Seville was great about meeting all of my requests. Pam, their event coordinator, was such a pleasure to work with. She took care of everything I wanted/needed so I wouldn't have to be a crazy bride scrambling around. Our reception was absolutely beautiful, cost effective, and SO much fun. The in house dj was amazing and filled the room with so much fun spirit. I would definitely tell others to consider using Seville for any type of venue. The service is excellent.

I had my reception at Heritage Hall. It was awsome! The food was great, the price was even better since we paid for it ourselves and the director was very helpful!

    Events and Weddings

We were there at an event. We were impressed with the helpful staff as they took time to answer our questions about all the offerings within the Seville. Our event spanned the evening from gathering in the speak easy back bar, to dinner, to piano bar, to relaxing in the less intense venues to finally the dance club. The Seville has two pretty and nice court yards with fountains (bar service there if needed or arranged) and a few private rooms varying in size depending on your needs. We are planning a mid-life wedding. We have a mix of taste within our group and like the bit of everything for all in a full evening event. There’s plenty of places to have a private conversation, prep yourself, make changes, staff available, and options according to your attenee’s tastes. This flexibility under 1 roof helps make certain stressful moments within a time frame when everyone has to get along and the schedule go perfect make Seville Quarter a great venue choice.

Pam was very helpful throughout the planning process. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't bring in a caterer of our choice (had to use Seville's food and drink) and that we couldn't decorate until the morning of the wedding. Overall it turned out to be a beautiful setting and perfect for dancing and good food.

Overall Heritage Hall was a great place for our wedding reception. We got the room for 4 hours which was plenty of time for the reception. The food was exceptional - our guests raved about it all night. Drink prices were also reasonable which was a great surprise to me. Our coordinator, Pam, was a little slow at times to get back to me with emails and phone calls, and she forgot to reserve parking for us outside of the reception hall, but overall she did a good job. They weren't very flexible with the menu we wanted - it was modified to fit what they had available.

The DJ was okay...he didn't contact me until the Monday before the wedding so I was a bit worried that I would not hear from him. I was under the impression that we were getting an in-house DJ, but instead we got one of the DJ's employed by him. He was great with the song selection and played all the songs on our must play list and none on the don't play list. He didn't announce us when we went out for our first dance which was a little bummer, and he wasn't very vocal with the microphone.

I enjoyed having my ceremony and reception here. It was aggravating that because I had my reception in Apple Annie's, I HAD to use their catering. I feel like I could have gotten slightly better prices elsewhere, but the food was still delicious. Total cost was around $2,500, I also used their DJ. I really got a lot for my money, and feel that it was worth it. We had a few misinterpretations and some small bumps in the road, but it all worked out and my husband and I are very happy.

Overall Seville was a good place for a venue. It is great that the stress of catering, staffing, and alcohol is taken care of with one fail swoop. Only advice I have is make sure you are 100% clear on what you want and what you are going to pay for. They are more than willing to work with it, but it just comes at a cost.

Our wedding was held in Apple Annie's inside Seville Quarter. The character of the room is amazing with high ceilings, sky lights, a beautiful courtyard and traditional brick floors and walls.
With our wedding on opening day of college football (which I was well aware of), the grief I received from the staff at Seville was UNAPPRECIATED to say the least. They let me book the room, so they should have been happy to have our event. That's the reason for the low scores on Quality of Service & Professionalism. I was literally confronted by their staff/manager B. Mitchell in a sarcastic joking fashion and told that my wedding date was a "sore subject around there."
Other than that, Pam (the banquet manager) was great to work with when she responded to my calls & emails .... which could have been done quicker.
The price is amazing because they don't allow outside caterers ... which was fine with me because their food is even more amazing than their price. The most consistent compliment we receieved at the reception was about how great the food was. *Specifically the mashed potato & sweet potato bar.
Regarding flexibility, they get a high score merely because of Pam. With my wedding date as a "sore subject" from others, I never felt that from Pam and she never gave me any greif. She moved the football clubs that normally meet in Apple Annie's and never said another word about it.
