She held everything for us, even when I run in to hard spot. She had everything ready on time. Only thing I want her to let everyone know she was the coordinator for the wedding and she would handle any problems, but she handled the most important problems. I just think the guest should have went to her and not me. But she made my wedding the most beautiful day in my life, I really will tell anyone she the one to go to if they need a coordinator. An she loves what she do and not try to take your head off with a high prices . Loved her work and dedication to her client.Sharon Monique Weddings & Events's reply:

Vender lacked confidence, very unprofessional at times, communicated on behalf of the couple without following up, said hurtful words to the bride, sent out maid of honor after flower girls, not good under pressure, and needs more experience in planning. On the other hand, she was very helpful with providing reasonable priced vendors, contacts, and has a inventory of decorations at her disposal.Sharon Monique Weddings & Events's reply:
Dear Floyd & LaToya, thank you so much for your feedback. It is however unfortunate that this is such a negative review. This is surprising especially when my company have gone above and beyond to satisfy you and there was never a conversation about me being unprofessional or any complaints of quality or confidence or the lacking. I have gone above and beyond by doing such things like : paying for things without invoicing you, allowing you to use my Rental Decor items free of charge, staying up past midnight to speak with potential vendors who are overseas, and constantly forgave you for being inconsiderate of my time by being late almost to every appointment that you all requested. What you deemed as lack of confidence was me trying to please you as my client and be respectful to your family members who were very challenging and disrespectful during rehearsal. Also, using self control to be respectful amongst the Pastors and elders in the church that evening. You selected my Partial Planning package, but you were serviced as if you hired me for Full Planning , I had to talk your Photographer into giving you a second chance when he wanted to drop you as a client because he said you were difficult to work with. You were upset that he did not edit your engagement photos enough to make you look like a size “12” . Lastly, I allowed you to pay me after your wedding day. This is a Events Industry No No but to be flexible I allowed it. I am so sorry we did not satisfy your standards. I believe that I am a great Wedding Planner who strive to please all my clients. I will reach out to you in person to address the other issues you mentioned that I don’t think should be addressed publicly.
Again, I thank you for your feedback. I strive and will continue to strive to be a Great Wedding Planner. I will use your feedback to better my business and how I serve my future clients Unfortunately, I know I will not please everyone but I will take this experience as a lesson and move forward. I sincerely wish you both the best.
