I highly recommend that you hire Casie.
We first met over Skype last year (I'm from the UK) to discuss our destination wedding in Orlando and over the course of 12 months we felt very much in safe hands.
Casie made us feel at ease as the wedding got closer, and ensured all was in place for when we arrived in October this year for our big day.
Casie was professional, highly competent and also an absolute sweetheart! She whipped our wedding party and guests and into shape to ensure our day ran as smoothly as possible, whilst also giving us the freedom to do things our way and adapting to what was best for us in the moment.
Casie took care of all the details that i'd missed and coordinated everything on my wedding day so I could relax, get ready and drink Champagne.

If you’re kind of on the fence about hiring a planner at all, or if you want to hire Sparkleigh Productions, in particular—get off the fence. I couldn’t have been happier with our wedding, and I truly believe that the decision to work with Sparkleigh Productions was the reason everything came together. Best decision I made, hands down. Really, Casie is so attentive, detail oriented, organized, and professional. She got a great deal for me on floral, had endless good ideas about vendors to use and how to organize things, and (best of all) when the big day rolled around, she was SO on top of things that I got to sit back and enjoy it. Working with Sparkleigh Productions was a joy from beginning to end. Do it. 👰🏼💕🤵🏼 -

Cara Sent on 04/01/2018At first, I was hesitant about spending money on a day of coordinator. Now, I believe it was the best investment we made! We could not have done any of this without Casie! With 2 kids and a full time job, I couldn't even begin to think about all the little details that go into the final day. I had so many hiccups leading up to the day that Casie helped us get through them all. I can't tell you how many times my husband and I looked at each other and said "thank god we have her". We trusted her 100%. She is a master at what she does and my wedding day was flawless and drop dead GORGEOUS. My only regret is not hiring her as my full on wedding planner. She is the best!! -

Casie is absolutely AMAZING!
After having a bad experience with other planners, our first meeting with her was a breath of fresh air. Walking away, my husband and I knew she was it for our wedding.
She answered all the questions we had and brought our vision into a reality.
She was very attentive, informative, patient and understanding.
She went ABOVE AND BEYOND her call of duty.
With this wedding being a destination, she attended vendor meetings on my behalf, got me in touch with some of the best vendors in Orlando and executed an dream fairy-tale.
Casie, from the bottom of my heart we thank you for making this day so magical and special and for being the best in the business.
From conveying information to other vendors, to helping with the styling and decor to informing me what works offering her inventory and time to create our wonderful wedding.
She is amazing, look no further for a coordinator, you won't be sorry. -

At first we were planning on doing our wedding without a planner, but there were just some things we couldn't figure out so we ended up calling around for different planners. Casie was the first one we met with and after meeting several other planners, we ended up going with Casie and utilized her event styling and day of planning. We're so happy we chose Casie, she was a real pleasure to work with, professional, always on time, and sweet. She was well worth her weight in gold, and made sure our magical day was flawless. She helped ensure our florals were exactly what we had envisioned, helped guide us with the details and setup of our lighting and chair rentals, helped us with our seating chart and other little fine details that we just can't think of. On our wedding day, she helped orchestrate and direct our wedding with the help and cooperation of other vendors and she was wonderful! Our day was perfect, and went off without a hitch, and if you're reading this definitely give her a call, she's well worth it and wonderful to work with! Thank you Casie =) -
Grace Sent on 03/17/2018I would 100% recommend Sparkleigh Productions to help you through the craziness that is wedding planning! We originally didn't think we needed a planner, but as you go through the process, you quickly realize there's a lot of coordination and stay on top of and that is where Casie came in! She is friendly, professional and very on the ball- all things you want in a wedding planner! We hired Casie for day-of coordination, but that didn't limit her services to just the wedding day. We met with her three times to go over the timeline, the song-list, the wedding party, where the decor should be, everything! She even came out to our venue to meet with me and the venue coordinatorto get her day-of timeline down to the minute. She even came all the way to Howey-in-the-Hills for our rehearsal to walk us through everything. She's incredibly detail-oriented and directs you for things you wouldn't think about making for a smooth ceremony and to avoid looking awkward up at the alter...From how to hold your hands, to the spacing of the wedding party, to how the father gives away the bride. Things you don't think you need to rehearse, but you really do! Our guests said it was the most romantic ceremony they had ever attended. Casie and her assistant Marina did such an amazing job keeping things on track and making sure everyone was where they should be at the right times. Wedding clean-up was such a huge part of the wedding day stress and I know Casie and Marina worked their tails off gathering all personal items and gifts from the wedding and tidying the ready rooms to make sure it all got back safely while we got to enjoy our wedding reception and made for such a stress-free day!!
