  So glad we decided on video with Sharifilms!

  We are thrilled to have worked with Sharifilms for our Wedding Day videography! Sharif made the planning process simple and painless, and provided lots of customizable package options for us to meet our goals and budget. He was incredibly organized and effective with the time we did have on the phone together so we felt very ready for the big day without the need for lots of follow up calls that can add stress in the time leading up. Sharif and Karina were absolutely terrific on wedding day, arriving early and staying late, and were kind and personable in the bridal suite while also remaining calm and organized to get key shots efficiently. Sharif and Karina worked with our photographers beautifully without having met prior, and ultimately produced a stunning quality teaser—we cannot wait to see extended footage but already know we will be thrilled. Thank you Sharifilms, for memorializing our most special day!!!

  Amazing 10/10

  Sharif and his team are AMAZING!! They are discreet and go with the flow on the day of- we didn’t even realize they were there some of the time! The teaser he made for our wedding was incredible and we just got the full video yesterday. It was so so amazing and we are so grateful we will have it for years to come. The video is a perfect mix of fun, sentimental and seems to capture everyone’s personality perfectly. You must book Sharif!!

  Instantly at Ease

  It was such a gift to have Sharif as a part of our big day. From the moment we had our first call, Sharif made us feel extremely at ease and confident that he would be there to capture every moment. Even the moments we didn’t know would be so special! Sharif and team are kind, efficient and professional.
  
  We received our teaser video so quickly after the wedding, which we watched hundreds of times to try to remember a day that passed by so quickly. The full video was a beautiful encapsulation of our love and our family, and we got to send the full footage to family overseas. Sharif, we are so grateful to you for capturing our wedding day- from the sappy love to the goofy laughter, it is absolutely perfect.

  Above and Beyond Videos!

  Working with Sharif was a great experience from start to end - and his product exceeded expectations!! He was very accommodating, professional, and organized leading up to the big day. He was pleasant to have around on the day of and the surprises kept coming after the big day! Each video (went from the shortest to longest) got better and better - Sharif captured all of the most amazing moments and blended scenes brilliantly, He went above and beyond the cost - highly recommend!

  I’m proud to have had Sharif film our combined Sikh-Catholic wedding. At every event (Mendhi, Jaggo, Bharat, Catholic Ceremony, and Reception), Sharif was very aware of culturally and religiously significant moments. Sharif made sure to celebrate these moments in our final video, which takes our collective breaths away every time we watch it. His cinematic and journalistic approach weaved numerous and varied Sikh and Catholic celebrations throughout our wedding week into a well put together story you want to watch over and over again. He anchored this story with the backdrop of how I met my wife in a spontaneous meeting in an elevator. As we watch our story, we can’t help but notice that Sharif has the perfect music and transitions to complement every moment. Unlike most cookie-cutter videographers, Sharif is a true artist. Every time we watch our wedding video, we learn something new. Every time we watch our wedding video, we are left speechless at the amazing work Sharif did.

  Sharif was so great to work with! He's fun, super nice, and easy to work with. From the consultation until the day of the wedding, he's been so prepared and made everything seamless. He sent our teaser video pretty quick and it came out stunning!!! We're so excited to see the full video! HIGHLY recommend Sharif!

  Gorgeous work

  Sharif came at the recommendation of our photographer, Denis Gostev. Like Denis, his style is artistic but also naturalistic--nothing feels staged, his editing is sharp, and his music choices are on point. He offers an array of affordable packages. The consultation was easy peasy and we can't wait to see him on our big day!

  Beautiful Videography!!

  My husband and I were on the fence about having a videographer for our wedding. ShariFilms was a recommendation from our wedding planner and after I went to his website I immediately knew we needed to use Sharif. On our wedding day Sharif and his team were so calm and professional that my husband and I never felt like we were actually being filmed. All the moments he captured were so organic. We received our teaser film shortly after the wedding and it was incredible!! Our family and friends were blown away. After receiving our full video, my husband and I couldn't have been happier! The amount of detail that Sharif puts into these videos is amazing. I absolutely loved his song choices on both videos and how it worked so well with the edits. We watch these videos over and over again and it makes us feel like we are back on our wedding day. We highly recommend ShariFilms!

  Goes above and beyond

  Sharif is awesome. He's such a nice guy and has a great sense of humor. He shares your moment with you. While he is there to capture it, he is invested as much as you are. He really wants to do a good job and you feel that from him. He worked fantastically with my photographer. He was on time and professional. His wife helped shoot and it worked out perfectly as she was able to get shots of my husband getting ready while Sharif took video of me, the moms, and bridal party getting ready. He was detail oriented getting all those money-shots of the kiss, the invitations, rings, how the space was set up, etc. Prior to the 20-minute long video, we got our teaser and I absolutely could not stop smiling with how well Sharif captured my amazing day. I am so glad I opted for the video because as much as photos are awesome, seeing the day in real time, and being able to relive it gives me so much joy. Sharif again went above and beyond, even staying later than our initially agreed upon contract to get nighttime outdoor sky shots on our venue's terrace. I really cannot express how easy he is to work with and how well he will capture the essence of your big day. Please pick this man (husband and wife team) for your wedding!

  Sharif was an absolute pleasure to work with from the beginning. He is very understanding and knowledgable of working with wedding parties and creates great videos. From our initial call he was very understanding and flexible in our planning. He asked what we were looking for and also accommodated a few schedule and location changes day of the wedding. During the wedding he did a great job capturing candid moments as well as directing a few moments without making it feel cheesy.

  You will not be disappointed!

  Sharif was amazing to work with and very responsive. We love our videos and our friends were also so impressed, that they hired him for their wedding a few months after and are equally as impressed with his work. Sharif recommended adding a drone for some aerial views of our venue, which came out so well. He is very well priced, especially for the high quality of his work and for NYC.

  Sharif was so wonderful to work with and provided us with the most beautiful videos of our wedding. We watch it pretty much every day, and it immediately provides us with so much joy and gratitude. We went back and forth regarding our decision to have our wedding documented by a videographer, and we are so happy we hired Sharif at the last minute, as his videos truly provide living proof of the amazing celebration we shared with our family and friends. If you are on the fence, Sharif is 100% worth it!

  My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found a videographer of Sharif's caliber to film our special day. Sharif is responsive, passionate about his work, and professional. He created the most spectacular finished product we could imagine. We're already discussing hiring him again for baby showers and other future events (when the time comes). We wound up with a preview video, teaser, highlight video and a full-length wedding video that we will be able to cherish forever.

  Sharif was amazing to work with! We are the third person in the family to use him and I would recommend him to anyone! He is so kind and calm. He was able to capture the feel of the whole night, even in a 30 second Instagram video!! I couldn't be happier with the whole experience of working with him and the final product!! There is no reason to not use Sharif as your videographer!!

  Sharif was absolutely amazing. After viewing a few of his videos, my husband and I immediately felt that he was the person we wanted to do the videography for our wedding. Sharif took the time to meet with us and get to know us a little bit before the big day which not only helped everything run smoother on our wedding day but also gave him get a sense of who we are as a couple which definitely made the final product that much better. Sharif was excellent with communication and worked well with our (slightly crazy) photographer from a different company.   Sharif was absolutely amazing. After viewing a few of his videos, my husband and I immediately felt that he was the person we wanted to do the videography for our wedding. Sharif took the time to meet with us and get to know us a little bit before the big day which not only helped everything run smoother on our wedding day but also gave him get a sense of who we are as a couple which definitely made the final product that much better. Sharif was excellent with communication and worked well with our (slightly crazy) photographer from a different company.   "We cried!" is what our friends and family have shared when they watched our highlight and full wedding video. It's a testament to Sharif's incredible talent at capturing the emotions felt during our day (all in under 5 minutes, and 20 minutes!). We FULLY recommend Sharif for his professionalism, flexibility, open communication, and wizardry at his craft.
  
  HOW WE FOUND HIM: I stumbled across Sharif's work at our venue, and reached out to him. We fell in love with his documentary style work- no cheesey stars, lame music. Clean presentation, thoughtful editing, and the ability to film from multiple angles!
  
  PLANNING: Sharif is very quick to respond to any inquiry. When we got swamped with wedding planning, he followed up, but was not at all pushy. Negotiating was a breeze, and we were able to customize our package to fit our needs and our budget. *YOU ARE GETTING HUGE VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY!* When I sent Sharif my timeline of events, he volunteered to come early, as he is very committed to creating memorable work.
  
  DAY-OF: Sharif was on-time, flexible (I didn't have a wedding planner!) with agenda changes, yet vocalized what he needed. I actually didn't see him much, but when I watched our videos, he seemed to be everywhere!
  
  POST PRODUCTION: Sharif kept timely communication. We received all our videos within a month, and our hard copies within 6 weeks. When I viewed his work, I wonder how he managed to do everything so quickly!
  
  VIDEO QUALITY: We shot at our host hotel, by the Brooklyn Bridge and at our venue (Deity) which is not the most well lit. Sharif captured and edited the day with clear presentation, thoughtful cuts/edits, and we looooove the music he chose! Our videos feel unique, and we are so grateful at how well he captured the day. My husband also surprised me with a choreographed dance, and Sharif did a full edit.

  Sharif's work is simply beautiful. We were beyond pleased with our wedding highlight reel and can not wait to see the full video. He's very discreet while he works so we kind of forgot he was there and got to be natural and just enjoy our day. He edits perfectly to capture the best and most memorable parts of your day. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

  Sharif was flexible and accommodating. Knew what to do and didn't really have to tell him or worry about him. Teaser came out a week later and left me wanting more! Taking about 3 months for the final product. Very good job, God bless!
