  We had our wedding this past Sunday at Sterling Country Club, and we couldn't be more pleased! Amanda Evans, the Private Events Director, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. She answered my millions of questions in a timely manner, and was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The food was delicious and the staff did a great job taking care of our guests. I highly recommend Sterling Country Club to all brides, especially those who are looking to have a beautiful wedding without breaking the bank!

  Their service was great. I do wish I could have had a little more time to set up. Some of the servers ate my food and cake. I didn't mind as long as everyone enjoyed themselves. I will plan on more events there.

  Regarding the servers eating your food and/or cake - our servers serve the wedding party first this may have been confusing to guests. However this matter will be looked into further.

  We just had our wedding at Sterling June 9th. The staff were wonderful. They did everything we ask and more. The price was very reasonable. The wedding was beautiful. The food was great. Could not have ask for more.

  i'm the groom. My bride pretty much did all the planning. Sterling CC and Kevin did a wonderful job. They not only made my wife super happy, the made everyone feel welcome. As us men know, Happy wife = Happy life. Thanks again for all you guys did to make this day so special.

  Houston National was great! I can't say enough good things! The price we paid for the food and service we recieved was exceptional! We had our reception and ceremony there and everything was wonderful!

  They were extremely awesome. Jessica was very attentive. When I called on her she worked with me as much as possible. We had a few fiasco's the day of and she kept everyone calm and made well with a potentially bad moment. The food was not all I expected but to be honest no one complained and enjoyed regardless. It was a wonderful facility and it made the memory of our wedding even more memorable. Thank you to all the staff and especially Jessica Sheenan.

  We held our daughters wedding reception at this venue. The food and beverage service was great and the service attendants were attentive and efficient. They were super accommodating where special requests with respect to the F & B menu were concerned. We ordered a combination of the Fajita and Italian buffet menus and all the items were well prepared and delicious. While it was a little difficult to get prompt responses from the event coordinator prior to the wedding, on the day itself she provided good supervision and everything went like clockwork. She ensured the couple were looked after very well, that everything went as per schedule, and that all the guests were happy. All items belonging to the bride were collected and returned as instructed. The guests were all praise for the food and beverage service and the quality of the club amenities and the beautiful ambience. Best of all it came at a very reasonable price! A definite "highly recommend".

  Great flexibility and quality of service helped my event to be better than I had expected. I had so many changes throughout the planning of my wedding. Yet, they were very responsive to make sure they provided what I wanted. My guests were delighted with the food and the venue itself. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

  When they were setting up for my wedding reception, my bridesmaids had a run in with a few people becuase directions were not clear. But after that everything was great. i showed up and everything was what i imagined.

  Venue was accomodating and lovely although it did take a while to get responses from their event planner but our reception experienced a serious problem with the kitchen. The selection we chose to be served wasn't nearly the quality we experienced at the tasting - my boneless chicken breast had a rather large bone in it and overall the dish was barely warm. Some tables were not served and even the kids meals we chose were not served in a timely manner. Since the bulk of what we paid for was the food, it was disappointing that our guests had such a bad experience.
