  A Positive Life Changing Experience

  Stronger Together helped to enhance our world view and our priorities. The program worked with us to help us learn how to better support each other and push each other further.
  
  With constant support from Mariana and Max, we were able to build new healthier habits that we hope to carry with us for years to come. Doing this program has helped us better ensure a longer, healthier, and happier life together!

  Working with Max and Mariana has been truly a life changing experience! They were and continued to be supportive, loving and reliable!

  Doing the happy is healthy program changed my life. I got in great shape, but most importantly what really changed was my approach towards fitness and health. I used to see working out and eating healthy as chores and lifeless. Today, fitness and health are an integral part of my life. I workout and eat healthy on a daily basis. And not only that, but I truly enjoy it.
  I was worried that getting in shape for the wedding was going to cause a lot of stress. However, the program proved to do the complete opposite. My husband and I showed up feeling good and confident in our own skin and extremely connected to one another.

  A Life Changing Experience

  When my partner asked me if I wanted to join this program, I didn’t expect it to be as it was. I thought I could learn a little bit more about myself and my health, but I didn’t exactly take it so seriously. Within the first month I was doing things I never could have imagined I’d do: workout consistently and keep to a healthy diet. Mariana and Max were there from start to finish. Through the challenges, fails, wins, ups and downs, I knew I was surrounded by a partner going through it with me and two amazing coaches that constantly supported and guided me. They not only taught me a lot about health and fitness, but they helped me to improve relationship with my partner and also within myself.
