  Invaluable

  We can’t recommend Ivvy highly enough! We hired Ivvy to be our day-of coordinator and she also ran our ceremony rehearsal. From our first phone call, we knew we were in good hands. Ivvy put together a detailed schedule for the wedding day and gave us helpful advice about to handle various logistics. And then on the day, she made sure that we had nothing to worry about. Not only did she and her assistant handle all the logistics, they also helped set up the venue and took it all down at the end of the night. And throughout, they were calm, competent, and kind. I would recommend Ivvy to anyone getting married in the area!

  Ivvy is incredible!

  Start to finish, Ivvy was professional, incredibly knowledgable, easy to work with, and was an invaluable part of my day. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she turned my blurry vision into a magical reality. She was a crucial part of finding vendors. She went beyond suggesting the most popular vendors and really thought about which ones I would enjoy the most and who would deliver what I was looking for. She was available to talk whenever I needed her and always made me feel like a priority.
  
  On the day of the wedding, she was so energetic, upbeat and calm. I was beyond impressed with her and her assistant's professionalism and genuine kindness.
  
  I am so thankful I found Ivvy and could not imagine how my day would have gone without her!

  Absolutely Fantastic!

  I recently had my son and daughter-in-law's wedding at the Flying Horse venue in Corvallis, Montana, and I wanted to leave a positive review for our wedding coordinator, Ivvy Craig. Ivvy was an exceptional communicator throughout the entire planning process. She was always available to answer any questions I had and kept me informed every step of the way. On the day of the wedding, Ivvy was punctual and made sure that everything ran according to schedule. She kept the wedding, social, and reception flowing smoothly and seamlessly, allowing me to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about any delays or issues. Ivvy's coordination skills were outstanding, and she worked great with all of the vendors, including the venue owner, officiant, party rental company, photographers, florist, baker, and caterers. She was able to coordinate everyone's efforts to ensure that everything came together perfectly. Overall, Ivvy's professionalism and attention to detail made the wedding day a truly special and memorable event.   she made my wedding perfect

  Ivvy was amazing, and helped make all my dreams come true. She was so flexible, and made my wedding day so stress free and joyful. Her flowers looked incredible and I felt like her decor was out a of a movie. I couldn’t recommend Ivvy and her team more!

  Wonderful Experience!

  As a Texas girl eloping to Montana, I was a bit apprehensive about how my intimate ceremony would look. I finally broke down and hired Ivvy and I am SO glad I did. I had about 20 people staying on location at two huge Airbnb's and I was not even sure what the ceremony space would look like before arriving. Not only did Ivvy help me before hand by helping me create my timeline, but she asked me questions I hadn't even thought about yet. On the day of I knew I could literally ask anything of her and she would have it figured out. I fully trusted her on the day of that it would turn out exactly how I wanted, and it did!! Thank you so much Ivvy!

  Signature Events Coordination

  I loved working with Ivvy! She made her schedule more than available to talk and/or meet up with me any time through the process of my wedding planning. Even though she offers coordination, she went above and beyond to help me think of different options and vendors to go with. She even helped me order some last minute greenery for decor. Ivvy was so great throughout the entire process, however, I couldn’t have been more grateful to have her on my actual wedding day. We went over my vision of how I wanted everything to look and then she made it happen. Having Ivvy allowed me to be completely hands-off with set up and coordinating of vendors, which made my day SO much less stressful.

  Signature Events Review

  We hired Ivvy from Signature Events as soon as we moved into MT. We hired her as a Full-time planner because we were unfamiliar with the area, vendors, etc. She went beyond our expectations and planned our wedding just as I imagined and so much more. We also added on flower design and the flowers the day of wedding looked perfect and the most beautiful bouquet! Her decoration + setup looked amazing at our venue and made everything less stressful leading up to the wedding day! She had great communication skills with vendors and was always attentive.
  I strongly recommend Ivvy for planning your wedding!

  Ivvy was absolutely wonderful to work with! We used her for her "Day of coordinating" but she was able to modify to our needs and she helped with the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and so much more. We had multiple meetings via Zoom and even a site walk through prior to our wedding. She was positive and kind. Her team was great!

  Ivvy in shining armor

  When my husband and I first started planning our wedding from the other side of the country- we knew we needed a local wedding planner. We found Ivvy via the knot, scheduled a call with her and soon after signed a contract. From the first moment we spoke to Ivvy she was super friendly, helpful and had the answers to the questions we didn’t even know we had yet. Ivvy kept in contact with us and all of our vendors for months all the way up until our wedding day. As an out of state bride- she really put my mind at ease and helped in every way possible. My husband and I decided to have a really small and laid back wedding- I really appreciated that Ivvy never tried to sell us on anything extravagant or out of line with our idea, but rather assisted us with making our vision become a reality.
  
  The day of our wedding went off beautifully. I had a serious case of bride brain and had forgotten SO many things (our bulk flowers, table cloths, waters, etc.) however Ivvy handled it ALL and made it look easy. Not to mention she also handled a minor weather crisis on top of it all. From creating event space overviews to day of timelines and helping us clean and pack up after the big day- Signature events played a huge part in making our reception dreams become a reality and I would recommend her to any bride, local or traveling, for all of your wedding (or other event) planning needs.
