We hosted our rehearsal/grooms dinner at Sticky Fingers in downtown Greenville, SC. Our guest were absolutely pleased with the service and the amazing food. We had so many leftovers after feeding 45 guests, all of our guests were able to bring leftovers home with them. Absolutely a great place to either host and event or have the food catered. The sales manager Amy is also excellent to work with! Thank you for your great work and food!

I have to to say wow!! The catering at my wedding was perfect! Lisa the catering manager was a gift from god! The food tasted amazing and there was tons of it. My guest told me that the catering was the best they had ever had. Lisa was there for me threw everything. She was always avaliable if i needed her, even at 10:30 pm the night before the wedding she answered the phone and solved an issue for me. If any bride is looking for great service at an amazing price sticky fingers is the way to go! They were cheaper than many other caterers and I knew the food was going to be great and of a high quality! If you like good southern cooking but still want to have a nice classy dinner....sticky fingers is your best bet!!

I used Sticky Fingers for the catering at my wedding and it was wonderful! I wanted to serve food that everyone would love, and Sticky Fingers provided just that! Everything was served in nice serve wear and the team was very professional! I also felt the price for the services was great! Everyone was talking after the wedding about how good the food was and how nicely it was done! Sticky Fingers took care of everything! The only thing I had to worry about was not getting BBQ on my dress! I would highly recommend them to any bride wanting great tasting food at her wedding!

I am so impressed with the taste and quality of our food that was served on our wedding day! We chose the smoked chicken and pulled pork. Our guests loved the food and many went back for seconds. The setup was very nice and the staffed dressed very professional. They set up so quickly, probably under 20 minutes for 100 people! Amy Crump was absolutely amazing to work with! She was very professional and pleasant to work with. Our food was worth every penny and everything was reasonably priced. My venue was also changed at the very last minute and they worked with me and were so accommodating to the change free of charge! The ONLY negatives I can say is that they did arrive DURING my ceremony. You could see them drive up the hill which was distracting. Also, I feel that maybe drinks should have been poured prior to the buffet line because people were having to wait for drinks to be served due to a drink dispenser being stopped up. These are very minuscule things but I still HIGHLY recommend Sticky Fingers to cater your next event!!!

The food was delicious. A freak storm had us start dinner and had the set up a little late, but the food got rave reviews! They were flexible when our numbers of guests had changed like two weeks out from the wedding. Make sure you over order and have containers to take home the leftovers in, because you'll eat them and remember your wedding for weeks!!!

    Excellent!

Sticky Fingers was the best catering decision we could have made! Amy, who I communicated with, was beyond amazing. She responded to my every email, and she was always more than understanding and willing to help me. I was a first time bride, who has never been a part of a wedding, so the process of being my own wedding planner was overwhelming. Amy and Sticky Fingers made the catering part a breeze! Also, the food and service day of was EXCELLENT. Even my husband, who doesn't like catered food, was impressed and loved the food. Sticky Fingers does have some time limitations and travel restrictions based on corporate mandates, but truly, they did anything and everything to make our day (and food) perfect. I can't recommend them enough times.

I love Sticky Fingers food! We had pulled pork and pulled chicken and some sides for our wedding and it was delicious.
I worked with Lacey Smith who was very helpful and knowledgeable and easy to work with. She carefully explained all of our options and helped us make the decisions that were best for our event. She was very quick to respond to all of my questions and very flexible with us. Although Lacey could not be present for our wedding day, she assured me that all of her notes and instructions would be shared with the person in charge of our event.
The wedding day arrived and while I am getting ready, I got a phone call from a Sticky Fingers employee. I do not remember her name, but she was letting me know that she was going to be in charge that evening and ran over a few details with me. I was very frustrated that she waited until that afternoon to call me while I was getting ready no less.
One more complaint I had is that Lacey assured me the employees would be dressed in all black for the reception. They showed up in black pants and black t-shirts with "Sticky Fingers" in neon green lettering. I thought that looked very unprofessional and wished she had been more specific about their clothing.
Other than those two things, they were great caterers!

    Sticky Fingers Catering's reply:

Hey, I do apologize for the unprofessional look of the servers. I was told that everyone had a black polo, but since learned that was not the case. We have ordered in those black polos now, so for any and all future events, they will look more professional. I do also apologize for the driver calling you on the day of the wedding. I am sure that was stressful when you were trying to enjoy it. If you refer us to friends for their weddings, I can assure you, that will not happen and I will make sure they have the number for the wedding planner or whomever else would be the best day of point of contact. I do thank you for your business and support of Sticky Fingers and hope to work with you again on any future events you may have. -Lacey Smith

LOVE Sticky Fingers food. The food did not disappoint. But if it weren't for the awesome food I wouldn't have worked with them.

When I initially contacted SF they had a different catering manager (Tammy) and came highly referred by my venue manager. We thought about going with a mom and pop restaurant for a while, and when we got back in touch with SF the new manager was Lisa.

Lisa was VERY flexible. We had booked SF somewhat last minute and she made it happen. I also had a menu that had an incorrect price and she honored it. I really appreciated that.

Communication is really failing in their catering office. I had a really difficult time getting my calls/emails returned.

Several weeks after I made my deposit (which was most of my balance) I noticed it still wasn't pulling out of my checking account. When I FINALLY tracked someone down they told me my credit card number HAD BEEN LOST. That is ridiculous!

Lisa seems very enthusiastic and really made me feel like everything was under control, but I kind of feel like the ball was dropped. I explained very clearly that we were bringing bbq sauces from TX and would mix them with theirs on our sauce table. Our coordinator scattered them out and the catering staff actually moved them. They lined them up - which looked horrible - and made sure all the SF sauces where in the front. They also put the salad dressing on the bbq sauce table which was not at all what we had talked about.

The worst part of the service was when they LOST THE PLATES AND FLATWARE. Apparently someone had put them inside to keep them warm and didn't tell anyone. A third of the way through our guests I was told we were out of plates, flatware, and napkins, even though I ordered enough for double the number of guests. I think my coordinator finally found them.

I was overcharged on my invoice and was unhappy with the service. I left a message for Lisa stating such, and when she finally returned my call she came up with reason that I was charged the fee that was never discussed before hand - or put on any of my invoices. She also did not address any of the issues that had come up with the staff.

The same person who highly recommended SF when Tammy was there told me she had heard Lisa was "difficult to work with." She seemed REALLY nice and really on top of things, but then she really fell flat.

We were also told that we couldn't take home any of the left overs, but then at the end of the wedding they told us we could but only in our own containers. We had to send someone to pick some containers up.

    Sticky Fingers Catering's reply:

Hello Kayleigh, my name is Liz Whiteside & I am the new Catering Manager in Greenville. I just wanted to reach out & apologize for the poor service that you received. It certainly is not Sticky Fingers' standard & moving forward you or anyone else will not have these communication issues. If there is anything that I can ever help you with in the future please let me know. If you live in the area, I would be happy to buy your Anniversary Dinner coming up in November... :) -Liz
