A Rae of sunshine!
Rae exceeded all my dreams for my engagement party flowers. When I was planning my engagement party in the beginning of the year, I envisioned a summer Soiree. An intimate and chic night with bright flowers and a candle lit ambiance. My friend who is also getting married this year, referred me to Rae. Not only is she so sweet and friendly, but she listens to you and really understands your vision. The amount of inspiration pictures and mood boards I have sent her during these last few months and she always responded so friendly and always encouraged me to keep sending her my vision! My engagement party was on 7/15/23 and when I walked into my venue, I cried of happiness. Rae nailed my ENTIRE vision!!! The flower arrangements were so beautiful and everything I wanted, but Rae’s kind personality is what makes her work even better. Thank you Rae for being so amazing. My husband and I were introduced to SimplyRae Soirée at a bridal and wedding expo in March of 2023. Her presentation and creativity captured our attention the moment we walked past her display. At the time, we didn’t get the chance to personally speak to Raellen, but made sure to save her contact information. As I got deeper into the wedding planning process I decided to contact Raellen to inquire about her services for florals and decor. I was so pleased with her kindness, promptness and professionalism. I sent her photos of everything i had envisioned for the event. It seemed like anything I inquired about, she could make it happen. Raellen truly brought all of my visions to life. I loved working with Simply Rae Soirée. Communication was wonderful and she took my ideas and made them come to life. I wanted a Bohemian Glam wedding and she understood exactly what I wanted, even though I was all over the place! Easy to work with and the day of the wedding went so great. I just arrived and everything was done beautifully. I had no complaints and I could be a picky Bride 😆. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wanted something extremely expensive looking but on a budget. Wonderful stress free experience.Simply Rae Soiree's reply:

I thought that my vision was clear from the multiple pictures I sent, references to her own past work, and the extensive Pinterest board, but what I ended up with was not at all in line with the color palette I wanted or what we had discussed. I take part of the responsibility for the communication, since I should have insisted on more conversations earlier in the process, but Rae kept saying we had plenty of time. By the time she was ready to talk, I was in a new position at work where I could not step away for a phone conversation during the day at all, but I thought we were both very clear on what I wanted, since it had never changed from the moment I hired her and I had continued to send inspiration pictures via email. For the flowers on the cake, I had sent two pictures of the colors and one picture of the STYLE (again, thinking my color palette was clear), but she copied the colors of the style photo, which even included a color I specifically said I did not want, leaving me feeling like I was at someone else’s wedding. We did bud vases for the tables and from the list she sent me beforehand, I was expecting a wider variety of flowers, heights, and colors to match the colorful garden vibe I envisioned but the flowers in the vases were very short, with little variation in height and type of flower. I had told her twice that I specifically did not want floating candles and somehow ended up with them on my sweetheart table. For the surrounding tables like the guestbook and memorial, we had fake flowers, and I honestly preferred the look of those. I have had a few guests tell me the same thing.Simply Rae Soiree's reply:
