  Wonderful!

  The SmithHouse was such an accommodating and wonderful venue! The historic home is gorgeous, and the large beautiful trees around the venue add to the ambiance. Stephanie was responsive and understanding and a pleasure to work with!

  Our event was on a Thursday evening and we had about 30 guests. Stephanie and her husband were wonderful. The facility is very well decorated, and our guests loved it. They do not have a lot of extra tables. We wanted extra seating outside because it was a beautiful evening. We brought our own tables and chairs for outside which was nice because we were not required to pay an additional fee to rent outdoor furniture. I had many nice texts from my guests that evening telling me how cool they thought the venue was and what a great time they had at our party. Great place for any small event or a small wedding.

  Smith House was amazing for our wedding on a budget. We were allowed to use our own vendors and it made it that much more personalized. Stephanie was very flexible with payment plans and all of our needs. She was always available to answer emails and work with the vendors to help eliminate stress on our day. She even set up our venue the night before so that we didn't have to the day of! I highly recommend Stephanie and the Smith House for all your venue needs!!!

  It was a fantastic venue with the "homey" feel. The decor was exactly what we needed for our event. The Smith House felt like home, but better! I would use them again without hesitation.

Uncharges for top shelf bar and champagne. Insects were under tree during ceremony but otherwise didn’t bother us. Owner is very professional and helpful. Bridal area is small and was hot, recommend rent or bring extra fans.
