A photographer for a wedding is someone you have to trust, after all, these photos are going to be the best way to remember your wedding after months and months of planning.
My now wife and I were pretty nervous about pictures. We don't find ourselves going out of the way to pose for pictures very often, so the thought of spending hours posing for setup photos was kind new to us and we were a bit nervous.
Steve changed all of that. The minute he met us at our hotel everything that happened after that was just easy. Exactly what you want the morning you're stressing about literally everything else out of your control.
Steve has a way of making you and everyone else around you comfortable. We sent him a few photos before the wedding date of examples we liked, and by the time he was with us taking photos he had everything planned out. We didn't have to think, we didn't have to recommend poses we wanted, we didn't have to really do anything except be excited for our wedding day. He has a way of getting you to pose for some BEAUTIFUL photos without you even knowing you're purposefully posing. It sounds strange, but I promise I was very nervous thinking about posing for hundreds of pictures, and then next thing I knew it was over and I have loads of absolutely amazing pictures from my wedding.
And onto the photos. They're seriously totally stunning. I work in the video production industry so I know a good photo/video when I see one. Steve's work is jaw droppingly good. And the best part is how creative he is. He's always ready to get the "standard" photos that everyone wants, but countless times he'd say "let me just try this really quick" and then you'd look at the photo and we'd be blown away by how he framed something or how he used the light to create a totally beautiful scene.
On top of all of this, he helped with EVERYTHING. He wasn't just taking photos. He was making sure people were ready, he was helping people move things, he even drove our officiant to the venue from the hotel because we didn't have enough car space. He was the one person working the wedding that you knew you could count on and that takes a load of stress off your shoulders on a day you should be solely focused on celebrating.
I can't recommend Steve enough. He's a wildly creative professional that will deliver breathtaking photos to the point where your friends will say "I wish we had him at our wedding".
I'm not kidding, we had friends actually say "this guy is miles better than our photographer in every single way".

We can’t say enough amazing things about Steve! He is extremely easy to work with, professional, and makes the entire experience fun! His photography is incredible and we are in love with every single photo taken from our engagement photos to the wedding day. He took the time to get to know us, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. -
