It was a breeze working with Signature to book transportation services for guests to and from our wedding. Many of the other companies I reached out to never even responded. I worked with a woman named Pam and she was very responsive, friendly and informative. They were on time, the buses were clean and the drivers were very friendly. Highly recommend their services for your needs! -

We used Signature Transportation for our wedding back in November, and we have nothing but great things to say! We wanted to provide our guests with a shuttle to use from our hotel block to the venue and back, and Signature was a breeze to work with! We ended up adding on a getaway car for my now husband and I, and it was such an easy process to work everything out. They didn't charge us upfront for a large vehicle until we knew our final headcount, and adjusted the pricing and vehicle size accordingly! We used Signature for both the wedding welcome party and the wedding day and they were great! Pam and Kinsey were wonderful to work with - great communication and so helpful. The drivers were courteous, on time and friendly! -

We hired Signature Transportation for our 10/4/2020 wedding; needless to say, Pam was incredibly easy to communicate with, and they adapted to our ever-changing needs as the pandemic began effecting our planning. In comparison to other companies in the area, Signature was an easy hire - they were quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and they clearly have the newest vehicles for the most value. We utilized a large coach, a smaller coach, and a Sprinter limo for our wedding day. Each of the drivers was attentive and professional. Our guests were complimentary of the service and the vehicles. Thank you, Pam and Signature, for taking great care of us during our wedding! -

Samantha Sent on 04/02/2018Signature was great to work with! We had an entirely out of town guest list and knew we were wanting to shuttle everyone to and from the wedding. We met with Pam and Donna in person and they were able to show us shuttles and help us decide which sizes we would need. The shuttles are beautiful and comfortable. Our drivers were prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone planning a wedding or needed transportation services! -
User2310299 Sent on 09/10/2015This was the most affordable option for our wedding day transportation. We booked a Sprinter Van Limo and I highly recommend this. There is much more room than a conventional limousine, and as the bride, I did not have to struggle to get in and out with my dress. There is more than enough room for everyone and the pictures we have inside the limo were great! The driver was professional and courteous. We are so happy we chose Signature Transportation!

User1725737 Sent on 07/22/2014The service was good and the most affordable in town. We had quite a few mix ups however with arrival times. I sent this multiple times yet things still got mixed up day of. They corrected it, however, and things went well. The drivers were so nice!

We used signature for our wedding transportation. The staff was on time and very professional and their vehicles were very clean and taken care of.
We had a few issues with communication with them. It was extremely hard to get in touch with anyone and we had to reiterate our plan multiple times due to lack of staff and communication.
We later added on another vehicle and the price was the same as our two vehicles early on, so pricing has changed and increased recently.
Overall our experience was great day of just hard to touch base with in the process of planning and changing details.Signature Transportation Services's reply:

I attempted to resolve this issue with the business for three months before posting this review. I used Signature Transportation for my wedding transportation. Communicating with this company was the most stressful thing I had to deal with in planning my wedding. Phone calls and emails went unanswered for weeks at a time, even after I paid for services. I scheduled and paid for several pick-up times for my guests on my wedding day. The chauffeur's disregarded the pickup times outlined in my contract because "even though we set an early return time, it is very common that no one wants to go back early so the chauffeurs must rely on the onsite contact to let them know if they are needed or not". I paid for pickup times this company had absolutely no intention to oblige unless they were "told". This resulted in guests that wished to leave my venue at the first pick-up time to pay for Uber. This company left my emails unanswered so it is assumed they refuse to refund the money I paid for missed pick-up times or rectify this situation in any way. This company's quality of service and customer service is extremely poor.Signature Transportation Services's reply:
Good afternoon Gina, and I am very sorry you are still unhappy with our service. The buses were onsite for you and your guests the entire time and the planner had their names and cell numbers so that they could be called up as needed. The venue does not allow the buses to sit in front, they must park in the designated area and pull up when requested. I provided you with GPS on both coaches that showed that they were there on the property and available. We are at this venue all the time and have never had this issue in over ten years. We were in contact with you constantly other then a short time when we were going through staffing issues. We go over and above to make sure that all our hundreds of weddings are treated with great care and I am truly sorry that you were not happy, but we did everything we were contracted to do.
