  Fabulous, Warm, and Professional

  Sofia was a gem from the start. We hired her to preform our elopement on our 10 year anniversary and could have have been more thrilled with the choice. She was clear and walked us through the steps we needed to take before the big day, communicative leading up to the elopement, and was on time, impeccably dressed and looking stunning for our day. She delivered the pre approved vows with grace and warmth and felt like she really knew us. 10/10

  Yes, Yes, & YES Again!

  We hired Sofia Laveaux-Crawford to officiate our wedding and I can't recommend her enough. She walked us through the whole legal process in regards to the process of obtaining our marriage license and was so helpful whenever we had questions. Aside from the legal knowledge, she was an absolute joy to be around. She successfully wrangled our very large (chatty) bridal party and made sure everyone knew their roles. She was so flexible with us when we continuously changed the time of our rehearsal and wedding. Stunning person inside & out and would recommend her to anyone!

  Great officiant!

  Picking an officiant can be complicated, and we met with many challenges. We wanted an officiant that was somewhat alternative, but not too alternative. We wanted an officiant that was professional, but not in robes. When we chatted with Sofia we knew we found the right one. She was flexible and helpful with the script we wrote, arrived early and knew her lines! She sent us a few scripts to work off of, and ended up drafting something inspired by those, but with our own flair. Sofia had no problem working with the new script we created. We had a friend doing a handfasting ceremony, and Sofia seamlessly ensured we would have an easy transition. She was professional, and we would suggest anyone looking for a modern, stylish officiant to go with her!

She sends you the most helpful materials, was so flexible and willing to tailor the ceremony however we wanted, showed up on time (even lets you track her), fixed all the pocket squares, nailed the ceremony (we got so many compliments, which I was not expecting - plus several people asked where we found her), and she has a great personality on top of it all.   My small ceremony, had to be approved due to certain circumstances. Sofia was wonderful and understanding. She was very patient with the process. She traveled the distance and was a pleasure to meet her in person. The words she chose were priceless.

  Sofia was so wonderful! She explained everything so clearly to us beforehand and right before the ceremony reminding us about a few things regarding the marriage license process. She was very kind and did a wonderful job. I would recommend her to anyone!!!

  Fall wedding in the park

  Both Sofia & Robert were very helpful, they wrote my vows for me after we spent some time on the phone telling them our love story. Sofia met us at the park and looked beautiful and she made my wedding day something I will never forget, I invited her to eat with us and back to my home for champagne and dessert. Our small park wedding was more beautiful than I imagined. It started to rain lightly as we placed our rings on each other and it was even more special. Rain is good luck on your wedding day. Sofia was great. I happy to have had her be a part of our day.

  Highly Recommend!

  Robert officiated my wedding in September of 2022, and my husband and I could not have been more satisfied with the experience! We called Signature Weddings/On-Call Notary with relatively little notice, about two months before the big day, and Robert was so accommodating! My husband and I had a non-denominational ceremony, and wrote our own vows, and with the background we had sent over to Robert ahead of time, he was able to craft a short and sweet service that highlighted our strengths and commitment to one another. Robert signed our paperwork immediately after the ceremony, and he handled sending it back in to the town hall - WITH mail tracking for us to follow!! We had an excellent experience, and I can't praise them enough, I highly suggest booking Signature Weddings/On-Call Notary to perform your wedding!
