  Jason provided an awesome overall experience at our wedding. He was very responsive in our communication with him and very professional. On the day of our wedding Jason helped everything stay on track and within the timeline I had envisioned, which I really did not expect. He helped make our wedding spectacular and memorable. We would definately recommend Jason as a DJ and overall coordinator. He kept the party going and managed everything perfectly. Thanks again!!

  Picking the perfect DJ was a high priority for me. I wanted to make sure I threw a good party for my wedding guests, so I reviewed all of the prospective DJs very carefully. It was obvious to me that Space City Entertainment was going to be the best decision based on reviews, charges for service, and communication. Our DJ was Jason Garcia, and I am pleased with the job he did emceeing the wedding announcements all night, making sure everything ran close to schedule, and quickly feeling out the crowd to find music that would get most of my guests on the dance floor. I had several guests comment on how he did a great job, and how they liked all the songs that were being played. From my experience, he has a great “radio voice,” he is energetic, and personable. For the fastest response, I recommend calling or texting, as opposed to email. Highly recommend Space City Entertainment.

  We worked directly with Jason at Space City Entertainment throughout the planning process. He was a joy to work with throughout the process and brought life to our reception. His DJ'ing and equipment performed flawlessly and he adapted to our requests throughout the night to make sure everyone had a reason to get on the dance floor.
  
  Our only regret is that we did not have a longer reception for him to play. We would recommend him to anyone.

  My DJ was Jason Garcia and he was awesome! I'm super grateful for him really hearing me out and pretty much coming through with whatever I requested. (Even if it was right then and there during the reception!) Don't bother getting a day of wedding coordinator because Jason will pretty much keep the reception running smoothly and promptly. If you're looking for someone who is professional and down to earth at the same time, Jason is your man.

  The lighting was a very nice touch that blended in well with our venue. Jason also selected great music that was specifically tailored for the different phases of our wedding reception.   We got so much great feedback from guests about our DJ. Not only did he keep the crowd on the dance floor all night, but he really listened to our requests for the type of music we wanted to play. We had been pretty specific with a do-play/don't play list and he really honored that, which we appreciated. It made for an unforgettable party atmosphere that people really responded to. Also, if you're worried about hiring a DJ because of the cheesy MC factor, there is none of that here. Jason Garcia is as cool as they come, and introduces things in a way that is to the point and not at all corny. Great DJ; highly recommend!! Our party was still kicking at the end, so he even stayed later than we originally planned!

  Music was an extremely important aspect of my wedding. From the moment that I met Jason, I knew that I was in good hands. We went through each part of the wedding reception, from the bridal party intro, to music for dinner, to our exit and discussed what my ideas were. He was immediately able to tell what my style was and had some great suggestions to offer as well. On the day of the wedding, Jason delivered everything as promised.   I found Jason Garcia through a Facebook friend and couldn't have been happier. I was planning this wedding from New York, so email and phone were my only forms of communication. He was extremely responsive. When I came to Houston, he met with me at a Starbucks that was closer to my parents' house, so I wouldn't have to drive all the way over to his office. When we got to the big day, the lighting was exquisite. We also had a big mix of people, so he played everything from country to pop to rap, and we keep getting compliments on the music. Also, he is a fantastic master of ceremonies. He will direct you on where to be and when and the crowd as well. Highly recommend!

  Max was professional and kept the party happening! We hired them 6 weeks out and Space City was so awesome to work with. I had a list of songs I wanted played and every time one would play I'd look up at Max and he'd wink at me :) He knew what cues to look for when we were wanting to change it up, or if a song was running too long... Lots of fun... and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

  I recently went to a wedding that had a horrible DJ. The music didn't flow and everything felt awkward! It made me realize how important a DJ is. That being said, Jason was awesome! We didn't have a wedding planner, but it didn't matter because Jason took care of the flow of events. Jason came up to us before we entered the reception to make sure everything was just as we wanted it, and came up to us throughout the night to check on us. The music flowed perfectly. We had quite a diverse crowd, being an interracial marriage, and having both young and older guests. Everyone and a great time, and Jason managed to satisfy everybody. It was quite a relief knowing that I didn't have to worry about a thing!

  DJ Jason did an Amazing job at our wedding!! Was very professional since the first day we met him, very flexible and helpful with ideas.   Jason Garcia was the DJ for mine and my husband's wedding almost a year ago. Our reception was at the Alden Hotel (now the Sam Houston Hotel) and it was AMAZING! Seriously, people are still talking about our wedding/reception and say it was the BEST celebration they've ever been to!
  
  Jason is SO professional. After meeting him for the first time, I had no doubt that I had to have him as our DJ. He was so much more than just a DJ- a true master of ceremonies! The reception flowed so smoothly. Jason announced all of our special events- introductions, first dances, cake cutting, dress change, bouquet and garter toss, final dance- and in between he really read the crowd and the music matched the feel of the room. He had great recommendations for song choices. He played slower music during dinner and mixed it up when the party was at full blast!
  
  I want to have another party JUST so that I can hire Jason Garcia and Space City Entertainment again- he's that good!

  DJ Jason was awesome. He was focused on making sure he provided exactly what we wanted and he delivered. Guests from the wedding are still talking about how great of a job he did. Don't hesitate to hire Space City, and remove one more thing from your list to worry about.

  I will admit I was a little apprehensive with Space City because Jason was booked for our night and we were going to be using Steve (and there weren't many reviews on Steve) and then right before our wedding Steve has a family emergency and we get a differently DJ instead (who had no reviews!).
  
  I'm happy to say Mike did a great job. He always checked in with us to ensure we were on point and on task. Everyone complimented us on how on schedule and efficient our wedding was. Mike stayed out in the hot sun for our ceremony to the point where he actually had to shower in order to stay professional (and changed and showered so quickly, we didn't even notice he was away). He handled our game day decision changes to the program with ease and didn't even blink when it came to the ethnic names in our bridal party. Our guests had an amazing time at the dancing portion of our wedding and it was over all wonderful.
  
  I'd also like to thank Jason. He came out at all hours to talk to us and at various location. He gave us a discount on our lighting because of the last minute change of our DJ and he was very professional during all meetings. It eased my apprehension knowing that Jason hired our DJ since his professionalism would run into his crew.

  They were the best! I had the best DJ. They delivered wonderfully and did what we asked and so much more. Couldn't have asked for anyone better. So wonderful, professional, and friendly. You can't go wrong picking them for your wedding.

  We loved having DJ Jason Garcia from Space City Entertainment at our wedding! Right off, we got a really good vibe from Jason when we booked an appointment with him over the phone. We met him at his office twice, first so we could get to know him and vice versa, second time to go over specifics of the reception and song choices. Jason was very supportive and gave us great suggestions.
  
  On the day of the wedding, Jason was punctual and responsive to the crowd. He really took into account everything we had talked to him about. He was a great emcee -- not too intrusive so that he was talking all the time, but he always spoke up when we needed to get things moving. We had a great party at our reception, thanks to Space City Entertainment!

  DJ Jason Garcia did an outstanding job at our wedding ceremony and reception. He arrived early and acted in a professional manner. He had a wonderful attitude throughout the wedding. The music was exactly what we wanted and more! He followed our playlist exactly and was perfectly on cue. Additionally, he took the time to discover the genres of music we wanted and the types of music we didn't want. He is thorough in his efforts to create the perfect personalized playlist for the occasion. The communication was wonderful and he made sure there was a song choice for each event (such as the garter toss and bouquet toss). I wasn't disappointed at all, in fact he went above and beyond our expectations. I will definitely use Space City Entertainment for future events and highly recommend its services.

  Jason was amazing!!! We are self proclaimed "Yelp-ers", we research, rate, and review everything. After attending two different Bridal Extravaganzas and not feeling a connection or finding what we wanted from our DJ, we looked up local DJ's through google and found Space City Entertainment. After reading their reviews and ratings, we agreed to call them and meet with them. From the moment we met Jason and his team they were nothing but professional. We instantly felt a connection with Jason, he treated us like friends- not just clients. We ended up signing a contract with them the same night.
  Since our wedding, we have had numerous people tell us that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to (including their own!). I believe Jason was a huge part of why. He kept everyone dancing and having a blast for 6 hours straight. Being that we come from different backgrounds we wanted a WIDE variety of music to keep our croud of 250 people entertained- Jason made it happen. We also took advantage of some of the lighting options- AMAZING! The uplighting really just made the visual appeal of the reception come together.
  Needless to say, we would proudly recommend (and actually already have) Jason and Space City Entertainment to anyone looking for a DJ.
