  Solo guitar and DJ for wedding

  Soulone was very easy and enjoyable to work with. They even provided a mic for the officiant, speakers, and Dance floor lights. Guests were able to hear everything the offiant said despite our ceremony being held on the beach. The guitarist was willing to learn a specific song to play for the Processional and the dj did a good job keeping people entertained on the dance floor while making sure to play all of our song requests. The guitar made the ceremony and dinner hour feel special and our guests really enjoyed this aspect of the wedding. It was clear Soulone had done the beach house wedding setup a number of times and really knew what they were doing. They are really nice guys, talented musicians, and it's clear they love what they do. They will truly help make your wedding day special.

  Incredibly talented, extremely professional, a sh*# ton of fun!

  All three members of soulone were amazing human beings. Not only extremely skilled at their craft, the professionalism in every interaction leading up to and including our wedding & reception were top-notch. We would hire them again in a heart beat. You can’t go wrong with these guys - if you’re looking for the best value party atmosphere in OBX, your search has ended.

  So fun and loved the planning support!

  My now husband and I read great things about SOULone and were so happy they were available the day of our wedding. We loved the oceanside acoustics during the ceremony, acoustics and vocals for happy hour and a super fun DJ that kept the party alive all evening!
  
  I did not have a wedding coordinator and it was SO helpful to receive a wedding day timeline from Brent!

  These guys were great, fun and playful. The bride and groom had an amazing night and Soulone was huge in making this possible. It was a fantastic event and the DJ made it even better, thank you!

  OBX Family Re-Union

  We hired SOUL one to provide entertainment for our family's OBX reunion week, and we were thrilled with their performance. Their ability to engage guests of all ages, from the youngest kids wielding light sabers to the older family members enjoying the music selection, truly made the event special. The positive energy they brought to the gathering was infectious, creating a memorable experience for everyone involved.

  Corolla Wedding Experience

  We were able to meet SOULone at the wedding expo in 2023 and see both the DJ and the band. We're so happy we decided to book them for our wedding this past week at our rental home in Corolla. We were able to have a mixture of guitar and DJ which made our night that much more special. Attendees loved the music choices and it really kept the night flowing! The guys were very friendly, even had the opportunity to play some pool with some of the kids at the wedding :) We highly recommend SOULone for your event!

  This is the ONLY DJ and BAND I'd hire.

  SOULone was a dream to work with. Brent was highly responsive, and very helpful in addressing all our questions. He was incredible during his set playing incredible music while our guests arrived, and during the cocktail hour. All our guest were raving about his set! Steven was a great DJ and MC as well! He controlled the crowd by building the energy up quickly in the room and then kept it high ALL NIGHT LONG which is exactly what we wanted! There is only one correct choice when choosing your DJ or band in the outer banks and it's SOULone!

  Amazing musician and DJ

  Soulone was so great to work with! He was easy to communicate with! He has a streamlined process if you’d like services for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception - or any combination of them. His guitar playing was beautiful for our cocktail hour. The reception was all about the dancing - everyone was out of the floor at one point or another :)

  Best wedding band ever

  Brent and his crew were awesome! Great music, great sound, we had a combination of band and DJ for our reception which was perfect. Brent did a great job with the ceremony and MC'ing the events of the evening. Easily our best vendor for our reception. 11/10

  Great group of guys!

  Met Soul One wedding weekend and went and watch them play locally.. Had the honor of having soul one for my rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception .. they went above and beyond for everything. Amazing personalities, crowd interaction and their music is amazing.. we had it all from the band to the DJ and they certainly did not disappoint so much that family are still speaking about them months later!!

  Hired for my wedding

  The band did a wonderful job planning for and performing at my wedding! Several guests said their music was the highlight of the reception. They were able to get people on the dance floor and keep them there all night. Very accommodating to all my spacial requests to make the night unique.

  We had an awesome time with SoulOne. Brent played acoustic guitar at our ceremony and then we had a DJ for the reception. He was AMAZING and people are still talking about his picks. He made my boomer mom and my gen z sister happy (he was very patient when my sister grabbed the mic and started singing). I would absolutely recommend SoulOne!

  SOULone was awesome!!!! We LOVED having them perform at our wedding and so did our guests. They really brought they energy and were a joy to work with. They far exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them!!!

  Best wedding group!

  Brent played acoustic guitar for the ceremony, Brent and Jacob played guitar and bass for cocktail hour, and Steven was the dj for the reception. They received so many compliments and everyone loved them. They were super easy to work with and very flexible. Steven knew how to get people onto the dance floor! So many people came up to tell us how amazing they were! HIGHLY recommend!
