  Dan & RJ are absolutely amazing. They were recommended to use by a friend who used them for their own wedding. I am so happy we chose them to document our special day. So far the sneak peak at pictures we have gotten are incredible. I cannot wait to see the rest! Choose Simple Life Portraits for your big day, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

  Dan and Rebekah were so easy to work with. My husband and I hate to have our pictures taken. Doing the engagement session beforehand definitely helped get us more comfortable in front of the camera. The day of I barely noticed them there and they were able to capture so many amazing moments. Their prices were the most reasonable we found for photojournalism style photos. We didn't have a videographer but the series of photos they captured really told the story of the events of the day.

  We loved working with Dan and Rebekah. We met prior to the wedding to go over everything. All of our expectations were met. We already have seen the preview of our pictures on their blog. They are beautiful and we can't wait to see the rest.

  Dan and Rebekah did such a great job with our engagement and wedding photos! Their candid style captured some of our favorite photos and they did an excellent job with posed photos too. Since there were two of them taking photos we had lots of coverage of the wedding! I highly recommend Simple Life Portraits!

  Dan and Rebekah did an AMAZING job with the photography for our wedding. We had a little bit of a larger and enthusiastic wedding party but Dan and Rebekah were awesome to work with. There were so many great shots from the wedding I still can't decide which ones I want to put up in our house.

  I cannot say enough about Dan and his wife from Simple Life Portraits. Our pictures are beautiful and artistic. Our style matched well with his photojournalistic style (aka-he does not pose you but takes 'action' shots). In the packages he offers complimentary engagement photo sessions. This was great! Dan came all the way down to Baltimore (where we live) to shoot ours around the Chesapeake Bay. Dan was always very responsive to emails and easy to contact/get in touch with.

  We are so happy we made the choice to go with Simple Life Portraits for our wedding photographers. We love the uniqueness of their photography style and we had such a great time working with them! They are very accommodating and they went above and beyond for us. They captured our wedding day so beautifully and we will enjoy our photos for years to come! We searched for a photographer a long time and most are very expensive and the packages are very limited. Simple life portraits have very reasonable prices and a variety of package options to choose from. Honestly I was surprised at the lower price we payed for the quality of photos and service we received. Dan and Rebecca work hard and we could tell they enjoy what they do and have pride in their work. I could go on and on about how much they truly made our day a memory we will cherish for a lifetime. We will be using them for all our family portraits. In my opinion you won't find a better photographer as they are the complete package

  Choosing Simple Life Portraits was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We knew how important photography would be and we were looking for a very particular style. We truly wanted to capture the story of the day and really focus on more than just the dress, the cake, and the rings.
  On the day of our wedding, Dan and Rebekah put up with a lot. It was freezing temperatures and we were running an hour behind schedule. They both were so kind and helpful and completely accommodating. The amount of talent they both have is incredible. We received photos that truly took our breathe away. They brought out the best of our wedding and left us with extraordinary photos to cherish. All my photos were beautifully composed and the color was magnificent. Dan tells a wonderful story and truly takes in all the personal details about a couple into consideration. I couldn’t recommend Simple Life Portraits enough.

  WOW!! That sums it up!! From the very first email sent, to receiving our first photos, this duo was just fantastic. They are everywhere, and yet completely out of the "light" so you don't even notice them. Following our ceremony, they took a couple of the obligatory family shots, and then we did some REALLY fun shots that I cant wait to hang on my wall :) They captured the day perfectly.. every time i look at a photo, the emotion of the day comes back to me. EXCEPTIONAL team!

  Dan and Rebekah are incredible. They were so sweet and laid back, I couldn't have asked for more perfect people to document our wedding day. They were great with the formal shots, but also paid attention during the whole day for special moments between us and our guests. Many wedding photographers make you buy the wedding photographs after they've taken them, but not Dan and RJ - they give you ALL of them. Not only are they fantastic photographers, they are also a lot of fun to be around. What more can you ask for?

  Simple Life Portraits have GREAT packages for GREAT prices. They are affordable and you get so much with the package. This couple is so nice and friendly and they really make you feel comfortable. They were great to work with and they did a GREAT job with our pictures. I would recommend them to anyone who wants really good photos, a friendly photographer to work with, great packages, and great service!!

  If we could give them 6 stars we would! The service and professionalism they provided on our wedding day was outstanding, and the pictures were magnificent. Dan and Rebekah are extremely friendly people who listen and understand what type of pictures you want. We already booked them again for a different project and will be using them in the future!

They are not ridiculously priced as other photographers, yet their work is equally high quality as the other higher priced photographers. Everything is inlcuded in the price they quote you, and they are frank and open about what would cost extra. The pre-wedding engagement photo session is included in the package, and is a time for them to learn what that particular customer likes. I was impressed with how they used my feedback from those photos to adjust their work for me at the wedding. They really LISTEN. Good job guys! I wouldn't have wanted anyone else!   Not only were our pictures from Simple Life Portraits great, but Dan and Rebekah were such a wonderful couple to work with. We had a lot of fun at our engagement session and on our wedding day having our pictures taken. We got a lot more and spent a lot less than the other photographers we looked into using. We will always be able to remember our day with our beautiful pictures from Simple Life Portraits.

  Not only were our pictures from Simple Life Portraits great, but Dan and Rebekah were such a wonderful couple to work with. We had a lot of fun at our engagement session and on our wedding day having our pictures taken. We got a lot more and spent a lot less than the other photographers we looked into using. We will always be able to remember our day with our beautiful pictures from Simple Life Portraits.

  We were very happy the service that we were provided. We really enjoyed the photographs that were taken for us, I do wish we had a few more of our guests that were not dancing though. Overall, we were very happy with Simple Life Portraits and we will and have recommended them to others.
