfully tough to have to defend your photographer to your friends and family! It's a wedding - everybody wants to take pictures!
  
  So, it's a mixed review. The pictures were fantastic. The service, not-so-much.
