Stacey and Storybook Weddings and Events did an incredible job with the floral arrangements for our wedding. She made the floral arrangements for our ceremony, dinner tables, bouquets for the bride and junior bridesmaids, corsages for the mothers, boutonnieres for the groom and fathers, and florals for our cake. Everything was beautiful! Stacey did an amazing job getting the exact colors we were looking for and the kinds of flowers that matched the venue and surrounding desert environment (our wedding was in Joshua Tree). We couldn't have asked for better florals and they looked incredible in our photos. On top of all this, Stacey helped change some of our florals last minute (2 days before our wedding) when our original venue told us they could no longer host our wedding, and we had to find a new venue. She also had to adjust her delivery time and setup window due to the venue change, but she was incredibly flexible and accommodating to ensure everything went off without a hitch on our big day. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend Stacey at Storybook Weddings to anyone! -

Best floral designer ever!
Stacey is truly an amazing floral designer! All I had was a color palette, and she did a great job creating me a beautiful bridal bouquet, boutonnières, and so much more! Stacey was able to really bring out the beautiful desert vibes of our venue, and help me choose the most beautiful flowers for our big day! -

We recently had the pleasure of partnering with Stacey from Storybook Weddings as our day-of coordinator for our non-traditional 150-guest wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the exceptional service she provided. From the moment she joined our team in the final weeks leading up to the event, Stacey proved to be an absolute god-send in ensuring that our special day went off without a hitch.
One of the most impressive aspects of Stacey's work was her ability to quickly grasp our vision and bring it to life. Despite the short timeframe, she took the time to understand our unique preferences and pointed out crucial details that we had overlooked. Her keen eye for perfectionism and her attention to even the tiniest of details gave us immense confidence that our wedding was in capable hands.
On the day of the wedding, we encountered a few unexpected challenges with some of our other vendors not delivering as expected. However, Stacey's expertise and resourcefulness shone through as she swiftly identified alternative solutions and seamlessly executed backup plans. Thanks to her quick thinking and behind-the-scenes problem-solving, none of our guests were even aware of the minor hiccups that occurred. Stacey truly saved the day!
Another aspect of Stacey's service that we greatly appreciated was her wedding management software. She helped us organize our thoughts and consolidate all the necessary information into a user-friendly platform. The software provided us with comprehensive timelines for all our vendors, easily adjustable seating charts for discussions with our family, and helpful checklists to ensure that no detail was overlooked. Stacey's use of technology truly streamlined the planning process and kept us on track, leaving no room for last-minute surprises.
Stacey's expertise, professionalism, and genuine care for our special day were evident in every interaction we had with her. Her passion for her work shines through, and her commitment to making our non-traditional wedding a success was unwavering. We got married at Vista Valley Country Club and we are SO happy we chose Stacey as our wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure all details were covered during the planning process, and she ensured the wedding day ran perfectly. There are so many moving parts to a wedding - I cannot imagine doing it all without her. She guided us every step of the way, kept us stress-free, and always had a fun, positive attitude. Whenever an unexpected problem arose, she handled it with expertise and erased our worries. She executed our vision perfectly and was an advocate for us when we needed it. Of note, she stuck with us through a 17 month wedding date delay due to the COVID pandemic! In the end, she felt like a friend to us. We are so grateful for everything she did for us, and our families are very impressed with her too. We highly recommend her, she is truly worth every penny and more. -

We were so glad we booked Stacey and team! They were incredible and I highly recommend them. A huge thanks as we were very stressed the week of due to a heat wave, but Stacey alleviated that stress in seconds with her amazing problem solving. She was awesome! -

Wedding Essential!
Stacey and her team are phenomenal! We hired her at the end of 2019 for our 9.19.20 backyard wedding and she was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, especially throughout the COVID19 pandemic. She gave us great vendor recommendations to select from (catering, rentals for tables/dishware, florals, bridal/tux shops, etc).
She took our vision and worked out all of the tiny details that frustrated and overwhelmed me, since I do not enjoy this type of planning process. On our wedding day, Stacey was there coordinating the flow of the event and making sure everything was in place, which freed us up to be completely present. Our wedding was magical and more spectacular than we could have imagined. Many of our guests kept telling us that this was one of the best weddings they've been to. Thank you soo much again, Stacey, for all your incredible work! -

Stacey is the best bar none. A repeat customer tells all, a wedding, two quincineras, a baby shower and even my sisters wedding. Storybook wedding and events has come through for all of our milestone celebratory life events.
Stacey brings your vision to life. Her event planning is full service. From the first time you meet her to see if she's the right fit for your event you know shes the one. She explains everything in full detail and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. You know immediately you are in the best of hands.
We had a tiki themed wedding and she outdid herself. From the flower arrangements, to linens, to lighting and beyond. I felt like I was in the wedding of my dreams. I was in paradise. I didn't have to worry about anything on my wedding day and she gave me great advice so that I could enjoy the day and not worry about anything.
She planned both of my daughters quincineras. Both of my girls have very different tastes and styles from myself and each other. She styled everything above and beyond my expectations. An indoor whimsical enchanted forest theme for my first daughter. An outdoor ranchera theme complete with dancing horses and a view to die for my second daughter.
She planned a more intimate affair for my baby shower for my precious little one that was fun and perfectly put together.
She even planned my sister's wedding.It was a gorgeous midnight starry event. That l'll always remember.

Truly the best experience
Stacey is Amazing! Her floral arrangements for my wedding were absolutely stunning. Not only does she go above and beyond, she has the most amazing eye for how to make the arrangements fit your day perfectly.
Not only did she do our flowers, she also was our wedding coordinator! And she is amazing at that as well and shows the same dedication and commitment to making your special day beautiful! -

User2076092 Sent on 03/24/2015After feeling incredibly overwhelmed and frustrated, irritated and flat out ready to go to Vegas...I decided to call a coordinator! I was one of those brides that being the creative and organized person that I am, I thought I could plan my own wedding.....ummm no! I was spending money everywhere, I couldn't get straight answers from vendors if they even answered me at all! I was arguing with my family. I was a mess! I contacted Stacey via email and she replied to me immediately. We spoke on the phone briefly and set up one of her "complimentary consultations". When I got to the appointment Stacey listened to everything I had to say including my ranting and raving and completely and immediately put my mind at ease. She explained to me the process of planning a wedding, how to create and use my budget efficiently and gave me awesome new ideas I hadn't even thought of. Need less to say I hired her on the spot! I couldn't bare to go through any of this another minute and I new I absolutely had to have her. Stacey referred wonderful vendors, kept me on track with my budget, sent me itemized emails and quite honestly kept me in check! I ended up hiring her for my flowers too and I couldn't have been happier they were incredibly gorgeous! All my guests raved about the décor! Our day was absolutely perfect and I couldn't have done it with out her. Thank you Stacey for putting up with me and a big warm thank you to your incredible staff!Storybook Weddings & Events's reply:

Our family and friends loved all the personal touches Stacey included in the wedding and also she saved me by helping me bustle when needed. Stacey is very organized and communicated well throughout the planning process. We dreaded planning from the other side of the country as we live on the East Coast but Stacey really understood the scene we wanted to create. She even recommended some amazing vendors!
