    I am from Pennsylvania, but my Sister lives in New Ulm. She is one of my bridesmaids and her son & daughter are my Ring Bearer and Flower Girl. While visiting over Thanksgiving we went to Sisters with the intention of picking out the Flower Girl dress and having my sister be my guinea pig for trying on bridesmaid dresses. Well I decided to try some dresses on while we were there and ended up finding THE ONE!! Jenny was super nice and helpful. We were in there for like 3 hours trying things on and re-trying things and taking pictures

    I had a great experience at Sister's bridal on 1/10/15. We went in without an appointment (we initially hadn't planned on looking there) and they were able to not only squeeze us in but provide the best customer service of the 3 bridal shops we went. Isabella the employee that helped us was very pleasant and helpful and we were able too find bridesmaid dresses! I would highly recommend sister's for they truly made the experience positive and memorable for too his once in a lifetime task!

    I absolutely love this shop! They have a large selection and helped me find the perfect dress during my first appointment. They are very friendly and professional! I highly recommend this shop to everyone!

    I got a one of the kind dress for a wonderful price! They steamed it for free and I was able to rent the under skirt as well--very easy to work with!

    After searching 7 shops in 2 states, I arrived at Sisters Bridal and new I was in the right place. The dress was perfect and the assistance and support the store provided were exactly what I needed.

    I loved Sister's I shopped there for my prom dress as well and they we're awesome! I suggest them to everyone who asks where i got my dress.

    Sisters is a cute bridal shop in New Ulm. They recently just moved their store. I really enjoyed the service I recieved the staff was very friendly and helpful. If there were things I needed to be done I could do them over the phone, it was nice.

    I absolutely love my dress! The tailored it to fit perfectly! I also got all bridesmaids' shoes there, as well.

    I really like how they had the wedding dresses displayed - hanging, but not in bags and spaced out. It made shopping easy!

    Sister's has so many beautiful choices and styles to choose from! The customer service is wonderful. I think I tried on almost 30 gowns, and everyone was patient with me!

    i highly reccomend sisters for your dress. I loved the fact i ordered my wedding dress and the bridal dresses all at the same place and got a great discount on top of it. They were very helpful with all the fittings and great to work with.

    Sisters Bridal was the first and only place I looked to find my wedding dress. Dresses were displayed on mannequins making it easy to compare dresses to try on. Joy helped us during the appointment and she was great! She actually selected both the bridesmaid and wedding dress based upon my input and seeing what looked good on and what I liked. We originally only scheduled an appointment for wedding gown shopping, but continued to be assisted while looking at bridesmaids gowns and were even able to try them on. The store and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. I paid more than I wanted on my dress, but it was well worth it. Highly recommend.

    I had a great experience at Sister's Bridal! My mom and I went in without an appointment and they were able to help us right away. Kelly was amazing and worked hard to help me find the dress of my dreams. The sisters were great! The problem I had was with alterations. They were sooo busy during Prom season that they didn't start altering my dress until the week before my wedding. (I'm sorry, but all weddings trump Prom.) It made me so nervous!! My corset turned out being too loose since I had lost weight ,so you couldn't see my crosses very much and it was too close to my wedding to fix it. I would recommend Sister's Bridal for your dress, but bring it somewhere else to alter.

    The shop is very nice and it is really nice how they have a lot of the dresses on body hangers so you can actually see the shape and not have to wait until you put a dress on. The sales people are also super nice. While my dress shopping experience was great, my purchasing experience was not.

    I ordered my dress in December and was told that they would get back to me about the ship date. It was a few days before they responded and they told me the ship date was two weeks before my wedding. This set me in a panic. They said they called the dress company the next day to cancel the order, but the company would not grant them the request. Unfortunately, we had to move forward with purchasing the dress even though I found the exact same one on the rack in my size at a different store. Now, I have an unworn dress that I need to sell. Overall, I just don't know how hard they worked to respect my wish to cancel the dress order and I wish the manager would have spoken to us instead of just our sales person.

    This review is very split. The store itself is lovely and the staff there is so nice. They were so easy to work with to buy my wedding dress. they were also super helpful in finding bridesmaids and junior bridesmaids dresses. They were able to help my two pregnant bridesmaids order the correct size dresses. They were so friendly and were great to buy the dress from.

    However I highly advise that you DO NOT let them do your alterations. I had read some reviews prior that commented on the poor alterations, but figure they were "just reviews."I am 5'8, size 6 (bridal size 8-10). My dress did not need much work. to begin with, just a tuck on the sides and boob area made to fit. I figured it would be easy.

    They only do alterations 2 days a week, Tuesday and Thursdays which if you work or live further away, makes it very difficult. I started alterations 10 weeks prior to my wedding. They did not "finish" my first round of alterations for 6 weeks, which left 4 weeks. the first round was ok but not right. Round 2, the alterations made the dress fit worse then it did prior. Round 3, I left the store in tears with only 2 weeks till the wedding, my dress was no where near correct. So 4 days prior to my wedding I returned for Round 4 of alterations. I put the dress on and instantly started crying. The dress was even worse then before and was no where near fitting. We stayed in the store for 2.5 hours trying to fix there alterations. It finally somewhat fit. The boob area was still far to large all day and bothered me throughout my wedding day. Then to make it worse, a strap BROKE where they had attached it during my reception and my mother-in-law had to sew it.

    Long review made short-- buy your dresses here but do not let them alter it.

    Is it possible to give a zero rating? Apparently not! Sister's Bridal and Tux was the worst experience EVER! We had groomsman from all over who were measured at different places and I gathered all the measurements and sent to Sisters. My brother and father were measured by them. On the day we picked up our tuxes every person had an error in their order. They swore up and down it was because they didn't measure us, BUT my dad & brother's tuxes were the worst. I spoke with the store owner and she would take no responsibility and provided no help to ensure that we would have the right size attire for the wedding ceremony the next day. If it wasn't for my bridesmaid who used to work in the industry I know we would not have. My bridesmaid called and arranged a delivery to the church for the correct attire the next morning. Sister's did NOTHING!! They even told us if they were to get different sizes for us we would have to drive all the way back to new ulm (45 minutes away from our location) to pick them up. SERIOUSLY? Horrible service, horrible place. STAY AWAY! Finally about a month after the wedding I received an apology from the shop. However, they offered nothing to cover their actions. Not even a refund or partial refund for ANYONE. When I inquired as to what actions they were going to take now that they were taking ownership of the issue I never received a response. I can't say enough bad things about this place!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. First off I was not impressed when I brought my bridesmaids in we had an appointment yet noone helped us.. I myself helped all my bridesmaids in the dresses to try on. Grabbed clips to adjust the backs when they were to big to small ext. I don't even know who was helping us because she directed us to rooms and walked away. We got dresses there only because I had a discount for 20% off... One thing.. they never measured for the dresses.. just asked what size did you try on we'll order that one.. after that experience my dumbass out of convenience for us to pick up before leaving town also ordered our tux vests from them.. we are the ones as bride and groom close enough to town so we picked up all of them.. we had the men try them on only to find out not a single one is the right size. Every one is small. And not only by alittle bit I'm talking every vest is at least 2 sizes too small . It's understandable for one to be wrong mistakes happen.. but for every single one to be fucked up is no mistake but the person to measured the men or lack thereof.... To late to drive them back to late to call.. closed... Overall I am not happy

    I would absolutely never go back to purchase a dress from this store! I came in with my bridesmaid and maid of honor on a scheduled visit and they acted like they didn't have the time of day for me. When it came to the colors to pick out they were not helpful in coordinating them. I ended up paying for rush shipping through them and still didn't get my dresses until over a week later! Many phone calls asking about the status of delivery later they finally arrived. However, when they arrived the dresses were not only in the wrong colors, but in the wrong sizes! It was not nice to work these women and I won't go back there ever again!

    My husband,groomsmen, ushers, and fathers got their tuxes from Sisters. I would NOT recommend them! Over half the tuxes didn't fit. After multiple trips there the tuxes were suppose to arrive at noon the DAY OF THE WEDDING - pictures started at noon also. I was NOT happy. They don't stand behind their tuxes - and don't know which ones run bigger and which run smaller... if they would have known this we may not have had problems. They offered to give me $30 re-imbursement!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR ALL THAT HASSLE AND STRESS AND RUNNING AROUND!

    I got a bad feeling about this place from the begining, but this is where the bride chose to buy the dresses for her wedding. When I went in to get mesaured the two women were fighting over what sizeing chart to use. When I went to pick up the dress it was so big I had to hold it up, or it would have fallen to the floor. When I said they must have ordered the wrong size dress, they said I signed for this size so I was responsible. When I said they were the ones who measured me they said I must have lost weight. I have been the same size for YEARS, and even if there would have been no way I lost 4 dress sizes in 8 weeks. If I wouldn't have already put 50% down, I would have left and found the dress elsewhere.

    Please do not mess with this place, it is not worth the convience of being local.
