10/10 Would Recommend
Shindig Chic surpassed all of our expectations! We hired Angelena for our wedding as she was honest and straight forward from the start.
Over video chat and email it was obvious she was organized, creative, and very efficient. She worked with me to get the mood board for the wedding perfect, not afraid to make adjustments or pivot original plans. It took only a few revisions to finalize the plans for the wedding.
When I arrived at the venue, I was truly blown away. My bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning and all of my bridesmaids' bouquets were beautiful. Although the color palette was seemingly plain (white, with some black and green) she brought the mood board to life beyond my wildest dreams. The ceremony space, though not overwhelming with florals, felt warm and bright like even though the wedding was on a overcast February day because of the gorgeous floral arrangements. Her and her team took white florals and made them stand out in the best way possible.
Not only is she creative, efficient, and so talented, she is also very upfront about costs and was willing to work with my budget. Each revision came with an updated cost estimate and she provided various options and costs when creating proposals.
Would 10/10 recommend reaching out to Shindig Chic for all floral needs. -

I really loved working with Angelena! Shindig was really responsive throughout the process and did an awesome job of translating my want for color and texture (but scant flower knowledge) into beautiful, funky arrangements that went far beyond my expectations. Angelena was really thoughtful throughout the planning and mood board processes, and was accommodating with last minute changes week of when we needed additional boutonnieres and stems for flower girls.
You can't go wrong with this crew! They were just at the right spot of beautiful artistry of flowers without going overboard on my flower budget. -

Perfect in every way!
Angelena created all of the details for our intimate family ceremony and reception in Tuscany, and we could not be happier with the results! From my bridal bouquet to the menu and place cards, we were so happy with how everything turned out. She captured our style and color palette perfectly, and left me (the bride) completely stress free about those details on the day of! Angelena made us feel so at ease and we could tell we placed these items in the best hands! -

Incredible!
Angelena's work is incredible! She was so easy to work with, she understood what I was looking for and brought it to life - my flowers truly stole the show! They were everything I dreamed of and more, I’m still in awe looking at the photos. She went above and beyond to make everything perfect, I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding florist. -

Shindig Chic Brought My Vision to Life
Angelena was super amazing and beyond exceeded my expectations. She knew exactly what I wanted and brought my vision to life (it changed a couple of times). She was also super receptive to last minute changes (my wedding party size kept changing and I added in a lasso ceremony). The flowers were my favorite thing about our wedding. I wanted the colors to be vibrant, festive and edgy and she blew my mind. Everyone at the wedding was definitely 'wowed' by Angelena's artistic skill. Would love to hire her again for any other event or and I will definitely recommend Shindig Chic to my friends. Thank you Angelena! -

Everything I wanted and more!
Shindig Chic was the first vendor inquiry that I made, and the first vendor I booked. Prior to even getting engaged, I knew I wanted to go with them as my florist based on all the drop-dead gorgeous florals I had seen online and the rave reviews. Thankfully my date was still available, prices were reasonable, and to top if off, Angelena was super sweet from the get go and understood my vision. I already had a Pinterest board going, and as she predicted, that board evolved over the next few months. I went from wanting a strong burgundy and green color palette to choosing a relatively neutral color scheme with pops of color. Regardless of color, I knew I wanted the vibe to be moody, romantic, and modern. Fast forward, we talked about the final design expectations six weeks before the big day. Though my Type A personality wanted to know what exact flowers were chosen, I knew I could trust Angelena and she absolutely nailed every little detail! From the selection of the flowers, to the bud vase colors, to the styling of candles and votives, it was all just STUNNING. I still can’t believe how beautiful everything came out. Everyone - I mean everyone - raved about the florals and couldn’t wait to take them home! Added bonus, Angelena pointed me to my photographer too - and she also couldn’t have been more perfect for the day. Do not think twice and book Angelena and Shindig Chic immediately!

Wow- we used Angelena and the Shindig Chic team for our small covid ceremony as well as our reception! We had two completely different vibes of florals we wanted for each event and Angelena just blew us out of the water. Her designs are GORGEOUS and she's so creative. She put together our seating chart for our reception and it might just be my favorite design element we had. I highly recommend Shindig Chic for anyone looking!!

If you want the most beautiful, Pinterest-worthy, Instagram-able, DREAM florals and styling for your wedding that will have you and your guests straight up swooning, you've found ya girl. Angelena can truly take exactly what's in your brain - even if you can't verbalize it yourself - and make it come to life, down to each petal, candle, signage point and every other tiny detail. She's organized, professional, thorough, a great listener, WILDLY creative, so NOT stressful, oh and also, FUN. She's seen and done it all, can do it all - and does. Right down to turning your venue from just a space to a magical wedding dreamland! She will leave no stone unturned when it comes to your vision, likes and dislikes, and needs for your special day. She walked me through the entire process of making everything oh-so pretty, from choosing my color palette and wedding style to building mood boards, planning/sourcing signage and table decor, to crafting the perfect florals and bouquets. Everything was on-time, coordinated, seamless and just how I'd pictured it. Hire Angelena and the Shindig Chic crew! -

Wedding October 24, 2020
Cannot say enough great things about Angelena and ShinDig Chic!! My husband and I used her services for our intimate backyard wedding on October 24, 2020 and she completely exceeded our expectations! Her arrangements, the arch she created, the boutonnières, my bouquet, etc were all ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! She brought our vision to life..it was exactly what we wanted and more! Angelena is extremely talented and I look forward to being able to recommend her services to other friends and family in the future! -

I contacted Angelena at Shingdig Chic with just 4 weeks to go until my wedding (changes due to covid). She responded right away (huge plus), and it felt like talking to a good friend - someone who understood right away what I was hoping to achieve and brought fun ideas to the table. I'd classify myself as the anti-romantic bride - I want colors and funky shapes and unusual flowers. But we ended up in a venue that had a much more romantic feel. Angelena did an incredible job of transforming the space but also complementing the setting so things felt fun and funky while also not completely out of place! She provided inspiration boards and was so open to conversations to nail down a specific look and feel. On the day of, all the flowers were set up at the venue even before I arrived, and ready to go! Absolutely loved working with Angelena and Shindig Chic! -

Working with Angelena was an absolute dream. She has so much creative vision and her and her team will work to create all those amazing wedding details that make your wedding truly memorable. They did all of our decor - flowers, arch, signage, table numbers, etc to make everything feel truly cohesive. I was truly blown away on the day of by how gorgeous everything turned out. I gave very little help and instruction and they turned that into something beautiful and unique. I would highly recommend looking into working with Angelena and her team, her prior work truly speaks to what she will be able to create for you! -

Bummed I can only give Shindig Chic 5 stars because I want to give them 5 thousand stars. Angelena and Erin are actual GENIUSES. Their talent makes me absolutely insane.
Not sure where to begin. I started out my process not sure what I wanted, but could tell you what looked good to me & what didn't. Angelena helped me figure out what it was that I loved about my inspiration photos and we were able to create a palette and vision from that. The relief of not having to worry about signage or florals (which were the most important part to me), table decor...ANY decor was like I checked 30 huge wedding todo boxes at once. Using Shindig Chic so much pressure was lifted that when people would ask me what I had left to do for wedding prep I was concerned I was forgetting something huge because my list was so manageable.
The best advice I got during my wedding planning was from Angelena. She told me to find specific things about my now husband and I that I may want to include to make the wedding more personalized to us. I didn't even think of doing anything specific before that conversation and with that advice we came up with our favorite parts of the wedding.
When I got to the venue and saw what they had set up already I burst into tears. It was more perfect and beautiful than I could have even imagined. They literally made my wedding dreams come true.
I will never run out of great things to say about Shindig Chic. I will refer them to any and every couple getting married or having an event and I will never have a big event without them.
Their work was the best part of my wedding and the best decision I made. I got an overwhelming amount of compliments about every single thing they did.
Actual ANGEL GODDESSES with an unfair amount of skill. -

Angelena and her team were the most amazing people to work with and they made our wedding magical. Angelena immediately understood my vision and made it become a reality. She is unbelievably creative and unique with her choices, styles and designs and yet she completely captured the mood and look I was going for. Everyone at our wedding was blown away by the flowers and decor by Angelena and I can honestly say it was Angelena’s work that made our wedding come to life. Angelena just gets it. Give her a vision, and she'll make it a reality. Working with Angelena was so so easy and fun! She was able to take high level ideas and make them come to life, while respecting our budget and preferences. There was always a creative solution for every request, and our wedding looked incredible. We had guests from all over the world comment about the beautiful flowers and hanging pieces turned out!
