An amazing start to an amazing day! 06/08/24
We had such a blast getting wedding ready with Amber and her team! Something Beautiful Styles was able to create a variety of gorgeous looks for myself, my 9 bridesmaids, my mom, and my MIL. Our communication throughout the planning process was smooth and everything happened on schedule the day of. Definitely recommend! -

I had Yajaria as our stylist! She was Fantastic!! She was professional and gave us her opinion on what would look best with our dresses. It was hair and makeup for the mother of the Groom, makeup for a bridesmaid, hair for the sister of the Groom, and makeup for the grandmother of the Groom. She worked fast and efficiently; she was friendly and had a great personality. We all loved what she did for each of us!! I recommend

Hair and makeup is so tricky! Especially as a bride who doesn’t wear makeup on a regular occasion. But Monica and Anissa were amazing; they thoughtfully took my ideas and concerns into consideration. And they also made my bridesmaids look amazing! -

I was originally booked with another company and working with them was awful. My trial was a disaster so I had to find someone else last minute. Something Beautiful Hair and Makeup
saved me in my time of need! They were absolutely amazing. I worked with Sarah and she was fantastic. Everyone all night kept telling me how stunning I looked. I felt so beautiful on my big day. I'm so glad they had availability and everything work out so well, I could not be happier. -

Great experience with Something Beautiful Hair and Makeup!! Amber was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, which was super important to us planning a destination wedding. She was especially great about coordinating our trial at the last minute when we were in town a few months before our wedding. All of my bridesmaids looked absolutely beautiful!! I was super impressed with how amazing everyone looked! I also LOVED my look! It was absolutely perfect for me and exactly what I had wanted. We had great conversations with everyone on the team as well as our hair/makeup were being done - they were all SO sweet! Thank you!! -

Hired them to do my family’s hair and makeup for my wedding day. Monica did our hair, and we were all blown away by how creative she was with her hairstyles. She is an expert with braids and twists, so if you want to incorporate that into your look, she’s your girl! Shelby did our makeup. Some of us wanted a very natural look, and some wanted more glam (she is a pro with the sparkly eyeshadow). Shelby took the time to really listen and tailor the makeup to exactly what we were individually looking for. Overall, they exceeded my expectations and highly recommend them! -

Amazing experience for my special day!
I had such an amazing experience with this wonderful group of ladies for my wedding. The trial was very helpful to decide the look I wanted and my wedding day went very smoothly. I actually ended up having two weddings (mid-covid backyard small wedding, big grand wedding with over 100 people) and used them for both! My entire bridal party and my mom and MIL all got hair and makeup, and we all looked fabulous! -

Amber and her team were incredible on my wedding day. Everything leading up to the wedding day went so smooth. From scheduling to my hair and makeup trial—which she (and Sarah) were so patient when I didn’t know exactly what I wanted—but helped me figure it out and I couldn’t imagine my hair & makeup any other way! Day of, they showed up early, got set up so quickly, and left us with plenty of time to spare before having to be at the venue.
They also did mother of the bride and groom as well, and both moms were SO happy with their hair and makeup. Being punctual and efficient with their time and everything leading up to the big day took out a big level of stress that no one wants on their wedding day! I absolutely recommend this glam squad! -

Amber and her team did an AMAZING job on mine, my bridesmaids and families hair and makeup. It was stunning. It lasted the whole wedding for all of us. They were fun and energetic, great people with fun personalities to be apart of your "getting ready" for the big day. They were very punctual, I had my wedding in Greer, AZ and they were able to get everyone finished on time. They also had time to do additional guest that wasn't originally booked. They made sure you and your bridesmaids were well taken care of. We were all looking fabulous and we all LOVED the hair and makeup. I would definitely recommend them for your wedding and or any other special occasion. -

Elopement and boudoir
I was able to have Amber do my hair and makeup both for my elopement and my maternity boudoir photos. She was amazing at communicating and working with the shortened timeline I gave her when reaching out about the elopement. I was able to do a trial in studio and then have the vision carried out in Sedona for real. She was punctual, professional and even helped add a last minute addition to my elopement dress in order to help it stay put.
I had to reach out about rescheduling my boudoir hair and makeup due to unforeseen medical circumstances and Amber was understanding and able to reschedule on an even shorter timeline. I truly appreciated this and that she checked in afterward to see how things were, even though she didn’t have to. I plan on recommending Something Beautiful to anyone I can! -

My experience with Something Beautiful was literally flawless. They communicate well and are so sweet. I had my trial with them the morning of my boudoir photoshoot and the girls were so flexible with my schedule. I felt stunning and my photos were incredible! Then on the actual wedding day, they did the hair and makeup of my bridal party and both mothers. We all felt so gorgeous, the makeup lasted all night even through the tears, and we enjoyed chatting with Monica and Ahseia all morning. They had us all done on time and listened to any requests we had, while also making perfect recommendations based on my wedding colors and our skin tones. Highly recommend, thank you ladies for making me so beautiful on my special day!! -

When my husband and I postponed our wedding due to COVID-19, we still had our hearts set on getting married on our original date. When my original HMUA team canceled the morning of (which I totally understood and respected their choice!), I was crushed. I didn’t want to wear my dress if my hair and makeup didn’t feel special. Something Beautiful came at the recommendation of my photographer and were able to make my elopement dreams a reality at the very last minute. Friendly, fairly priced and super sweet girls. I’ll never forget that they made my special day a reality! -

I had the best experience with Something Beautiful! My gals and I all looked stunning and felt so confident! And artists had us done on time! I have heard horror stories about hair and make up running late on a wedding day! I have combination skin and fine lines that have caused issues with other makeup artists work. Such as, not lasting through a event or the make up looking cakey. I was so pleased that I didn’t have any of those issues and my makeup and hair lasted the whole night. I have to also mention that the artists were very clean and seemed to use all proper sanitizing techniques. I would highly recommend this beauty team to anyone! -

Wow! Where do I begin.. Amber was absolutely amazing! I got married this past weekend and we are from out of state, my photographer recommended something beautiful styles and I am so thankful she did!!!! I was so indecisive on my makeup for the wedding and I ended up changing what I wanted from the trial to the actual day. Amber the entire time listened to what I wanted without making me not feel like me. She did an amazing job on my makeup and my bridesmaids. I truly felt so beautiful on one of the most important days of my life! Highly highly recommend to anyone looking for a makeup artist!!! Absolutely Incredible!
Amber was absolutely incredible! Her professionalism and organization made booking super easy, and she's super easy to talk with! I don't wear makeup so I was nervous about not having a natural, light look, but she listened to exactly what I wanted and my makeup and boho braid remained perfect for the whole day. After doing a trial with another vendor that didn't really listen to my wants or concerns, I was left needing to find a new stylist with just a few weeks before my wedding and was so glad to have found Something Beautiful. I would recommend Amber and her team to any bride! -

Absolutely gorgeous work!
I had Something Beautiful for my hair/makeup as well as my bridesmaids for my wedding on 9/13 in Sedona and we were all so blown away! They are the sweetest ladies, so easy going and really know what they are doing. Some gals had up dos, some had down and they really nailed it for what everyone was looking for. I booked them after I postponed my wedding due to covid and so happy I did, Amber was so accommodating and patient with me as I had some bridesmaids that may not have been able to travel due to covid, she responded within minutes to every message and I could not have been happier with my hair and makeup -- everyone looked gorgeous and we were all so happy! Highly recommend -- book them if they are available! -

Amber and Ahseia are amazing! This was the most wonderful experience, they are kind and patient and professional. I felt so confident for my engagement photos and I am really looking forward to using their services on my wedding day! Amber went above and beyond, showing me different options for my wedding, while also being mindful of my engagement shoot. She patiently listened to my concerns and worked magic with my hair! Ahseia asked me what I envisioned for my makeup and she was spot on with my request! I don't usually wear much makeup, so I wanted a more natural look to feel like myself. Their service was truly outstanding! -
