    Amazing food and service!

    We used Slab BBQ catering service and bartenders for our wedding and we are so thankful that we did! Mark (the owner) was amazing to work with. He answered all of our questions and he took time out of his day to come to our venue walk through, which was really nice. The catering staff and bartenders were professional, friendly, and were great to work with! Everyone loved the food and could not stop talking about it that day! We still have family and friends talking about how good the food was that day…almost 6 months later! We would highly recommend Slab BBQ for your catering needs!

    Sooooooo good!

    I love this place! We have so much leftover but I’m not complaining!!!! Who doesn’t love BBQ!

    Excellent service and delicious food

    We worked with Samantha at Slab and were not disappointed! She and her staff were professional and on top of things. Everything promised was completed and in a timely fashion, and the food was excellent! She even provided us a tasting and was there in person to answer all our questions (where other catering places only sent regular staff who knew little to nothing about actual catering questions, so this was much appreciated!)

    Slab also offers bartenders and support staff to help with any other day-of tasks that need to be tended to, which we took full advantage of, and it ended up paying off.

    Highly recommend Slab if BBQ is what you're looking for!

    Awesome experience with Slabb BBQ for our wedding!!!!

    Slabb was AWESSOME to work with!! Samantha was great and helped us so much! People RAVED about our food!!! We also hired our bartenders through them and they were so great and friendly!

    Great food, easy to work with

    We had Slab BBQ bring their food truck to our wedding at Pecan Springs Ranch. Samantha was so responsive, helped up create and revise the order a bunch of times. We went to a tasting and she remembered everything we liked when we forgot a few months later. The food was such a hit. I ate two sliders and green bean casserole in my wedding dress :) and it was amazing. They were so easy to work with and guests are still raving about the food.

    Chip & Mark (and everyone) from Slab always take such great care of us! We loved the food so much that we couldn't imagine using anyone else for our wedding. A lot of our attendees had never been to Austin, so we wanted to have as many "Austin" touches as possible. We knew we wanted a food truck and Slab totally sealed the deal for us when they told us they had one! They were incredibly flexible with us, and had no problem driving the truck to Buda for our festivities. Mark let us try everything imaginable prior to making our decisions. The hardest part for us was deciding what we wanted of the amazing list! They were punctual, friendly to our guests, and delivered an AMAZING dinner to our party! We STILL have people texting and calling to compliment the jalapeño poppers, riblets, and green bean casserole...(to name a FEW). We were blown away by their above and beyond professionalism! Would recommend them to ANYONE looking for killer BBQ in Austin!!!

    All food provided by SLAB was absolutely delicious! When we had our tasting Mark let us try everything and we were torn on what to serve since everything was so yummy! Additionally, i appreciated that we weren't pressured into immediately paying a deposit. Mark wanted us to be completely comfortable and let us set the pace. We got so many compliments on our choice of food and even the vendors (who were from Austin) were blown away. He and his team were on time, were professional and courteous, and food was hot and fresh. Couldn't be more pleased. Everyone had something different from the menu as their favorite and overall agreed that everything was amazing so you can't go wrong with anything regardless of what you choose.

    The guys at Slab are amazing! We made the right decision to have our favorite BBQ be the caterers at our wedding. They brought the food truck and everyone was amazed at the fast service! We had 2 meat options with 2 sides, everyone was served large portions, and they arrived on time. They were friendly, and even took all the trash with them to ensure we were not charged extra by our venue. If you like good BBQ this is a great option for weddings! We loved it, and everyone loved our photos by the truck!

    SLAB: Easy to Work WIth & Great Value

    SLAB made our wedding day a breeze. Marcus, the owner, was very easy to work with and professional. We received many compliment on the food.
