  Best Experience!

  I highly recommend Shine Entertainment to anyone looking for a MC, DJ and photobooth. We had our wedding in December 2021, and they were a hit! MC Daniel being bilingual in Korean and English helped with translation throughout the night. We had family and friends come up to us saying they had the best time. They laughed a lot when we played the bride and groom game and enjoyed the dance off competition. DJ Yohan flawlessly transitioned music throughout our timeline/schedule with ease and kept the party going into the night. They both know how to keep the energy high. The photobooth was great too! We got to pick the size and design of the photobooth pictures. The guests enjoyed the photobooth and props. Thank you, Shine Entertainment, for making our wedding the best night ever.

  샤인 엔터테인먼트 스타 코디네이터님,,, 결혼식이 매니저님 덕분에 너무나 순조롭게 하나도 흠이없이 매순간 짜임있게 잘 끝날수 있어서 매니저님과 샤인엔터테인먼트 팀 분들께 너무너무 감사드려요! 매니저님 덕분에 결혼식 내내 아니 결혼식 준비 기간 전체동안 아무런 걱정이 없이 결혼식을 치뤄서 이 부분을 어떻게 감사드려야 할지 모르겠어요 ^^ 결혼식 준비하며 벤더 선정 등 모르는것이 있을때마다 전화드렸는데 서비스해주실 필요가 없는데도 항상 너무 친절하게 도와주셨어요! 너무 감사드려요! 특히 저는 저희 가족분들이 한국에서 들어와서 한달전부터 계셔서 그분들을 챙기고 하느라 정신이 없었는데,,, 스타씨라면 결혼식 부분은 걱정없이 잘 될 것이라는 믿음으로 믿고 걱정하지 않았거든요. 그런데 그 믿음 그대로 너무 완벽히 진행해 주셔서 어떻게 감사함을 표현해야할지 모르겠어요!!! 결혼식 당일날도 세분이나 오셔서 매순간 도움이 필요할때 다 커버해 주시고,,, 본식 끝나고 리셉션 들어가기 전에 드레스 갈아입을 때 손수 도와주시고 드레스 정리까지 해주셔서,,, 너무 감사드려요!!! 슬라이드쇼도 너무 멋있게 만들어주시고,,, 리셉션 끝나고 저희 부부는 너무 피곤해서 그냥 방으로 돌아왔는데도,,, 호텔 뒷정리까지 다 해주시고,,, 정말 하나하나 말로 하기가 다 힘들정도로 정성껏 프로페셔널하게 웨딩을 진행해 주셔서 감사합니다. 앞으로 결혼하게 될 커플께 강추해 드리고 싶습니다. 정말 후회없으실거예요! 수고 너무 많으셨고, 너무 감사드립니다!!!

  So entertaining and perfect for Korean-American Weddings!

  The overwhelming praise we got for hiring Shine Entertainment to MC our wedding just re-confirmed how they are so worth it. But honestly, it wasn’t the praise we wanted, it was the fun memories and boy did they deliver! Our wedding was such a blast and MC Danny was such a pleasure to work with. More than half of our wedding guests were Korean and having a lively, kind, and bilingual MC like MC Danny made our event so much more fun and comfortable. I know people say to not worry about the guests and plan the wedding to how you want it to be, but majority of our guests were from out-of-state. That’s why we wanted to show them a good time for coming all the way to Cali to celebrate with us. We wanted to show appreciation to all those that came to support us at their expense and time so having a boring wedding was not in the agenda. That is why I really appreciate that there were meetings to lay out the logistics and get to know each other to ease the flow of the big day. MC Danny gave us suggestions on how to make the reception more enticing and interactive with our guests and they were all great! They truly care about providing a service to make others happy. The only small critique I have is that I was told to list some MUST-PLAY songs that we would like to play at some point during the reception, and we only heard, at most, two of them. Our wedding party requested one of the songs to be played during open dancing as well but was told it was unavailable. So I would suggest if you have some MUST-PLAY songs you’d like for your event, just confirm they have those songs available and just review the general playlist together. Watching our friends and family laugh together is really what made our wedding memorable and Shine Entertainment was a great part of that. I am so thankful to everyone at Shine and their popularity is totally justified so hurry up and book them ASAP for your special event!

  Great communication and packages!

  Allen and DJ Yohan were great! Easy to work with, accommodating, and always with a friendly demeanor. My then fiancée had a carefully curated song list for every phase of the wedding and Yohan executed flawlessly. He kept the pacing and rhythm of the night and ensured that everybody was having a great time. They also provided uplights which really added to the ambience of the evening, as well as a photobooth. The one small hiccup was that photostrip printer malfunctioned early on during the reception, something I wasn't even aware of until Allen emailed us the next morning to apologize and immediately refunded a portion of their fee. He also had them printed offsite and mailed to us, at no additional cost. That's a standup businessman!

  Our friend referred us to Shine Entertainment the moment she found out that we were looking for a bilingual Host/DJ (korean/english) I was surprised on how great Coby was during the wedding! He made the mood light, happy and he was very funny! He entertained both our english speaking and korean speaking guests! Everyone was laughing and having a great time, Both Coby and the Dj were awesome! I definitely recommend Shine Entertainment for your parties/events!

  I highly recommend Shine Entertainment. Allen provided amazing lighting and DJ services while Young MC'd our wedding. Both were phenomenal from the beginning. Easy to communicate with and they made sure we were taken care of. Our venue space was huge and they were able to light up the space beautifully. He gave us great advise on lighting and song choices. We received a lot of compliments on how amazing our venue looked. Young was very entertaining and interactive with the guests. They both did an amazing job and we're glad we booked them.

  We used DJ David for our wedding and he was such a pleasure to work with! He's super easy going and responsive. We live in Nor Cal so arranged everything with an initial Skype session and emails. We contacted David initially in October but hadn't decided whether we needed Shine's MC or lighting services yet so David offered to hold off on finalizing our contract until January. I was floored with how flexible he was - a lot of snooty vendors won't even talk to you until they have a signed contract and check in hand. The price for his platinum DJ package was very reasonable. We met with him once before the wedding and he worked well with our coordinator. We ended up using amateur family members as MC's and he gave them good advice on keeping the flow of the wedding going. On the day of the wedding, he was set up on time, looked professional, and played all the right music. There were a lot of last minute changes to the order of events in our schedule but he kept calm and kept great energy with his song choices. Highly recommend!

  I searched through wedding wire looking for a DJ/MC vendor for our wedding last year. I had a good feel when I checked out their videos and reviews online. Me and my wife met with Allen and Young a few times to discuss our wedding celebration. I never doubted that both of them would deliver and provide us excellent service for our wedding day. Allen was prompt with answering our emails and made great suggestions to our wedding plans. Young was fun and amazing host. Throughout the wedding day, he made sure the crowd was getting involved during the reception. The games were fun and exciting. Our goal was to make our wedding unforgettable and they delivered. People were raving and telling us that the MC/DJ was really good. We couldn't be more happy with the service they provided.

  Not gonna lie - my wedding was awesome. From the food to the drinks, my dress, the venue... the list goes on and on. But the part that made that day more fun and more exciting was Host Martin and DJ Allen. They came highly recommended and from our very first meeting, they were extremely professional. They were very punctual and were really easy to talk to and fun, but still took our business seriously, which we really appreciated. They asked a lot of questions so that they could get to know us as a couple better, and in the end, this really helped because they knew what we liked and didn't. My husband and I just celebrated our 1-year wedding anniversary, and my guests STILL talk about the guys from Shine Entertainment. They were just that good - Martin is bilingual in Korean and English, which was great because we had guests who spoke both languages. Allen was spot-on with the music he played and he had people dancing all night. The games they came up with were so entertaining; people were crying from laughter. If you need to liven up any occasion, whether it be a birthday or a wedding, these are the guys you want to call.

  Coby and DJ Allen were wonderful! It was really helpful that Coby is fluent in both English and Korean because we had a mixed crowd. They were both very accommodating with the details and specific songs I wanted, and Coby had great ideas for reception games that were different from what I was used to seeing at typical weddings. Also, Coby's humor (and somewhat sarcastic) wit kept the crowd entertained and laughing. Overall, I was extremely pleased with Coby's and Allen's services. (I gave them the 4.5/5 for value only because I went over my budget for MC/DJ, but they were well worth it!)
