  10/10 would recommend for any event

  Whitney helped me every step of the way with planning my dream wedding! From the very beginning when I met with Whitney, I knew that we would work great together! With my design background, I knew the design that I was after, but I needed someone who could envision it with me and help it come to life with my busy schedule. She attended all of our meetings, she knew the vision, and she made sure that all of our vendors were on the same page. Her wedding details document, that is sent to all vendors, is a work of art. For our wedding, due to the weather, our ceremony space, dance floor space, layouts all changed 2 days before the wedding, and Whitney pulled it all together seamlessly - vendors, floorplan, layouts were all updated and no one knew it was supposed to be any different! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to plan a wedding or any event!

  Wonderful wedding planner!

  When my son proposed to his fiancé, they knew immediately that they wanted to turn to Whitney at Stellar Events to be their wedding coordinator. We had experienced her work at a previous wedding, and knew that she gave her it all to make a wedding perfect. She and her staff were a phenomenal help with all of the planning, organizing, coordinating with vendors, and helping with all of decisions. Whitney has incredible vision when pulling a theme together, and her attention to detail is amazing. She was alway available when we had questions. The wedding was absolutely beautiful, and we were so pleased with how everything turned out. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, look no farther than Whitney and Stellar Events!

  Simply Stellar

  My wife and I enjoyed working with Whitney on our wedding. Her advice was great, and she has excellent connections with vendors like floral and catering. She helped arrange interviews and tastings, made a terrific referral for a bartender, and knew our venue inside and out. Working with her part-time, she kept us organized and on task and ensured we were on budget.
  
  The weekend of our event, she and her team were on point! They were on time, professional, and worked hard! They jumped in to help our caterer when needed, the florist, run last-minute errands, greet guests - you name it. They had an all-hands-on-deck mentality to ensure we focused on the moment, not the minutia of event details.
  
  We can't imagine not working with Whitney and her crew. We highly recommend Stellar Events to anyone planning a wedding!

  Best decision we made for our wedding

  Everything Whitney does is a dream. She plans to perfection, including things you wouldn’t even think about. My husband and I were blown away at the detail put into our wedding. We live in Birmingham and it was no issue that she was in a different city. She researched all vendors, she negotiated on our behalf, and if something started deviating from the course she was able to both roll with the punches while simultaneously steering us back. I cannot praise her enough. When I first started planning my wedding I realized that I needed someone to help me and couldn’t have found anyone as professional, kind, and who truly understood our vision. Every. Single. Person. that came to our wedding remarked at how beautiful and flawless it was! And even behind the scenes, I never felt stressed one time. Whitney is the best choice I could have ever made in planning my wedding and I would recommend her to every person I know getting married.

  The BEST Coordinator Ever

  Whitney and Stellar Events went absolutely above and beyond for our elopement! Whitney came to the table with design ideas and concepts, which was beyond the scope of her package. She also helped source detail items for the event and helped us communicate what we needed to our vendors. During the actual month-of, she was awesome and coordinated everything. Our vendors were communicating with each other making sure everything was perfect and we didn't even know! We love Whitney!!!

  Whitney is the best!

  I hired Whitney as my month of coordinator for my late August wedding and she was absolutely amazing! She was always quick to answer any question I had and made my wedding day completely stress free. My wedding day went perfectly all thanks to Whitney!! I would recommend her services to anyone getting married!

  Even before Stellar Events was born, Whitney was planning stellar events! From bachelorette party weekends in NOLA (Krewe du Vieux parade + Mardi Gras masks + brunch and mimosas the next morning = bachelorette party perfection) to 4th of July celebrations in Huntsville, you can be 100% sure that Whitney will truly hear your wants/needs and that your event will be as unique, personal, and wonderful as you. She is detail-oriented, has impeccable taste, and will show up every step of the way. I would highly recommend her when planning your next event, big or small!

  We hadn’t planned on using a coordinator at all for our mid-sized wedding. As the day approached, we quickly realized we had taken on too much. We had planned the details, but we knew we needed help making sure everything went smoothly on the day. Whitney stepped in to help us at the last minute. She suggested things we had never considered that could have caused us problems. She is conscientious with a great eye for detail. She ran the day smoothly and it was a great weight off our shoulders. I really wish we had decided to use her sooner! Thank you, Whitney, for the mountains you moved on our wedding day
