  Better Than We Could Have Possibly Imagined

  Gwynn and Bert went above and beyond our expectations. We have known them and their work from the Blacksburg Farmers Market for 4+ years, where we buy (almost) weekly bouquets from them. When we started wedding planning, we knew from day one that we wanted them to be our florist because of their beautiful, locally grown flowers, as well as our relationship we had built with them. Working with Gwynn was seamless as well as so much fun! She had fun with our attention to detail and understood what we were trying to describe. The whole process was smooth and made us feel confident and at ease. We went with a sunset palate with wildflower-like blooms and boy, did StoneCrop deliver.

  Gwen & her team were incredible to work with! Super helpful with providing suggestions and taking on new ideas / bringing them to life. I’m still obsessed with my bouquet!

  Amazing flowers!!

  Gwynn has been a dream to work with. Her bubbly personality will get you excited about your wedding (if you’re not already!) and she creates wonderful arrangements. I challenged her with a cascading bouquet and she did not underdeliver!

  Beautiful flowers for an Exceptional Price!

  Working with Gwynn from Stonecrop Farm was truly one of the highlights of our wedding. Gwynn puts your mind at ease about every detail of the floral arrangements, from nailing your color scheme to making sure the wraps on the bouquets are the perfect fabric for your wedding's vibe. We met at the farm to discuss the details of our wedding about 2 months in advance, and it was amazing to see the actual fields where our flowers were grown. Stonecrop grew and arranged the most beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. Gwynn was familiar with our venue, Whitegate farm, and even knew how to adjust our altar piece so it would hang at exactly the right angle. Stonecrop's pricing is extremely reasonable, and they are willing to work with you to find the exact type of vases and other details that you want. We even had room in the budget to use their beautiful hanging floral chandelier! We could not have been more pleased with Stonecrop Farm! they were the best vendor decision we made for our wedding!

  Working with Gwynn from Stonecrop Farm was a dream. She immediately understood the vibe we were going for and ran with it! We loved that she had suggestions for all sorts of flowers in our color palette. She even sketched us out ideas for decorating our ceremony which really helped the flowers come to life for us. Beautiful work! Would definitely recommend.

  Gwynn at Stonecrop Farm was great to work with! She had such terrific ideas for our flower arrangements and was incredibly flexible with us. When our flowers arrived, they were more beautiful than we could have imagined! Also, it was fun getting to visit their beautiful farm! Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone in the area!

Her Vegetables, Herbs, and Flowers certified Organic by OEFFA. So she literally takes your ideas, plants them, cares for them, and prepares them for your wedding day. She was always only a phone call or email away and worked with us for an early early morning flower pick up. Her prices are also very reasonable. Florists can be very very expensive. Of course the bouquet she prepared for me was beautiful. We also bought 3 other bridesmaid bouquets, 2 corsages and 3 boutonnieres. All for 217.

  Gwynn at Stonecrop did a great job with our wedding flowers. They turned out beautiful, comparatively inexpensive, and unique! Stonecrop Farm grows their own local, organic flowers. They are at the farmer's market every Saturday if you want to get a preview of their variety!
  Gwynn was very flexible and easy to work with. She gave me suggestions for staying within my budget and gave great advice when I didn't know exactly what I wanted.
  The lower rating I gave for Responsiveness is because she had originally planned for a second meeting about a month before the wedding to visit the farm and make some more plans. This didn't end up happening because she didn't contact me when we got close to that time and I had forgotten until 2 weeks before. I would've loved to be able to do that, but everything turned out great anyway!

  I called for information and they were unable to work with the wedding date which I understood. They recommended another florist but when I asked for more information was very rudely told, "I'll let you do that homework". I just asked for a phone # since the person recommended them. I did ask her to repeat the information and she was willing to repeat herself. Not very professional so I believe it worked out for the best. Maybe it came from not needing their full service. I will not call again.
