  Fantastic Food & Service

  We had the best experience with Wes and Stoke for our wedding day! The pizza was delicious and a HUGE crowd pleaser and bonus... everything ran on time and without any issues. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to not have a boring buffet for their wedding.

  Amazing food, even better people!

  Wes and Bre were the easiest and most enjoyable vendors to work with during an especially stressful time planning a wedding. They were so flexible and easy going, it made the whole planning experience actually fun and enjoyable. The pizza and appetizers were so delicious, and all of our guests absolutely loved the food! They were also very accommodating with gluten free and vegan options for some of our guests. Stoke Pizza perfectly fit our vibe for a fun and easy-going wedding while still being very professional and reliable. We are so happy we chose Stoke Pizza for our food vendor and highly recommend them!

  Trust Me, You Want This Pizza at Your Wedding

  Overall:
  Having Stoke Pizza cater our wedding was one of the easiest and best decisions we made! We had them provide both dinner and appetizers and everything was delicious! My husband and I were so thankful we'd decided to go with this option because with all the excitement of the day having something so delicious and easy to eat was KEY to being well fed! Not sure I could have stomached a more formal meal and still tore up the dance floor later!
  
  Dietary Restrictions:
  We had the usual dietary restrictions (nut allergies, dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.) and Bre and Wes were very accommodating options so that all of our guests were covered (an no one went into anaphylactic shock).
  
  Dishes and Cutlery:
  Even though this is a more casual food option, I still felt that everything looked beautiful. We had a more rustic-style wedding and our venue didn't supply dishes or cutlery so the compostable-disposables provided by Stoke fit right in with the vibe.
  
  Late Night:
  We had a really early dinner, so we also had them make extra pizzas so that the late night crowd could have another round if they needed.
  
  Can't recommend these two champions and their team enough!

We had such a great experience with Wes - from our fun taste test meet-up before booking, to receiving quick responses while wedding planning, to his flexibility when plans changed, to his willingness to travel 4 hours to our wedding, to his friendly demeanor and can-do attitude... he's one of our wedding vendors that we will stay in touch with because he feels like a friend!   Looking back at our wedding, the food is what the guests remember most! Specifically, the Mobile Wood-Fired Pizza Oven & Pizza Buffet! 🍕 Westley and the Stoke Pizza Team, remain the easiest vendors to work with for an event in my opinion. Stoke Pizza is the most unique and gourmet catering option available in Colorado. I highly recommend checking them out next time you’re visiting Pueblo, CO! Savory White or Jalapeño Popper are my husband and I’s favorite flavors. Thoroughly impressed with how quickly the Stoke Team can fire a pizza (90 seconds if I’m not mistaken)!! We loved their charcuterie boards and salad offerings, during our pre-dinner cocktail hour. Thank you for working with us to create the most unique wedding and reception menu!

  Pizza for our wedding - BEST DECISION EVER!!

  Story time!! My wife being celiac, her options for food were very limited at all-inclusive venues. And let's be honest, the food at weddings is never truly spectacular, and you always seem to leave them hungry?! So we decided we wanted to do things our way, not the "wedding package" way. We found a beautiful 2 night/3 day mountain venue rental where we got to choose every aspect of our big day. But, we quickly found that we still faced the same problem, limited choices with traditional wedding food. One day my wife suggested pizza, and who doesn't love pizza, so I was definitely all about it!!
  We found Wes & Bre, the owners of Stoke Pizza online and sent them a message. They were quick to respond and before we knew it, they invited us to their house to sample their wood fired pizza's. I definitely loved the personal touch of being invited into their home, hanging out with their amazing family at the kitchen table, and eating lot's of pizza. Hiring Wes & Bre was probably the easiest decision we made while planning our wedding.
  Fast forward to the big day. Our guests were treated to meticulously hand crafted hors d'oeuvres, all while the mobile pizza oven was filling the mountain air with that delicious wood fired smell, teasing the appetites of our guests. When the time came for dinner, wait for it...... ALL YOU CAN EAT piping hot pizza right out of the oven, and a salad so good I'm hoping Wes sends me the recipe after reading this, wink wink! Anyone who left our wedding hungry, was their own damn fault!! Our friends and family are still raving about our wedding and the amazing food catered by Stoke Pizza. They even fired off and boxed up a bunch of after party pizza's, bonus!

  Couldn't have asked for a better caterer for our wedding day. The pizzas were fantastic and they were so fast. I had read the previous reviews about their speed but wasn't expecting THAT FAST. We had 175 people at our wedding in Boulder and they had everyone fed in about 1.5 hours. Working with Wes is so easy... he really makes you feel like old friends. Look no further these are your peeps!

  When our caterer canceled 2 months before our wedding, I was so lucky to find Stoke. Wes luckily had an opening for our date and was east to work with from the beginning. We communicated multiple times over the 2 months to confirm details. The pizza was amazing and our guests loved it as a full family style experience. I highly recommend Stoke for a delicious and unique wedding (or other) catering option.

  Stoke pizza absolutely killed it for our rehearsal dinner. They had 250 people fed so quickly that we couldn't believe it. The pizzas and appetizers were absolutely delicious! Our only problem was that everybody liked the rehearsal dinner better then the dinner served at our wedding.

Everyone was ranting and raving about how good the pizza was and it easily became the highlight of the evening.   Incredible Pizza

  We are so happy that we went with Stoke for our big day. I’m from the east coast and as soon as my family heard that we were having pizza the pressure was on. Not only did Stoke deliver beyond our expectations, they had my uncle Lou considering if New York still had the best pizza. Seriously every single pizza they served was incredible and I can’t say enough about how much we loved their entire set up. They were super fast and the pizzas were fresh, hot, and insanely delicious. Thanks for adding such a great memory to a wonderful day.

  Wes and Bre and amazing and professional to work with. My wife and I have had such a great experience, we’ve used them for several different occasions from our wedding, a friends baby shower, and most recently our own baby shower. The experience and pizza is always the same, and we couldn’t ask for an easier experience. Plus, they’re pricing is thousands of dollars cheaper than some other options, and I promise your guests will be delighted.

  From the taste of the pizza to the service, our guests can't stop talking about Stoke Pizza! Wes and Bre were amazing to work with and so attentive. Wes worked our actual wedding and was so friendly and accommodating to our guests. No one left hungry and I would HIGHLY recommend Stoke Pizza for your event.

  We wanted a unique or different idea for our wedding. Stoke Pizza definitely delivered the goods. Offering a great selection of delicious pizza, our wedding dinner was a huge hit from our youngest guests to the elders of the family. Stoke Pizza made it simple to plan, coordinate and provided excellent day-of service to our guests! Highly recommend Wes and his team!
