  This weekend we had a 180 person wedding and Signature Creations was one of the BEST decisions we made. Not only was the food absolutely amazing there was so much of everything. We even had a ton of food left over in the end. We got so many compliments on the main dishes and huge desert display. They were so easy to work with and Eddie's personal touch through the whole process kept us at ease and confident that everything would be perfect.

  I cannot recommend Signature Creations enough. We discovered them via a blog highlighting a wedding at our venue, The Landmark Loews, in Jersey City. The wedding looked expensive and we assumed Signature Creations would be out of our price range but contacted them anyway just to get an idea of pricing. Not only were they affordable and within our budget, they were the most flexible, professional, and helpful caterers we contacted. Eddie and his staff worked with us to create a custom menu for our affair and provided everything we needed and more. They also recommended a great rental company, Ocean Tents, for our table and chair rental. The staff was in constant contact with us, checking in and making any changes as needed. On the day of the wedding they were nothing short of spectacular. Every member of their waitstaff was incredibly nice and went out of their way to make our day absolutely perfect. I could not have asked for a better caterer. Our guests RAVED about the food and went even more crazy for the dessert buffet!!! I would recommend Signature Creations to anyone without hesitation.

  Eddy and Signature Creations were perfect. I could not have asked for anything better. When I arrived late after pictures, I was bummed that we had just missed cocktail hour, but the head woman brought my husband and I a huge plate with a sample of every appetizer. They set up the tables very nicely and cleared things away well. The dinner was good and the dessert amazing. Everyone was taking pictures of it. The head woman really made my night though- she was always there asking what I needed, helping us open and pour our champagne and was just so friendly. And they were very reasonably priced! Definitely recommend!

  Signature Creations did a great job for our wedding. They were very responsive and detail oriented and followed all our specific requests. Our venue was a little difficult as it had a lack of facilities but they somehow managed to pull it all off without any incidents. I would definitely recommend them.

  I agree with the other reviewers whole heartedly. Eddie and his crew pulled off an amazing cocktail, dinner and dessert service for our outdoor wedding and I recommend them hands down. I know I'm biased but the food was the best that I've ever had at a wedding. We had table service, the meals looked and tasted amazing and they were WARM. Hot, in fact. At an outdoor wedding for 150 people! I can't count on my two hands how many times I've been to an event with table service where the food was not only cold but usually a standard fare of underwhelming meat/fish, gummy mashed potatoes and bland, chewy green beans. Sound familiar? Not the case with Signature Creations. I was definitely a beaming bride when the guests raved about the food. We worked with the CIA trained chef who was totally open to our suggestions and we brainstormed on a menu that was sophisticated but budget friendly. Awesome experience. It also looked like we spent a fortune, when, in fact, Eddie worked with us to whittle down the final cost and was super fair.
  I didn't give them 5 stars down the line because we felt that the bars were a little disorganized and the bartenders were relatively inexperienced. However, it was Labor Day weekend and Eddie did mention that it was tricky to get available staff (and a big fat THANK YOU to everyone who didn't mind working)!!! So all in all, completely recommended. I wish I could relive the day!

  Signature Creations is a well-run business that provided great buffet service for our backyard wedding. From our first tasting, we felt confident with the quality of the product. They had great options for the cocktail hour, and all the entrees we tasted were delicious and felt scalable. We wanted to make sure that our 150 guests would be able to get their food quickly and fill themselves up regardless of dietary restrictions, and their buffet options really made this possible. The set up two serving tables and the lines moved expediently during the reception. The biggest hit of the night was the desert service, which offered a variety of cookies, brownies, chocolate dipped strawberries, and more that pleased every single person at our wedding. We were pleased to have some leftovers so that we could enjoy the delicious food a little longer! I'd recommend Signature Creations to anyone that has reservations about catering a wedding that is not located in a standard location - they were able to work out of their cook tent, which was kept out of the view of our guests, and handled everything from start to finish with a smile!

  SUPERB JOB!! The were early, set everything up perfectly. The mobile kitchen was just what we needed. Everyone enjoyed every bit of the items we picked from a large selection. The staff were the FRIENDLIEST I have ever come across.......they were fun, and completely helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. Everyone who attended complimented the staff and food. I could not have been happier with this event. I recommend you to EVERYONE who has an affair to be catered. You will not be disappointed. They are fantastic!!!!! Thank you so much.
