  Cindy was amazing in helping us plan our vacation in Fiji. We were skeptical at first using a travel agent in Colorado as we were in Virginia, but she had been to Fiji many times and DEFINITELY knew what she was talking about. She placed us at fantastic resorts that felt like they were part of the authentic Fijian experience, got us Honeymoon upgrades, and answered each and every question we had leading up to the trip. She stayed within our budget and we were above and beyond impressed when we got to the other side of the world. Highly recommend!

  My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon in Fiji- we used South Seas Adventures to plan our trip after getting frustrated at trying to choose the perfect resort on our own. We worked with Sarah and had excellent service/recommendations. We met with a few different local travel agents before finding South Seas, and no one seemed to know Fiji resorts/travel as well as South Seas. If you plan to honeymoon in Fiji or anywhere in the South Pacific, choose South Seas! Their price, customer service, and recommendations will assure a smooth experience and trip of a lifetime.

  Honeymoon!! Definitely let them make your dreams come true! They are a travel agency and travel wholesaler that has been in business since 1991. They work closely with airlines, resorts, and services throughout the amazing South Pacific. I have never worked with a more thorough, knowledgable or more helpful travel agency. We had the time of our lives in Fiji at a very reasonable price, thanks to Sarah Bosley at South Seas Adventures. What a fantastic group of people at this agency! I highly recommend them!

  Buyer beware!

  My wife and I booked our vacation with Cindy at South Seas Adventure. We were very happy with Cindy during the booking process and the property we stayed in. BUT our first flight was delayed and we had to re-book with another airline to make our connection in LA. I called Cindy and South Seas Adventure because the airline said I needed to make changes to my ticket through them. When I called SSA there was no answer. I called a number of times and Cindy did call me back but she offered no help other than for me to call the airlines directly and solve the problem myself. Changing my flight was a nightmare and we ended up arriving in LA the next day and we missed our connection to Tahiti. I called Cindy and she said we would be met in Tahiti and there would be a reservation at a hotel for the night and she would arrange for our ferry transportation to be changed to our new arrival time. We arrived in Tahiti at 11:30 pm and were greeted by the company hired by South Seas Adventure. We were told which hotel to go to for the night. When we arrived at the hotel I was told they had no record of a reservation and that the hotel was full. I traveled back to the airport and spoke with the representative that had directed me to the hotel. I explained what had happened and he said there was nothing he could do. I had him call his manager who must have been asleep because it took about 15 mins before she was coherent. I explained my situation and she said she had not been told to make a reservation. She took my number and said she would call me back. She never called me back. I eventually found a hotel to spend the night but after traveling all day and dealing with the aggravation of finding a hotel I was exhausted. The next morning we took the ferry and I was expecting to have my transfer arranged as Cindy had told me. There was no transportation and I had to pay a taxi to take us to our hotel. I am writing this review so that future customers will understand that if your trip schedule changes unexpectedly DON`T think that South Seas Adventures or its agents will be there to help along the way and the changes and adjustments that they say they will arrange probably won`t actually be taken care of.
  
  I don`t think I will ever have a tour company book my air transportation. You have very little control over changes to your ticket because it was purchased though a booking company. Additionally seats are assigned at check in and you may not be able to sit together and you don`t get choice seats. You get the inexpensive ones not always in the best locations.
  
  Be aware that if you fly out of Tahiti on the 11:30 pm flight the airport is closed from late afternoon until about 10 pm. There is no place to stay inside the airport so you may want to stay at your hotel or as we did go to the Hilton hotel and have dinner and head to the airport closer to your departure time.
