  From our very first meeting with Shaymah, we felt an overwhelming sense of trust and confidence. Beyond her professional expertise, Shaymah took the time to genuinely get to know us and our love story, which added a deeply personal touch to every aspect of our wedding day. Her expertise, dedication, and passion for her work were evident in every interaction.
  
  Shaymah displayed incredible foresight, setting up a rain plan that ensured our wedding would be beautiful, rain or shine. Her meticulous nature was evident when she obtained insurance documentation from each vendor, leaving no room for unforeseen issues. The detailed floor plan and the comprehensive task checklist she provided not only guided us in the lead-up to our wedding but also served as a testament to her thoroughness. Shaymah crafted an individualized itinerary tailored to our unique vision for the day, and proactively shared this with all vendors to ensure a harmonized and seamless execution.
  
  What we particularly appreciated was Shaymah's commitment to regular meetings, ensuring we were always on the same page. Her recommendations for vendors were invaluable, introducing us to professionals who matched our vision and expectations.
  
  On our wedding day, Shaymah was nothing short of exceptional. Every event, from the ceremony to the reception, flowed effortlessly under her watchful eye. Shaymah expertly coordinated our ceremony rehearsal, ensuring everyone was well-prepared, and then masterfully managed the actual ceremony, ensuring every moment unfolded exactly as envisioned. Her constant communication with us throughout the day reassured us that everything was under control, allowing us to truly soak in and enjoy every moment. Shaymah's adaptability in the face of unforeseen circumstances was exemplified when the ice cream truck mistakenly went to the wrong venue; she swiftly coordinated with them, ensuring they reached the correct location without a hitch. Additionally, Shaymah displayed tremendous thoughtfulness by ensuring all our gifts were safely secured and put away after the festivities, giving us one less thing to worry about.

  Best Wedding Planner Ever!

  Shaymah was extremely organized with a very chaotic wedding - chaos due to family drama, etc. While the chaos was stressful, Shaymah was very detailed and thorough with all of the wedding planning, including designing florals and signs completely on her own (great designer too!), and including last minute issues with guest count, etc. She's very sweet, kind and helpful and great to work with! I would recommend her for any type of wedding event.

  Beautiful down the very smallest details

  Shaymah was our 20th wedding anniversary organizer. She was creative, thoughtful, budget conscious, open to ideas, fun, and super hardworking. It turned out great and everyone loved the event and loved her. We couldn’t recommend her stronger!
