  Awesome experience!

  I simply can’t imagine how our wedding day would have gone without Katie. Katie was attentive, and was by our side through everything. She was so prepared, communicated with every single vendor, and made our day go so smoothly. I’m kind of a control freak, but Katie truly put me at ease and was a perfect beacon on that whirlwind day. So grateful we had Katie by our side to make our wedding the perfect day!

  A truly wonderful experience!

  Katie was my day of planner, and she was such a pleasure to work with! I met with her several times leading up to my big day and she made me feel comfortable and confident about the process, addressing my many questions and concerns, and doing it with a such a positive attitude. In addition to being my planner, Katie also provided florals for me wedding.
  
  Because of her and her team's hard work, we did not have to worry about all the puzzle pieces coming together- everything fell into place. She coordinated with the many vendors and created the tablescape and overall aesthetic of our dreams. She brought our vision to life, and we are so grateful for it. Our guests could not stop giving us compliments!
  
  Aside from her work, Katie is such an upbeat and kind human, handling hectic moments with a sense of calm and composure that is so important on such a big day. Her assistant Isabella was also incredibly sweet and lovely. They were there to check in with us throughout the day and made us feel as relaxed as possible. I would quickly recommend Katie to anyone!

  We hired Katie after I saw the amazing job she did with my best friend's wedding. I had no doubt we would be using her for our own wedding. She surpassed my expectations when it came time to bring our crazy wedding ideas and dreams to reality. She was there for every step of the way and was very responsive. Katie became a part of our family during the planning process. It was so much fun to bring our vision to life with someone who had as much passion for our big day as we did. We didn't have to worry about coordinating with the vendors throughout the process or worry about the little things the day of our wedding, which was amazing! It was such a treat to enjoy our wedding day and not have to worry about the moving parts around us. Katie and her team allowed us to be the guests of honor and not the host which was so worth it.

  Amazing service

  Katie and her team were incredible throughout my day. Not only did they set up everything to perfection, it needed to be moved because of crazy rain on my wedding day! Not only did I have no idea anything was wrong, it was perfect and beautiful thanks to her team! Could not imagine having my day without her!

  Stress Free!!

  I hired Katie as my month and day of coordinator and also her service team for setup/food service at my DIY outdoor wedding. Katie and her team were amazing! They were professional, kind, and efficient. Most importantly, Katie understood my vision and brought it to life - she put out fires with other vendors all day long. I cannot recommend Katie enough for making my dream wedding come to life and keeping things running smoothly. Forever grateful for her and lucky to now call her a friend of mine. She is so good at what she does!

  Wonderful experience!

  We had the pleasure of working with Katie and Orchard Hill Cider Mill for both our Friday night welcome event and our Sunday brunch for our wedding weekend. The venue was absolutely perfect not only because both the indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful, but because we felt supported from the initial call through the weekend. We are especially grateful as originally we were only doing the Friday night event with them but three days before the weekend we learned that our Sunday venue had fallen through. We were so impressed by how they were able to accommodate a last minute brunch for our wedding weekend.
  
  Katie was very communicative, organized, and we felt that she really understood our vision. She went above and beyond both before and during the events and made sure we had all the little details that reflected us as a couple. She was also on site on Friday to make sure the event was seamless (especially as we had a portion that included speeches and live music). The entire team at Orchard Hill was professional, warm, and we and our guests felt so welcomed. We also appreciated that the the chef and catering team accommodated the dietary restrictions of all of our guests (especially last minute for Sunday). The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful!
  
  Not only were we beyond happy with Orchard Hill Cider Mill, but our guests were raving about the venue! We also love that it is a space that we can revisit in the future.   Katie Parent and her amazing staff held our Handsome Hollow wedding DOWN! We booked Service Matters for day of coordination and as well as our staffing company. Katie was highly recommended by our caterer, Jessica of Hearth and Table, and we are so happy that we went with this company. Katie Parent was truly the most kind and calming presence on our wedding day. She was so accommodating, funny, creative, and just down to Earth- even when our wedding standards were sky high! She rose to the occasion, understood our vision, and connected all our venders into one cohesive team. We cannot thank her and her team enough. Best day ever!!

Not only were they professional, but they were so sweet and also had great energy and positivity that is so crucial. Her team went above and beyond and even took pitcures for us so that we could have them the next day. Working with Katie was such a smooth process too! She was so responsive and always made herself available for calls and meetings with our vendors. My only mistake was not hiring them to plan the whole wedding! I would work with this team again in a heartbeat!!!
