  Everyone had such a great time! Robert was professional and kind. His booth is super clean, and fun and the look of the photo booth overall fit right in with the party. His pricing was fair! I would definitely recommend Snazzy Photo Booths for your next party!

  The only thing I would have changed is the time frame. After getting feedback from my guests, they would have liked another hour with the booth. Robert and I had discussed the option of adding an additional hour but as the bride, I didn't even realize how quickly the time flew by. I think with a little communication between him and I, we could have used that extra hour to keep make it memorable for everyone. Still pleased with the outcome and the pictures were great. Just know your crowd and go with your gut on the time frame.

  Robert at Snazzy Photo Booth went above and beyond for our wedding. I booked them after using their booth at a friends wedding and being very impressed. Robert customized my package to meet our needs and even included some surprises for our wedding day! Everyone loved the booth, from the kids to the grandparents...it's so much fun looking back at their pictures with the memory book Snazzy Photo Booth created for us. Thanks for making our wedding day memorable!!

  I used snazzy photobooth for my wedding and I absolutely loved them! To begin, we had an outdoor wedding which they were totally ok with doing. Also, Robert was very helpful and always answered my questions promptly. He also worked our wedding and he was an absolute joy to work with! Every guest loved the booth and I loved getting a cd at the end of the night with all the images. Furthermore all the pictures are high quality, I have already had some sent off to be printed large scale to hang in my home! Lastly I seen a review about wait times.. I just want to say my wedding had close to 300 guests and no one minded waiting in line to go in the photobooth, in fact I had many guests exit the photobooth only to jump right back in line!

  I met the owner of Snazzy Photo booth at a bridal show in Mid Michigan. He was professional and friendly from the very beginning. He ensured payment, requests, and logistics were taken care of well in advance of my wedding, and sure enough, everything went as planned! Snazzy Photo booth went ABOVE and BEYONE my expectations. They were worth every penny.

  I loved working with Snazzy Photo Booth! The owner was very thorough during the planning process, had very good advice regarding timing, use, and ideal placement of his photo booth, but was also very flexible on the spot and did a great job even though our venue didn't have a very ideal space for the booth.

However I did not get to see the photobooth before our wedding or get to try it out, had I experienced it I would have gone with another company just because of how long it took to do each person, the line never died down and not everyone got to do it.
  
  Also, about after 5 -10 minutes after they were supposed to leave (I am told that was the time, it was my wedding, I wasn't supposed to be the one keeping track of it) Robert said that they still had a line but were supposed to leave, I said then stop the line or stop, and he said "Well you can purchase extra time." Seriously, after 11PM on my wedding night? Like that is what a bride needs to deal with, I found this to be VERY unprofessional and upsetting to me.
  
  He did finish up the line and stayed late.
  
  I ONLY recommend for small parties, not 200 people.

  Sheri, thank you very much for your business and for recommending us. We regret that some of your expectations were not met. We strive to make every experience fantastic!
  
  1) We always recommend folks try out various photo booths to assist them in selecting services compatible with their needs. It is unfortunate you were not able to do so.
  2) The line at your event averaged 10 to 15 people through out the night. Your guests loved the booth so much they finished their photos and then got back in line. We do permit unlimited sessions for all guests. We regret your disappointment in having a line at your event.
  3) Our professional standards are very high. It is with deep regret you found anything we said or done to be unprofessional. As a courtesy we may offer clients the opportunity to exceed beyond the contracted time. As you stated, we did stay over almost an hour with NO additional charge to you. Again, we are sorry your expectations were not met and thank you very much for your business.
