  A Great Experience

  In May 2019, my daughter's wedding was held at Stone Hedge. This is a beautiful location! The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Erika, the event manager, was great to work with and went to great lengths to accommodate our requests. it was a perfect day.

  Stone hedge was amazing! The venue itself is breath taking. Kaitlin and Mike went over the top to ensure our day went smoothly. They were so kind and friendly. They made sure every detail was perfect and were so pleasant to work with when things d idnt go exactly as expected. They switched wedding planners 3 times during the year I was getting married but I am so glad I ended with her. She wanted to ensure my day was perfect and beautiful. She was always quick to answer any question I had and even worked with us to open New Year's Day so we could pick up all of our decor. Mike was very professional and seemed genuinely happy to help with our day. The food was phenomenal. Starting with cocktail hour to main course everyrhing was next level. All of our guests couldn't stop talking about how tender the steaks wear and the presentation. There were hiccups on the day, which I expected and when we brought them up to either Kaitlin or Mike they were understanding and quick to solve the problem. I HIGHLY recommend this venue. If I could do it all over again I would and I would do it at Stonehedge

  My husband and I used Stone Hedge for our wedding and it was absolutely amazing! Kathlyn made everything a breeze! The location of this place is so beautiful and the inside of the hall is gorgeous! Our wedding reception went off so smoothly and it was all because of Kathlyn and the Stone Hedge Staff. Also, the food was unbelievable; we still have guests telling us how great the food was! We are beyond happy that we chose this venue for our reception, and I would recommend it to anyone!

  Stone Hedge is the most beautiful place you could dream of having a wedding. The service was outstanding and the professionalism of the staff and owner far exceeded my expectations. The quality of the food is top notch. If you want elegance and the wedding of your dreams, then this is the place for you.

  My husband and I attended a company Christmas party at Stone Hedge the first year the building was open. We instantly fell in love and decided then we wanted to have our wedding there! Fast-forward a few years later, and we choose Stone Hedge as our venue. We had the ceremony outside at the gazebo and the reception inside. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous! The staff, especially Kathlyn, are more than accommodating and more than willing to work with you. I loved everything about the place! The scenery is gorgeous, the space itself is breathtaking, the food was incredible, and the staff was so fun! All our guests were very impressed and loved everything about our wedding. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone! Kathlyn answered every question I had and paid attention to all the details I wanted. She was seriously amazing! I even sent her an email the morning of my wedding and she took care of the things I asked her to do. Everything about the venue is top notch and you will not be disappointed.

  I had my wedding in October at Stone Hedge and I'm very satisfied with the outcome. We booked our wedding before the place was even finished, almost two years before the wedding. I was a little nervous at first because I wasn't getting a response right away, but as the days got closer, I felt they really stepped it up and were responding in a very timely manner. Maybe it was the experience they acquired over the two wedding seasons or maybe it was the fact the wedding was approaching, but I felt comfortable because every detail was being discussed. One thing that I was slightly bothered by was our cocktail hour/reception went from 6pm-11pm and when my guests arrived at the bar at 5:50, they were being charged for drinks. I wish I or a family member was approached with this beforehand because we would have said please take note and add it to our bill. We never want to have a guest pay for a drink. When I was going out to the ceremony, my sister and I had to stop to fix the place cards because they were set up kind of sloppy. I understand my unconventional golf tee place cards weren't the easiest, but it looked like they just threw it on the table and carried on. The food was fantastic and they made my signature drink perfectly. Besides little things mentioned here, the day was fantastic and looking back I'll have nothing but great memories. I would definitely recommend this place.

  Booked 2 years in advance so understood we had some time. Would not recommend if you don’t want to be stressed though. Every message I sent would go unanswered for weeks and I would have to resend. I thought this would change when it got closer but the week before my wedding I needed answers and left 3 voicemails over 3 days and never got a call back. Bathrooms were not clean for rehearsal or wedding day which was noticed by my guests. Staff was very nice day of and it was a beautiful backdrop for a fall wedding. Ceremony site had mulch and weeds that was said to have been cleaned up. Next day when we called and went to pick up things some of my things were still out in the room and I had to take down myself and some things were missing. I did get a credit for my 10 floral centerpieces they gave away on me but still waiting to hear where my basket with left over light sticks went. Really gorgeous place but not worth the hassle.

  Since we had booked we had 4 different coordinators working with us who had either been fired or resigned. About 2 months before our wedding we got notice from our old coordinator that she was resigning. We waited some time to hear from the new coordinator, Erika, and she never reached out to introduce herself like the others had. After waiting some time I reached out to her as I was beginning to feel very stressed and frustrated over the fact that this was now our 4th coordinator we’d be working with in just a years time and my wedding was fast approaching.
  
  Erika was telling us that the things we had been told we could have from the past coordinators she could no longer provide us. We accepted this with disappointment but didn’t dwell on it. Throughout the entire process, we felt like she didn't care and she came across very cold.
  
  There were many things that didn’t go as she promised us the day of the wedding either. (You can see the full review on their facebook page) I have been repeatedly told how snippy and cutting she was to guests and my bridal party. I also was told by many guests how rude the bartender was. They ended up shutting our bar down for more than the contracted dinner hour to which our guests went downstairs to buy drinks. Someone in my bridal party told me she asked for tequila to which they told her they didn’t have tequila there, then how is it a full bar?
  
  Dinner service took a very long time - I had heard from previous people who had their wedding there that this was also the case for them. They are very understaffed! The one positive thing I can say it the servers were very sweet!
  
  The absolute final straw was when I went to collect our things the next day. I walked in on Erika and 2 staff members talking poorly about us. I went outside to tell my husband what I had just waked in on & the other 2 women came out to apologized & said how awful they felt!
