  Simply the BEST!

  We had our wedding day on May 13th, 2023 and it was perfect thanks to Sarah and the entire SG3 team. At every turn, Sarah and the team went above and beyond to make our day memorable and consistent with our expectations. Even when things went awry, Sarah made sure to constantly check in with us and recalibrate our game plan for the day. Sarah was a consistent professional throughout the process with such a delightful warm spirit.
  
  From the start, we had such a deep connection with Sarah and her approach to wedding planning. She heard our vision. And helped us execute a beautiful design while remaining conscious of our budget. She helped us make the reception design absolutely perfect - our guests are still raving about how gorgeous and detailed our reception looked. Sarah made sure we considered every detail, from linens to place card holders.
  
  Ultimately, as is the case with most weddings, there were a few things that didn’t go according to plan. Most were completely out of our control (including the weather), but we couldn’t have had a more beautiful day filled with love and joy. The SG3 team always has a solution for any obstacle and prioritized keeping everyone/everything on schedule. Sarah’s attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and heartfelt reassurance helped us through every stage of the process and the day itself.
  
  If someone is looking for a wedding planner/coordinator that is dependable, effective, and thoughtful, choose SG3 Events. Our experience wouldn’t have been the same without Sarah and her all star team

  SG3 is a Must Hire

  SG3 was easily one of our best vendor hires. Sarah and her team went above and beyond and were always so on top of things, which allowed me and my fiance to be able to take a step back and relax because we knew the SG3 team had everything covered. They also were an incredible value and helped us save money in other areas.

  Kindred spirit. Soul sister. Our team. Our tribe. There are just some people in life that spark something inside of you, and you just know you are going to love each other - that is Sarah to us! From the moment we met, we knew she would be an amazing partner. Sarah and her team were so accommodating and wonderful to work with onsite. Leading up to the event, Sarah was very responsive and thought of every detail we needed to make our event a success. We would recommend her to anyone, and cannot wait for our next event together!

  Best Party Ever - that just happened to start with a wedding.

  I was a year from my planned date, and trying to find venues on my own, when I found SG3 Events. Best decision of my life! Sarah Nickens and her team delivered with our vision of the Best Party Ever. We had a backyard wedding and SG3 Events coordinated 2 tents, plated dinner, open bar, dance floor, and an adult bouncy house! At the last few days we had to adjust everything for a deluge of rain. Luckily it stopped right before the ceremony but Sarah had every contingency handled and our guests knew nothing of the year it took to plan it, or the work her team did day of to pull it off.
  Sarah gave us great local vendors to work with. We really wanted BBQ and when the first few she gave us didn't meet expectations she continued to scour until she found Money Muscle BBQ. They even had a food truck for late night bites that kept everyone dancing and having fun.
  SG3 Events has the vendor connections, experience, and on the spot solution skills to make any event amazing. It's been two weeks since the wedding and we still get daily compliments about what an amazing event it was. We can't wait to plan another party, just to work with Sarah and SG3 again.

  The Wedding Planner of Our Dreams!

  I had the pleasure of working with SG3 Events to plan our wedding and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sarah to anyone looking for any type of event planning assistance. From the initial conversation, my husband and I felt like we were heard and Sarah really understood our vision. Even during a global pandemic, the entire process was stressless thanks to the experience and knowledge Sarah brought along our wedding planning journey! She sourced vendors, set up various meetings, and provided her best recommendations for venues and everything else in between within our budget to fit the vision. She was always available and ready for anything that came her way. I can't express enough how grateful my husband and I are to have crossed paths with Sarah and have her plan one of the biggest days of our lives. We set out to have an unforgettable event and we were able to have that and much, much more!

They were receptive to their needs, helpful with finding vendors, patient on the day of, and detailed to the very end. I cannot think the team enough for making sure my best friend had the wedding of her dreams.   Fairy God-Planner for a Fairytale Wedding

  Sarah is an amazing wedding planning professional. Sarah’s response times to my questions and concerns were prompt and always comforting. As the bride Sarah ensured that any decisions I made were well within my budget and I never felt pressured or over overwhelmed by the vendors I selected. Sarah is well organized and holds herself and the vendors on her select list to a high standard. Selecting SG3 Events was the BEST decision we ever made. Sarah made the last weeks leading up to my wedding more fun than stressful! Sarah contacted the vendors, created an amazing day of schedule, was willing to contact our wedding party, and took care of getting additional items for our wedding favors to add a personal touch. I felt like the only bride in the world while working with Sarah she made sure that the unique way I chose to present myself was understood by all of the décor vendors to bring my fairytale wedding together. Sarah called me the morning of the wedding to check in and see how I was doing! I really could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend her to anyone and we cannot thank her enough for helping us create our fairytale dream wedding!
