Cantor Diane officiated at my son's wedding yesterday. Everyone there agreed that it was one of the most meaningful weddings many of us have participated in. Although she had only talked with the couple a few times and met them twice before, she nailed the essence of who they are perfectly. She worked with them to make certain that the ceremony had every element in it that was important to the couple. She was enthusiastic, warm, and loving! She was loving and fun. The perfect officiant for the couple!Cantor Diane officiated at my son's wedding yesterday. Everyone there agreed that it was one of the most meaningful weddings many of us have participated in. Cantor Diane was truly one of the highlights of our trip. We wanted to get married on the beach instead of in the synagogue, and she made us feel like we were right on the bimah. Her voice is amazing, and she truly got to know us and personalized the ceremony, instead of having a cookie cutter wedding. Our family fell in love with her and her husband, and they made our ceremony truly a special event. Her husband is even one mean chef :) We also got a personalized tour of the synagoue, and learned all of the history, and became members. I Would recommend Diane for any wedding, or any event for that matter where an officiant is needed! She is amazing!!!!!!!!!Cantor Diane was truly one of the highlights of our trip. I'm not really sure that I can put into words how truly amazing Diane is. If I could give 10 stars I would!! I had the wedding of my dreams and she had everything to do with it! (Aside from my new husband of course!) Her warmth and genuine nature greet you in paradise. She takes the time to get to know you as a couple and as individuals, for this I felt blessed. It was very important to us that the person performing our ceremony not be a stranger... luckily Diane was already a friend long before we ever arrived on the Island. We talked and emailed several times before our arrival and when the wedding finally snuck up, we felt like we had known her forever! We are lucky to have found Diane...it was 'meant to be'..."Beshert", as she would say! Not to mention, the Chuppa was perfect!!! (thanks to Marc!) We can hardly wait to return to the island next year for our 1st anniversary and see her again! I would highly recommend Diane and her faithful helper and devoted husband Marc to anyone looking for a personal, thoughtful and amazing Jewish Wedding! Diane Becker Krasnick is a bride's (and groom's) dream come true! She has the voice of an angel and she has a heart of gold. Her goal is to provide the best wedding experience for the couple as they celebrate the mitzvah of marriage. Diane and her husband, Marc, made us feel like family from the moment they greeted us on St. Thomas. Our ceremony was not some boiler-plate document but something that was well thought and personalized to match our circumstances and needs. Diane came to our venue (Bellavista Bed and Breakfast Inn) and worked with the owner to create the perfect setting for a beautiful Jewish wedding in Paradise. We could not be more pleased with our choice of having Diane marry us. Diane was way more than just an officiant; Tim and I feel that we now have family in the Virgin Islands. My husband and I never dreamed that we could have a Jewish wedding in St. Thomas, until we meet Diane. From the minute we spoke with Diane there was an instant connection. She was intrested in knowing everything about us. We never worried about what our ceremony would be like, becuase we were in good hands. Diane made our wedding complete and I wish she lived her in NJ, becuase I know so many couples who would love to have her at their wedding. My husband and I both plan on going back to St. Thomas oneday to renew our vows and only hope that she will be able to do our ceremony again.My husband and I never dreamed that we could have a Jewish wedding in St. Thomas, until we meet Diane. Imagine my delight when I discovered a Cantor who would do a Jewish wedding on the beach in St. John! Not just on the beach but with her own Chuppah on a Sunday!! She sings, she is lovely, she was perfect. Diane made us feel comfortable from our first meeting. She was open to questions, changes to the service and our own issues which for me included wanting the perfect sunset beach location and time. (We wanted her to sing the seven blessings!) She was wonderful to work with as she is a professional. I can not imagine a more beautiful way to have a Jewish wedding on a beach at sunset. We provided our own ketubah and glass break from Adas Israel Congregation in Washington DC. The ketubah rolled up nicely in our suitcase and the glass break come wrapped in an ace bandage inside of a nice bag so there are no shards of glass on the beach. Finding the groom is up to you! Diane truely provided a better experience that we could have imagined. She was very helpful in our planning. We visited her at the synagogue and had a very blessed experience.
She was very flexible and informative about all of our arrangements and questions. We depended on her for alot of island information, and we were not disapointed!
We plan to go back to visit her and to go to temple there, she is very inspiring.Diane truely provided a better experience that we could have imagined. She was very helpful in our planning. We visited her at the synagogue and had a very blessed experience.

We absolutely loved having Diane do our ceremony! She had an amazing voice, and she was so willing to work with us to make sure we had the ceremony we wanted. We had our wedding on a terrace, and it was very important to us to have a chuppah. However, it was quite windy, and we were afraid that the chuppah might blow away. Well, Diane and her husband constructed a whole new chuppah for us, brought it to the Wynham early to make sure it would work, and it was just beautiful and perfect. And she was so great at schmoozing with both of our families afterwards! :) We coldn't have been more pleased!We absolutely loved having Diane do our ceremony!
