  Tracy is the best!!

  We found Tracy through WeddingWire, and I'm so glad we did. She provides an amazing service and allowed for our wedding to go off without a hitch! She was incredibly professional, communicative, and so good at what she does. With her as our day-of planner, I wasn't stressed at all because I knew she had everything under control. The wedding went so smoothly and she kept everything on-track. If you're looking for a wedding planner, look no further. We highly recommend Tracy and couldn't be happier with her service!

  Day-of-coordinator

  Tracy was amazing! She was extremely organized and kept us on track throughout the process. We met with her just twice in the months before the wedding, and she created an awesome timeline for the day. She took care of so many things for us, i.e. handing out tips to vendors and ordering napkins just hours before the reception when our caterer didn’t place the order! Shindig was worth every penny!

  Gorgeous wedding reception setup!

  Shindig Weddings and Events saved my wedding reception. I was planning a quick wedding and had no one to decorate. However, she saved my reception and went above and beyond! My reception area was beautifully decorated and looked perfect! Reasonably priced also!

  Tracy was wonderful to work with. She definately put my mind at ease. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would definately recommend her to anyone and will use her again when my other daughter marries.

  The best money we spent for the entire wedding was for Tracy as our wedding planner. She was on top of everything and ensured that the wedding went extremely smooth. We would recommend Tracy and Shindig for anyone as a wedding planner. Tracy very much exceeded our expectations.

  Tracy Waldroup was the coordinator for our wedding at Chattooga Belle Farms. I could say a lot of great things about Tracy; she kept us organized, set-up our sparklers before we asked, made sure we ate. But really, any bride only needs to read this quick story: The florist shorted us a bouquet for a bridesmaid. When the florist couldn't be reached, Tracy took flowers, twine and burlap from our table arrangements and made a near-perfect match to the others. No wedding guests ever knew any different and she fixed a major problem that would've stressed out any bride. That is who you want as your wedding coordinator. Someone who takes care of every detail and sorts out problems that you may never even know about.

  We chose Tracy's more extensive package. She laid out a timeline for us during the planning process that really helped keep us on track and broke it down into manageable steps. She was always available for questions and advice. For the wedding day, she coordinated with all my vendors and kept our timeline running smoothly. She was great to work with!

  Tracy was, in a word, awesome. She made things go so smoothly and relieved so much stress from us that she is worth easily double what we paid. The wedding was, by any measure, perfect and Tracy was a big part of making it happen.

  Not Too Happy Says the Mother of the Bride

  Not sure what the deal was but my experience with Shindig was not a pleasant one. My daughter was totally stressed out and had no help with the planning of the timeline of the wedding/reception. She showed up at the wedding a couple (maybe) hours before the wedding and offered assistance? Anyway, I was the bride's mother and maybe she did more than I think but I was pretty disappointed in her service. She seemed that she didn't want to be there. I have three other daughters and have their weddings in the past and their event coordinator was nothing like this one. Good Luck!

  Jill, I'm very sorry you felt that way. I always want everyone to have a good experience. The wedding services, hours and then timeline were discussed with Courtney on the phone and via email before the wedding and I did all what we discussed plus bussed tables & helped serve drinks and food because they only sent one person to handle food for 100+ guests. It was a beautiful wedding- best wishes.
