WOW! We are absolutely blown away by Ruth and Gary’s endless talent. Sky Cinema Films hands-down has been the absolute best to work with, and you can guarantee that they are going to capture every moment and emotion of your big day.
When it comes down to editing and putting together the videos, it’s going to tell a story each time. From the teaser, to the highlight, to the full one hour edit, they did not miss a beat.
Ruth and Gary are also both so pleasant to work with and they make you feel comfortable, which I think is so important! We had so much fun working with them.

Ruth made the planning process easy, and her whole team made us feel comfortable behind the camera on our wedding day. The best team — hands down! The moment my husband and I met Ruth and Garry, we knew our search ended there. We hit it off right away and we just knew that we would have a great time working with them. They are an amazing and very down to earth couple. Very talented and hilarious, too! They are with you every step of the way from your first day of planning to your big day. They captured our special day so beautifully and I still cry when I watch our engagement video and SDE. Not enough words to say how fabulous our experience with Ruth & Gary were! Booking a videographer was one of the last things that we did before we weren’t sure if it was worth it. Boy were we wrong! We are so grateful that we decided to do this. They were such a delight to work with. Before the wedding, we met for video ideas and what we did and didn’t like. During the wedding day they were so sweet and friendly and just a pleasure. We just received our video and OMG its amazing!! We are so forever grateful to them that we now have this beautiful video to relive our favorite day over and over again!! -

At the beginning of our wedding planning journey we weren't sure if we wanted to hire a videographer, but I'm so glad we did! We really wanted the Sky Cinema team because they offered livestreaming, and we had a number of virtual guests because of COVID. In addition to the livestream ceremony we also invested in a highlight video, and we're so happy we did! Ruth and Garry managed to capture our personalities and moments from the day so beautifully and it's really something we'll treasure for years and years to come. We got married on 9/5/2020. We had one guest because the pandemic didn’t allow us to celebrate as we wanted. I am from overseas and so is my husband. So we thought about LIVE STREAMING the ceremony so my mother/brother/family and so my husband family could see it. The church offers live streaming from. A phone but we though a profesional camera to make sure nothing goes wrong. This couple were amazing. We negotiated an hour and change since is what usually ceremonies last, and the highlight video edited after. I have worked in post-production for years (yes, over 2 decades) and Jorge really gave time to look for the best wedding videographers that he thinks would fit my standards 🤨😆 . Then, he showed me Sky Cinema’s reel and asked me to sit down and give time to check on them. When I saw just the first video he played, I knew they know what they're doing and told Jorge ”this is our videographer”. My eyes were trained for years to see which is beautiful and fits for airing that’s why it's easy for me to know what I like. My jaw dropped to the floor as I was watching the same-day-edit (SDE) video with my wife and our family and friends right next to us on the stage of the venue. Everyone's eyes were glued to the screens. I couldn't believe how they did it, especially with all the outrageous requests from my wife. But they did it amazingly and on a very restrained schedule. Did I mention these guys just came overnight from another wedding in another state and they barely had any sleep? Ruth was hesitant to take the job when we spoke to her. Ruth, Garry and the Sky Cinema Films team created the most BEAUTIFUL video content for our wedding that took place on 4.13.19. In having a few phone calls/Facetime calls with Ruth, my husband Brian and I felt so comfortable in having Ruth and Garry be our videographers for our wedding. Not only were they professional, but they were so kind and compassionate. Ruth and Garry truly listened to our vision and captured every single moment from our wedding and turned it into truly cinematic video content that we will have forever! All couples want a specific video and Ruth and Garry were able to create such a classic and elegant video that embodied our personalities perfectly!

WOW! Where do I even begin?! My wife and I knew we wanted videography for our big day, especially with an SDE (Same day edit).
I will admit... I am a groomzilla. I scoured the internet and went through 70+ videographers. I had email exchanges with them all and must have watched hundreds of wedding videos. When we came across and contacted Sky Cinema Films, right away, things felt easy. Ruth wasn't' the "We are the best and you need us" or the "we-have-many-inquiries-so-here's-our-generic-response" type. Our initial and subsequent meetings with Ruth was similar to meeting a friend. Ruth and Gary exceeded expectations in every way throughout the process. Leading up to the big day, they were highly communicative with my wife and I, nailing down exactly what we wanted and what to expect. On the day of the wedding, they were extraordinarily professional. Also, like any good documentarian, you could barely even notice they were there. Sky Cinema Films exceeded all our expectations for a wedding videographer. Ruth was actually the editor for our Maid of Honor's wedding video so when we heard Ruth and Garry (her husband) were breaking off and doing their own thing, we scheduled a meeting right away. The meeting was very casual yet still professional and Ruth easily made us feel at ease about her abilities to capture our wedding day.
