  Sonya is amazing

  Sonya and her team are absolutely amazing. They made wedding planning for me so much easier and helped bring my vision to life. I don't think without them I would have had the experience that I did and they did an amazing job putting my mind at ease. I had a lot of questions and I know that I emailed her a ton and she was always there to answer my questions. Sonya, I absolutely love you and I would recommend you to anybody who is planning their wedding.

  Beautiful September Wedding at the Five Bridge Inn

  Sonya from Soirees by Sonya was absolutely incredible. I was a bride who was the first of my friends and family to get married, and so I was a little clueless when it came to planning a wedding and I had a lot of questions as I was planning. Sonya was so incredibly helpful with answering any and all of my millions of questions along the way and making sure that I was aware of the important things that needed to be done as a part of wedding planning. She gave me tons of helpful advice and vendor recommendations, which was immensely helpful as someone who is super indecisive since I knew I could trust that all of her recommendations were great choices. I had a vision for my wedding that I wasn't entirely sure how to make a reality, and Sonya worked with me to help make that dream come true. She made herself available to meet with regularly to go through all my questions and do one on one planning together. She was super fun to work with and I fully enjoyed every meeting that we had together as she made me super excited for my wedding as I could tell that she really cared about me and my wedding wishes. To say that my wedding would never have been the same without her would be an understatement. Not only was she a dream to work with leading up to the wedding, but she also was absolutely amazing the day of the wedding. She helped set up all my decorations even better than I could have imagined and helped to make sure that the wedding day ran smoothly all day long. Sonya is the most amazing planner I ever could have asked for and I am so glad that I chose her to help make sure I had my dream wedding at the Five Bridge Inn!

  Unbelievable experience

  Sonya was amazing, she went above and beyond. She made sure our unconventional and non traditional wedding went smooth. I was reassured and confident the day would be amazing and it absolutely was. I could not recommend her enough. The day was perfect!!

  streamlined experience!

  Sonya and her team were one of our most valuable additions to our big day! She helped with everything from vendor recommendations ahead of time, to making sure our special day went off without a hitch. Her services made it so we didn't have to lift a finger from start to finish so we could maximize our fun with our guests!

  Sonya and her team are EVERYTHING.

  My husband and I were finally able to get married on June 11 this year, and Sonya held our hand through the planning process every step of the way.
  
  Sonya was more than a day-of wedding coordinator to us. After over 2 years of planning and having to reschedule our date due to the pandemic, Sonya now feels more like our friend than anything else. We especially needed her help because I’m the first of my friends to get married, and her knowledge of the industry and Five Bridge Inn put our minds at ease. Every time we had a question she was willing to hop on Facetime at a time that was convenient for us, and every time I had a “crisis”, she helped me realize it wasn’t a crisis because she would take care of it :)
  
  Because of Sonya and her assistant Meghan, my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day with little stress. Everything was taken care of for us so that we didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING except enjoying ourselves, getting ready and taking photos. Most importantly, Sonya made sure we were fed with the appetizers we had been dreaming of for years! And because we felt so close and comfortable with Sonya already, it just felt like our pal was making sure we were having a nice time.
  
  At the end of the night, we had the opportunity to share a drink with Sonya and Meghan and toast to the 2.5 year journey of planning our wedding. It was worth the wait because the day was completely perfect, and we couldn’t have done it without the Soirees by Sonya team.
  
  Sonya and Meghan, thank you for everything you do. And thank you for making our day that much more special.

  Couldn't Have Planned Without Sonya

  Sonya was an absolute delight to work with for our May 7, 2022 wedding At Five Bridge Inn. Sonya made planning for our day EASY and Meghan made the day go so smoothly. After we found our vendors, we gave all of their information to Sonya and she handles all the nitty gritty details. She checked in with us throughout the planning process to make sure we were getting tasks done on time. Sonya thought through details that I didn’t know I needed to think about like 3 inch doiles for the dessert table. The team made our wedding day go smoothly. While I was getting ready for the day, Meghan made sure all the vendors were getting everything set up and had everything they needed. Throughout the day the team did an OUTSTANDING job keeping us on time and making sure we had everything we needed. They were calm, fun, fantastic people to work with and we are INCREDIBLY glad they were part of our wedding. Sonya and her team made us feel like friends instead of clients which was such an amazing addition to the day.

  Absolutely clutch and at a great price!

  Hiring Sonya (and her assistant Meghan) was one of the best decisions we made. The price Sonya quoted us was less than we had budgeted, and we ended up getting more than we expected (we hadn't expected her to have an assistant included, and part of their service was staying late in the evening to pack everything up for us). They were incredibly organized and very accommodating- meeting with us an extra time a week before the wedding just to make sure that everything was buttoned down. Working with Sonya meant that we knew there weren't loose ends headed into the wedding, and that we were able to relax and enjoy the day-of.

  Sonya and Meghan coordinated my June 18 wedding at Five Bridge Inn and they were beyond amazing!!!! From being there at our church rehearsal, to reviewing the details the day before, and to the day of the wedding- every single aspect was to a T!   Why do you need a wedding planner? Her name is Sonya!

  As we all know, any event in 2020 has been less than ideal. For a bride...who looks forward to this day for their whole life it was an emotionally draining and awful experience to do on your own. Sonya was that person who helped to make our day greater than we ever could have imagined, pandemic or not. She made everything flow seamlessly. She was there every step of the way, made things personal and always answered when I called. We did zoom calls, phone calls and walk throughs. She coordinated everything so that I did not have to. On our wedding day the only thing I had to do was shower and drink a mimosa (or a few). We don’t know what we would have done without her and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Our wedding day was even more perfect than I could have imagined even through all of the challenges 2020 sent our way. I would also love to thank Megan, Sonya’s assistant who also played a large role in our success. They even gave us a little wedding gift, and put all of our gifts together in our room so we didn’t have to think of a single thing at the end of our magical day. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further! Thank you Sonya for working your magic, it’s something we will never forget!

  Aside from my husband, Sonya was the best wedding related decision I made!

  Working with Sonya And her team was a dream! She is an absolute professional and provided me reminders I needed and kept all of my vendors well organized. She was IRREPLACEABLE on my wedding day and I honestly think it would have been extremely stressful without her. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!!

  Best decision I made!

  I knew before I was even engaged that I would need a wedding coordinator. I knew that I would be stressed with wedding planning, and there would be things that would slip through the cracks. So on top of normal wedding stress, Covid hit. Sonya was absolutely amazing through the whole process. She asked me questions that I didn't even know was relevant to my wedding, she was on top of the new Covid regulations (which changed a lot about my wedding plans), and she reached out to all of my vendors to make sure all of their ducks were in a row. She was there for my wedding rehearsal the day before and made sure that everything went off without a hitch! If it weren't for Sonya and her team I would have been stressed out beyond belief on the day of my wedding. Any "issues" that arose the day of the wedding, Sonya handled it so I had no idea and would not be bothered. My wedding would not have been so amazing if it weren't for Sonya and her amazing team!

  My husband still misses her

  We're still in awe over how outstanding our experience was with her...she easily exceeded our expectations by tenfold. Sonya handles even the most overwhelming feats with the utmost professionalism. She's organized, assertive, meticulous, and often knows exactly what you need before you even do. Some things that especially stood out for us were her impressively prompt responses, her night-before pep talk (when I was freaking out), the funny text-gifs and comic relief when very-much-needed, and her versatility in being able to feel like the most caring attendant - and at the same time - one of our best friends. Some of my bridesmaids mentioned there being small mishaps (ones you can never plan for - as weddings tend to have) but Sonya's problem solving skills are top-notch -- and the best part -- my husband and I had NO IDEA there were any challenges because Sonya discreetly takes care of all the hard stuff with finesse so that the only thing you have to think about is marrying the one you love and celebrating! The only thing that sucks about being married is that we don't get to have Sonya as our day-of coordinator anymore (ha ha!) Just days after our wedding, my husband started with the "I miss Sonya :-(" and over a year later, he's still going (as am I)...If you're a bit naive like we were, you might be asking yourself "do I really Need a day-of-coordinator?" ....well the answer is YES, YOU 1000% NEED A DAY OF COORDINATOR. And I am so, SO confident that you have already found the best one there is. Book her!!

Sonya handles even the most overwhelming feats with the utmost professionalism. She's organized, assertive, meticulous, and often knows exactly what you need before you even do. Some things that especially stood out for us were her impressively prompt responses, her night-before pep talk (when I was freaking out), the funny text-gifs and comic relief when very-much-needed, and her versatility in being able to feel like the most caring attendant - and at the same time - one of our best friends. Some of my bridesmaids mentioned there being small mishaps (ones you can never plan for - as weddings tend to have) but Sonya's problem solving skills are top-notch -- and the best part -- my husband and I had NO IDEA there were any challenges because Sonya discreetly takes care of all the hard stuff with finesse so that the only thing you have to think about is marrying the one you love and celebrating! The only thing that sucks about being married is that we don't get to have Sonya as our day-of coordinator anymore (ha ha!) Just days after our wedding, my husband started with the "I miss Sonya :-(" and over a year later, he's still going (as am I)...If you're a bit naive like we were, you might be asking yourself "do I really Need a day-of-coordinator?" ....well the answer is YES, YOU 1000% NEED A DAY OF COORDINATOR. And I am so, SO confident that you have already found the best one there is. Book her!!

  We are SO glad we hired Sonya for our recent wedding at Five Bridge Inn. She goes above and beyond the job of a typical coordinator and makes herself extremely available in the months leading up to the venue for phone calls, emails or meetings. She knows the venue inside and out, and she and her team did an incredible job executing our (very specific 😉) vision. She was there from the moment we arrived at the venue to get ready all the way through getting us settled at the after party and she took away an enormous amount of stress so we could truly enjoy our day.   My husband and I were on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator since we originally hadn’t budgeted for one. Our deciding factor was the fact that we wanted to be able to enjoy our wedding day and have somebody else deal with all of our vendors and any last minute issues that may arise the day of our wedding. After meeting with Sonya, my husband and I felt extremely comfortable and decided to hire her for our special day. I can honestly say that hiring her was one of the best decisions we made! Sonya helped us come up with creative and affordable ways to decorate and also pointed out so many things that my husband and I would have never noticed or thought of when planning our wedding. She also took an enourmous amount of stress off of our shoulders by setting up our wedding the night before and taking the decorations down after our wedding. Our rehearsal went very smoothly because of her and Sonya was able to fix a couple of issues the morning of our wedding that my husband and I didn’t even know about until after our wedding day! If you are on the fence about hiring a planner or a day of coordinator, do it! I would highly recommend Sonya to anyone!

  Thank god our venue owner suggested I get in contact with Sonya. Not only was she half the price of other day of coordinators that I contacted; she provided three times the amount of service, basically acting as my wedding planner.
  
  During the months leading up to the big day, she’d check in at least once a week via email to ask questions about the timeline, the decor, the vendors, or the seating chart, all the while maintaining an upbeat attitude and fostering excitement about the progress I was making. We met twice in person so she could go over everything with the owner of the wedding venue and our photographer.
  
  This all may sound standard, so here’s where Sonya went above and beyond her contract:
  
  - Right before the wedding, she let us store a ton of items at her house, and she even moved them over to the venue for us without being asked
  - She provided items like coolers, photo props, vases, and flowers from her own garden free of charge
  - She arranged for us to buy a few items like candle holders from another bride she was working with, half price
  - She arrived at the venue at 8 in the morning the day of the wedding, and left shortly before midnight, bringing her husband to act as an assistant - also free of charge. She helped us decorate the tent, she hauled ice, and she picked up more alcohol when the bar ran out earlier than expected.
  
  What I mean to say is - we never could have pulled off our wedding without Sonya's tireless efforts. Thanks to her, we had the most beautiful, joyous, stress-free day of our lives. All I heard were compliments about the details of the day from guests that were impressed by Sonya's handiwork.
  
  Any bride would be extremely lucky to have Sonya in her corner. I can’t recommend her services enough!

  Sonya is absolutely the reason why my husband and I enjoyed our wedding day the way any couple should: happy, carefree, stressfree, and in love. I always envisioned a laid back backyard wedding at our summer lake home (and certainly one that didn't cost a year's salary) - but I truly had no idea what it would take to pull such a feat off successfully. We knew we wanted it special and unique but where did we start? We began by looking into caterers, DJs, photographers, rental companies (for tents, dishes, utensils, lights, linens) , portable bathroom companies, etc., and it quickly became apparent that there was a lot more to think about and order than I was prepared for. Needless to say, the process became overwhelming, especially because there was nobody tying all of the pieces together. That's when Sonya saved us.
  
  Sonya comes with an impressive background in customer service and fine dining, thus making her knowledgeable in so many facets --- all of which make a wedding beautiful and memorable.
  
  Sonya's attention to every detail is superior. She thinks of things that I never would have even considered and offers her unique perspective. From the specialized signs for food and drinks to the ridiculously awesome candy bar to the coffee bar, it really was something special that I felt proud to offer my guests. It's all about the details!
  
  Sonya's work ethic and preparation are truly exceptional. She helped us organize ideas and research items we needed. She made excellent suggestions in determining our needs.   If you are planning a wedding I would highly recommend TO NOT use Sonya. She lacks the knowledge and experience to plan an event of this importance. We felt constantly pressured to make decisions on what Sonya and The Five Bridge Inn wanted.
  
  We were constantly being asked questions over and over again on topics that we had already discussed and made decision’s on. I don’t believe I have dealt with this amount of disorganization in my years of business.
  
  There was rain forecasted on our wedding day that was known to everyone. Before we walked down the aisle outside, there was a light rain, and Sonya and her “helper” did not even have towels or anything ready to dry off seats for the guests. It felt very unsettling to see the panic of a so called “professional”. Maybe with due time she will be ready to plan wedding but please if you want your day to run smooth without any aggravation, please find another planner!
