  Best wedding band ever

  Sound Society was INCREDIBLE. From the very first time we saw them at a showcase in NYC, to working with Hannah throughout the planning process, to the day-of, it was all so amazing. Hannah was a joy to work with and truly made us feel heard and kept us organized. She reassured us and provided guidance when we felt lost. She accommodated our requests and made it very fun throughout the entire process. One of the least stressful (and most fun!) parts of planning the wedding, hands down.
  
  And the band.... wow. The band was incredible. They took our suggested songs into account and completely controlled the evening. The dance floor was consistently packed thanks to their energy and setlist, and our guests had an incredible time.
  
  We would recommend Sound Society 1000000%. Our guests are still telling us, week after our wedding, how great the band was - and we agree!

  Best Wedding Band!

  Sound Society played our wedding earlier this month and they were amazing! They nailed every aspect of the music from cocktail hour and processional music through the reception until the very last note, everything was great. They brought such a fantastic energy that kept our guests on the dance floor all night long. They played a great set list with range from wedding classics to more recent chart toppers. Hannah was so great to work with leading up to the wedding planning all the details.
  
  If you need a band for your wedding, and Sound Society is available, book them ASAP!

  Amazing band! Book them!

  So fun, so professional, so easy to work with and their music/vocals are incredible. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them, they definitely kept the part going all night and our guests (even the non-dancers) on the dance floor. Book them, you will be so happy you did!!

  we LOVE Sound Society

  Sound Society is INCREDIBLE!!! Leading up to our wedding Hannah was super helpful with all of the planning including understanding the type of music we like as well as creating a timeline for the wedding. We were initially unsure about our plan for the ceremony music, and Sound Society was really flexible, giving us multiple options and plenty of time to choose what would be best for our wedding. The day of, the band could not have been better!! We had SO much fun during the celebration! When our guests talk to us about the event overall, they definitely mention Sound Society as a highlight :)

  Phenomenal Experience!

  We had such a blast at my wedding, but are not surprised at all! We knew from listening to Sound Society at the showcase for ten seconds that you were the band for us. From the horah to the second line, to our private last dance, Sound Society was flawless and kept the guests on the dance floor all night. Our guests are raving about the Buffalo Bill's version of the shout song; you were even able to get Stacie on the dance floor to sing and dance along to Stacey's Mom---that's no easy feat!

  Sound Society was the best part of our wedding!!

  When we first saw sound society in NYC at a wedding band demo, we were blown away and dancing in our seats for their full set! We knew we had to have them. Hannah was so easy to work with and made the process painless but also lots of fun to plan! SOOO many of our guests asked about our band, where we found them and told us how blown away they were. Sound Society is worth every penny!!!

  Elite Evening

  Sound Society is a 10/10 !
  
  Everything from the pre-planning to the last song on the night of was on point. Hannah made sure that our night was everything we wanted from the flow of the evening to the music requests. Highly recommend them if you want an elite dance floor!

  Simply The Best. Period.

  There are almost no words to describe this group of talent! We saw Sound Society at one of their showcases, and were absolutely blown away. Hannah was an incredible point of contact - not only is she able to coordinate exactly what you’re looking for, but then she gets up on stage and kills it as well! There is so much talent in this band, that we gave them full reign to do what they do best - and they did not disappoint. And let’s not forget the sound team that accompanies them - every detail is covered by this team! We had a 10 piece band and they kept the energy up all night long, and read the room to change up the tempo as needed. The vocalists were incredible. The musicians were incredible. Incredible, incredible, incredible! And to the entire band - Thank you! You made the night so memorable for us!

  10/10 would hire Sound Society Band again

  I would highly recommend Sound Society Band for your next event. From the start, they were so easy to work with. I loved their online platform for organizing the timeline and songs. Our producer was so helpful and the band is filled with so much talent. Our guests loved this band and still rave about them.

Not only is Hannah amazing to work with leading up to your event, but the band members all make sure their schedules worked and one member even rearranged another gig to be there for us!   The best band EVER - hire them!!!

  I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT SOUND SOCIETY. Our 200+ wedding was nonstop dancing and amazing energy. At one point my husband and I hopped on chairs at the edge of the dance floor to take everything in, and everyone was dancing, very few people were seated at their tables. Hannah and her team were incredible. Multiple people have said this was the best wedding they've ever been to, because of the band. I cannot recommend them enough. Extremely professional, easy to work with, FUN, and spectacular.

  You will not regret booking this band!

  Sound Society Band was one word: EPIC. From my initial outreach to the wedding night, Hannah was absolutely incredible--professional, enthusiastic, and just wonderful to work with. I saw an add for the band on Instagram and reached out. Hannah got back to me right away. I was really interested in the band because of the reviews on their website about how everyone was dancing all night, and how they really focus on reading the energy of the crowd. Our wedding was in Cartagena, Colombia, and after a detailed discussion about my vision and my budget, Hannah came back with something completely reasonable and within budget, that accomplished exactly what we were looking for (I can't tell you how many bands and vendors I spent time with talking about budget and they come back with something almost double--what a waste of time). Sound Society had an amazing interactive platform for me to use to update the band with details, timing, preferences, etc. They also had an extensive playlist for me to choose from, plus were receptive to the list of songs we had been curating since we got engaged. The wedding weekend was perfect and Sound Society (and Hannah) were a MASSIVE part of that. They read the room, they kept the energy high, they absolutely KILLED IT. Hannah was a master MC. I literally cannot recommend them more. All people can talk about is how epic our band was--and to me, that was the most important part of our entire wedding. Every penny spent was worth it, I would have paid double (don't tell the band)! They really are professionals at what they do--they played a great set of motown to start the night and get our older guests into it, then after dinner revved it up with Top 40 and pop. Their range is incredible and their energy unmatchable. You will not regret booking this band, and if you have any doubts, go to one of their showcases and you'll be blown away.

  The Gomez Wedding - Best Band Ever!

  I'm Italian, and my now husband is Dominican, so creating the perfect party atmosphere to bring our cultures together for our New York City wedding was a huge undertaking! We knew we had to find a band that cultivated joy by playing a wide variety of music. With Sound Society we found just that! Hannah was incredible to work with, answering all of our questions (and we had a LOT of questions) along the way. I've literally never been to a wedding where the majority of guests get on the dance floor at the very start of the night, but this was certainly the case for us, and I have Sound Society to thank for that. Hannah coordinated with our other vendors, so we did not need to worry about a single thing the day of, and they were super flexible with any last minute changes.   Sound Society

  Wow! I have never been so impressed with a band in my life! They absolutely rocked our wedding! Adam was the coordinator and so easy to work with. The MC had a perfect voice for intros, etc and the band was insane! They let you pick the setlist and they polish it up from there! Everyone leaves your wedding talking about how great there were!

  BIGGEST thank you to Sound Society Band for everything on our wedding night (and the months/weeks/days beforehand planning with us). You all were absolutely incredible, and we are so lucky that you were there with us! We've gotten so many texts/calls/emails from friends and family remarking on how amazing the band was, and how fun it was to dance all night. You all are obviously such talented musicians, but I also wanted to thank Hannah personally for making us feel so cared for and able to enjoy the night by being fully present without any worries. You made us feel even more excited walking into that room when you met us by the curtains and were so enthusiastic and kind. We cannot wait to get the professional video from the night so we can relive it all again!

  We first saw Sound Society on Youtube when we looking for bands for our daughter's wedding. When we watched the video, we said there's no way they could be that good. Well we were wrong because they were amazing. The dance floor was full all night. They had to do an encore after the last song because everyone was screaming for more.

  Best band ever

  Sound Society was AMAZING. The dance floor was packed the whole night, which is exactly what we wanted! Hannah was so awesome to work with and so flexible and accommodating. I cannot recommend this band enough, the horns were amazing, the musicians and vocalists were amazing, and they played everything so well! They truly made our wedding the big party we wanted it to be. I keep looking at pictures and videos from the night and I just want to go back and party with them all over again. They were a dream! Thank you Sound Society for making my wedding awesome, we love you! – Ariana and Danny

  The most frequent compliment we got at our wedding is that "this is the best wedding band ever" and they absolutely are. Hannah is amazing to work with. She goes out of her way to get a feel for her couples and completely and utterly delivers the day of. Every single person in the band is so incredibly talented and they blow every one away. They play any and all types of music and even delivered on some of our random/weird requests. They know exactly what song to play when to keep the party going. They are so fun and relaxed -- exactly the vibe you want at your wedding. Absolutely made the night!

  Excellent band!!

  Loved Sound Society. The band was so much fun, high energy, and kept everyone dancing the entire time. They wanted to ensure that the music selection was aligned to what we wanted and Hannah took the time to talk to us before and hear what we wanted. If I could do it again, would definitely hire Sound Society!

  The Sound Society Band was amazing. They weren't only professional, kind, and respectful of different cultures, their music is also unmatched. They had the whole guest list on their feet for the entire night. My husband and I constantly say they were the best part of the reception and our guests agreed. They are unmatched. I had tears in my eyes thanking them at the end of the night. Hire them for your wedding-- you will beyond happy with your decision!

Hannah was the most amazing manager- she was always incredibly encouraging and accommodating (even as we worked through the pandemic), and I never had to worry about the music, because I knew it would be amazing- which it was! Sound Society has an incredible ability to read the room and play accordingly, all the while keeping the energy level sky high- our guests talked about them for WEEKS after the wedding! I cannot imagine having anyone else play at our wedding!! Thank you Hannah and Sound Society!!

  WOW! Hire this band without hesitation and you will never regret it. They played for five hours at my son's wedding and the dancefloor was full at all times.   Sound Society is the best!

  There are not many bands like Sound Society. They truly made our day so special and Hannah and team are AMAZING. They lit the room up from the second they started playing and truly made my wedding day a special one. 10/10 recommend! Amazing customer service, responsiveness and great people!
