I was looking for decorator for my daughters sweet 16 and my friend recommended shagun. I contacted them and spoke with Chaya. She is very professional and very understanding. She knew I can’t visualize things without seeing it in person and she worked with me and showed me pics of her works and also created digital stage designs for me and went over each design to explain how this would work and what would look good or not good. She was very patient with us. She spoke with my daughter and got her input and her wishes to include in her design since it was her sweet 16. That was very nice of her. That made my daughter feel good. She would not bring something up once my daughter said she doesn’t like it. She was that respectful towards her wishes. She never forced any design or idea. She wanted all of us on same page all the time and she worked really hard to make the beautiful stage design. On the day of event when we entered the hall our jaw dropped. She made that stage look so so so beautiful. There was zero complaints even if I want to find issues there was none. She did such amazing job creating the gorgeous stage and the center pieces were as beautiful. Thank you so much Chayaben for everything you did for us. I highly highly recommend you to everyone for all the events. -

Hands Down Amazing Experience
We could not have had a better experience working with Chhaya! We had the pleasure of working with her as a designer and a planner and we could not have been happier. As a bride, Chhaya was my go to for every little thing and I cannot thank her enough. She is extremely kind, professional, and talented. She is attentive to all the little details that matter, especially the ones that are easily overlooked. Chhaya made our visions come to life, exceeding our expectations and helped us every single step of the way. Shagun Design was the best choice we made, highly highly recommend! -

I was impressed by their attention to detail and organization. They were very accommodating, even with last minute requests and changes. Not only was Chhaya very professional with her responsibilities, but also was a lot of fun to work with. I would recommend Shagun Design to all of my friends and family. User2601637 Sent on 05/09/2016We hired Shagun Design for wedding day coordination and decor. Chhaya was great at helping me plan my event days. As other reviews mention, she definitely pays attention to detail in her planning process and thinks of things a bride would easily forget. That is where I found her most helpful. I was overall happy and pleased with their decor as well. My only suggestion to this business would be to offer more options when it came to selecting decor items. I found that they didn't always have complete "props" available at their warehouse which can be frustrating when you have hired them for decor. Seema was definitely quick at understanding what I envisioned which is very helpful in the planning process.
