  Kyndall did our engagement photos and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went out of her way to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable through the whole photo shoot. When we received our pictures we loved them so much we decided to book her for our wedding also! If you choose to go with ShutterKey for any type of occasion I promise you will not regret it!

  Kyndall was extremely professional and intuitive. She made the whole process easy because she knew what we wanted before we even had to ask. When our photos arrived we were so pleased with the irreplaceable moments she was able to capture.

  Kyndall with Shutterkey Photography was great to work with, she was extremely professional during the whole process. Her portfolio speaks for itself, so many beautiful pictures and unique shots. Exactly what I was looking for! Those organic shots are the best! We received both our engagement and wedding shots within the time-frame she said we would, and she was extremely responsive during the whole process. I knew after our first meet and greet that I wanted Kyndall to shoot our wedding, and after getting our photos back I have no regrets! She is amazing and her product is definitely worth it! :)

  I absolutely loved work with Kyndall! She was amazing and made me so comfortable. Her prices were decent and she was very professional. Words cannot explain how I enjoyed her as our boudoir, engagement, and wedding photographer! I loved her work! I would highly recommend her!

  Kyndall was the most thoughtful and creative photographer we could have hoped for as our wedding photographer. We live in Boise so we had a few meetings on Skype so that she could get to know us before the wedding day which was so nice and helped us feel more comfortable. She was there and willing to help us with the planning process and had such great suggestions for timeline and the run of show. She even took the time to come out to my parent's house (where we got ready) so that she could see the landscape before the big day. Now we have our photos from our wedding day and could not be happier! Kyndall does a great job of getting the traditional photos that every bride and groom wants as well as many creative photos that you wouldn't expect! We are so excited to print Kyndall's beautiful photos and hang them all over our house! I highly recommend hiring Kyndal to be your wedding photographer!

  Working with Kyndall from Shutterkey Photography was one of the best things that happened to us for our wedding. From the very first meeting we had I could tell we would hit it right off!!! She is one of the sweetest, most easy to work with person I have ever met. She's also incredibly talented and has this amazing eye to make the most simple thing look like this awesome piece of art. She's a natural at what she does, and made it so easy and comfortable for us to be in front of the camera from the beginning. Our package included an engagement shoot, which was nothing short of dreamy and AMAZING!!! And our wedding photos are fairy-tale worthy. We are so grateful for having crossed paths with her and we love each and every one of our photos and the way she captured our memories. If I had to do it all over again, she would be the one I'd go to, without a doubt!

  Kyndall of ShutterKey did the photography for both our engagement and wedding last year and I cannot overstate how happy we are with both. Working with Kyndall was truly a pleasure - she was warm, prompt, and professional in her communication, very generous with her time and expertise, and totally willing to go with some of our crazy ideas (and brought many of her fun, creative ideas to the table as well). Neither my husband nor I are super comfortable in front of a camera, but from the moment we met for the engagement shoot, Kyndall helped us go from feeling awkward to relaxed and natural, even having fun!
  
  At the wedding, she and her second photographer were so accommodating, flexible, and go with the flow! She did an amazing job on the entire range of shots we wanted at our wedding - she caught the little (& big) moments that really captured the essence of our day, the couple shots were so fun, creative, and just gorgeous, the details of our location, flowers, and decorations. And she was always there with gentle, professional guidance when we needed it.
  
  True story, as I think happens with a lot of folks, there was some things that did not go as planned at the wedding and I was beating myself up about it afterwards, but when I received the photos that Kyndall took, it really helped me remember all the wonderful parts of our day and helped put things in perspective - thank you so much for that, too, Kyndall. The colors, lighting, and framing are just gorgeous and her passion for telling a true love story really comes across in the photos. She truly went above and beyond!
  
  I also have to say that the package she put together that contained our flash drive with our photos was so beautiful, personalized, and a wonderful keepsake to open. And our albums were gorgeous.

  There are very few experiences that I would give a perfect score to, but Shutterkey Photography is one of those services that deserves every great review out there. Kyndall is very professional, and willing to help in any way she can in order to make my wedding day special. Every penny I spent was well worth it. Her photos are great quality, and they capture every moment that was important. She is exceptional at editing. I will even venture to say that her artistry is the best of it's kind.   Kyndall has shot many weddings at my Bed and Breakfast. Her photography is very unique, each wedding she has photographed is different, she finds a way to make each brides album her own. All of my brides have been happy with her work, as have I. I hope to do many more weddings with her.

The conditions were rough: strong winds, rain, clouds and cold temperatures but Kyndall found the perfect place to take the most beautiful outdoor pictures. She had previews of some of the pictures available the next day so I could see how amazing they turned out. We also had our final pictures ready to view exactly when promised (or maybe a couple days early?).   For living out of state, Kyndall was always still on top of things and detailed. When adverse situations came up, she dealt with them in a great way. She let us know when she had previews of our pictures up online so we could take a look and once she was finished we always received our pictures in a timely matter.

  Kyndall did a fantastic job capturing not only our wedding day but the included engagement session. She took extra time to make sure we were happy with not only the plan but all the shots and did an excellent job explaining the process.

  Kyndall is an amazing photographer. She comes up with the best ideas to capture moments and feelings, not just pictures. She has taken a set of pictures of our 4 children in the theme of the 4 season that encompasses not just the children's charachter, but of space and time.
  
  She is a joy to work with and very prompt on order deliveries.

  Kyndall is the very first person we met with when we got engaged because it was so important to us to get her booked. Her photos are extraordinary and photojournalistically capture both beauty and love. I highly recommend Kyndall to everyone. She is lovely to be around and so professional. The images she captured for our engagement and wedding are truly amazing!

  It has been 4 months since my wedding and I have not received my albums which were supposed to arrive over a month ago. Nor have I received the CD of all the photographs that should have been sent 2 months ago. My parents paid for the largest package which was over $2400. There has consistently been little to no communication. In the months before the wedding, it would sometime take over a week to get replies to my emails. I have not heard from Kyndall since our last email on October 18th (about a month and a half ago). When my parents contacted her last week about the CD of photos, she claimed that she had sent it a long time ago and that she would send it certified mail asap, but we still have not received anything. My husband called her (I can't even deal with it anymore), and had to leave a message, and she has not responded. To top it all off, even if we do receive our photographs, there were many moments that were not captured. Between two photographers and the fact that we had only around 50 guests, I expected more. There was also a huge smudge of mascara under my right eye from crying during the ceremony that Kyndall should have seen and had me fix before she started shooting. She tried to photoshop it out, but didn't do a very detailed job of it. I would like to demand that my parents get at least a 50% refund, but that will only be possible if Kyndall ever contacts us back. She does not know how to treat her clients and should not be running her own business. Only hire her if you want to waste your money for mediocre photographs and get really upset after your wedding.

  I would have been happy to do a re-shoot of Jillian and Ian's engagement shoot if they had expressed their dislike of the pictures. (Please feel free to look at those as well on my facebook, https://www.facebook.com/shutterkeyphotography) Unfortunately, this is the first I'm hearing of it. I include my engagement sessions in my packages for this very reason, so if they are unhappy with the way I've shot or anything I've done we can change it before the wedding day or do a reshoot. I also include an engagement session to get to know all of my couples before the wedding day, and this is my main focus of the whole shoot. We talk and get to know one another while I take pictures. I try to make everything easy, relaxed and fun. Ian hadn't slept well the night before our engagement session, and maybe this attributed to his bad feelings. Jillian failed to mention here that after her engagement shoot when she got her CD of the shots she also got a nice box of chocolates, a free print and thank you card, thanking her for choosing me for their wedding. This is something I do with all of my brides.
  
  The men getting ready is in the gallery, I'm sorry Jillian hasn't seen that. It is impossible for me to pose most of the day, I cannot pose during the ceremony, at reception, or while they're getting dressed and putting their clothes on. The posed shots in the gallery are the parts of the day with Jillian and Ian together as newlyweds, and family photos. I don't understand what else they could mean by candid. There are beautiful shots of her and her daughter on the way to the ceremony in the limousine. There's beautiful shots of Ian their daughter doing a daddy daughter dance at the reception. There's cake smashing. Bouquet throwing. Some really gorgeous shots of Jillian getting ready. A touching moment when their daughter ran up to both of them at the ceremony. I can't pose any of that, yet it's all captured and claiming to be posed.
  
  I told Jillian and Ian both before I left the reception it would take 4-5 weeks to get the finals done. I emailed her to tell her that I was running late due to an unforseen amount of bookings and I was very sorry, I had expected to be dead until January. Many photographers take anywhere between 4-8 weeks to get finals done. I do not feel I'm out of the average for my industry.
  
  In the end, I think this has been a miscommunication problem. I couldn't fix the engagement shoot because they never told me. Obviously, we had different expectations of what candid's would look like. When Jillian replies to my phone call I plan to apologize and do whatever I can to make it right.
